Welcome to track #2 of mighty foundations, and I will and I will never be the same. Hallelujah. All right, you may be seated now. Now that I have mentioned all these foundations to you, I'm going to take each one of them, all right? And then explain why each one is a foundation. Amen. What do you think? Good idea. All right. So that we understand why are you calling it a foundation and why it's foundational now, Without it, everything crumbles. Amen. So the main one that I want to talk about is one of them. So the six I'm going to try to just run through and then I also have some of the books there I'll give to you or we we buy it for whatever price it is and then you we go through. Amen. So some of the things are going to be a bit fast and I just want you to note with it, note up, note it and just flow. OK, great. Right. Let me start with what tithing so we can clear that one out of the way. All right #110 Revelations 10. Just 10 About the Tithing foundation #1 Tithing demonstrates your understanding of God's priorities. Proverbs 3 verse 9 and 10 Honor the Lord with thy substance, Amen. OK Honor the Lord with thy substance, Amen. And with the fast fruits of thine increase, OK, so tithing is giving God the first fruits. Now when God says something is first, do you understand it may show you that it may show it show and you also accept to pay tithes or you also pay tithes, right? It shows that you understand what's important to God. So if you call yourself a pastor, right? And you do not pay ties, it means you don't understand what God has asked for first. So how can you be a leader of a congregation when you don't even know what is first as far as God is concerned when it comes to your money, which is what we are all living for, to get money. Amen. So it it demons, it shows you, it shows us that it shows, it demonstrates that you understand God's priorities. Now it's one of the basic priorities. So how much more when God tells you later on, seek ye first the Kingdom of heaven, if you didn't understand the priority when it came to money? Because you will learn in life that things are a certain way based on the order in which they come, isn't it? Yeah. So things lose their value when they are just second. OK, Yeah. If you come to me and say, oh, hello, I'm the second wife of Bishop, the value of the person even goes down even though you said you are the wife. It just goes down because you are the second wife and the second wife of the pastor immediately. It's not that. It's not that wife is not good. It's great to be a wife, but because you are the second wife, it's the whole thing is sport just because you are second. But if you come so I'm the wife, do you see the way it comes? I'm the second wife. So priorities. Things change when they are no more first. Amen. Are you there? How many would you like to be? The second wife, third wife, third girlfriend? Yeah. So with everybody, you must understand what is important. Amen. Like with me, certain things are not so important to me, like food. I like to eat, but it's not very important to me. If you spend a lot of time wasting time about food, it's not impressive to me because it's not the main thing to me. Do you understand? It's not the main thing to me. I don't get what I'm saying. Yeah, like I was somewhere 2 days ago. Two days ago I was somewhere. As a result, they came around in the hotel. I'm not fasting, but I haven't really eaten anything. The next day, which was I think yesterday, which was Sunday, I know I was not fasting, but I didn't really eat anything. Just a little bread something, but not I haven't eaten it today. I also have nobody has given me food and I also haven't eaten anything and it's not so important to me. It's more important that you are here. If you were outside organizing food, I would not be very happy with you. So, so when you are, when you want to please somebody, you have to know what's very important to the person. I'm not saying don't give me food, but I'm saying that you have to know the order. Yeah, the order. Yeah. Are you there? Yeah. So please #2 Tithing acknowledges that all that we have belongs to God now. If. All that we have belongs to God. Amen. Now brothers and sisters, if you are working for God and you don't know in your heart that all that you have belongs to God, do you think you'll be a good messenger for God? You cannot be a good messenger because you don't really ask me as I'm here. I know, I know, I know. I'm here because of permission. I'm here by grace. I should have been dead 12 years ago on the 2nd of July. I had a terrible accident. Just like however his two children had on the same Rd. Mine was before Tamali. This one that they ordered was for after Tamalia, the second of the 1997. Twelve years ago I'd have been dead 12 years. Long time you have by now you have forgotten about this one. There was a Pastor Doug, you want some long ago. Most of the books that I've written, I wouldn't have written them. It was after that that I wrote my Facebook. So as I'm here, you see, I know that I'm here because he has allowed me, because I've seen with my eyes that no. Matter who you are. How important, You see, because I was surprised that God was about to kill me because I said that, look, first of all, this place where a lot of people don't like going there, but I'm going. I'm trying to do your work. In addition to do your work, you have decided to kill me. Thank God. You see that I've learned to trust God and believe that He's all powerful. He knows more than I know, and I just trust him. If He wants me to die now like this, I will be. I will be gone. That's why I always say if you want something, you want to do something, you do it now because you may think that you will get the chance one day. Yeah. So I don't see how you can be a good pastor if you don't understand basically that everything, including your job. Look at your faces here. Most of you don't belong to this country by the look of your faces. I can see that you are not originals. How did you get here? To me, To me, if I was you and you are happy to be here, I would be saying thank. God for his mercy, if it is kindness in the mercy of God that I'm here because a lot of people are trying to come, they cannot come. They're trying all the time. They are drowning in the water. They are coming through a desert through tankers, you know, petrol tankers. They put them inside the petrol tanker. One guy was telling me. They put inside the toilet and cover it and they are in it and they cross the Sahara desert with it. A tanker to come from Nigeria and other countries to get here. One guy, no, it's not that. It's not as I had old. He was telling me face to face, I'm sure some of you are here. One person told me, said my wife. My wife came in a in a tanker. And he said that as they are coming the. Heat is so much that some of them die in the tanker. And when they die, they open it and they throw you out because if you stay inside, it will be worse for those who are alive. That's that's how the black man has been able to come. So I knew you are sitting here nicely. It's like whatever, but it's like you. You just take it for granted. No, no, no, no. So when you don't pay tithe, you are not, you are taking things for yours. The tithe is God. Thank you. Thank you, God, it's so basic. That's why I said that to me. It's so basic. I can't even see. We will not allow anybody to be a pastor or a leader in the chair If this basic thing that a lot of all that you've given me is my first. I know your priorities and I believe that everything I am and I have is from you as I'm preaching here. Look me, I'm a pastor. Look at the work of God that I've been doing all my life since I was whatever I was a virgin when I I've not slept with any other woman apart from my wife. Apart from the things that we do publicly, we do them privately also to stay upright and so that the foundations are there. It's not only the public things that we see so many things try to live for God and serve God all these years and I. Saw God's hand coming to kill me. Right there and then. I saw it I. Saw that I was about to die. So as I I he showed me that I can kill you. So now when I'm alive, when I wake up, I pray always. You see me in the leader, everywhere in my room you see me. I don't know how small. I kneel down so that I'm in my bed. I get out of the bed and I come and I say thank you. Just one second. I get up. Hey, you'll be there. By your own strength. You are who you are see something that would demonstrate that you you join me. We will all be in the fellowship together. The fellowship, the fellowship of Paul where Paul said we are of the circumcision that have no confidence. Everyone is too said he has been he's embarrassed by the accidentals. He's like are you a man of God, the man of God. Where are the angels? Where are these? Where are that? So with long life, I will satisfy you with this, with this, with this, with this. Where? Are all those scriptures? You, you'll be there and you are paid and you eat it. You don't understand much, that's what to me. It's it's not. It's not. Even something that I don't want to even have any discussion because something is not in your heart about God, the God factor of your life. He said Beware that thou forget not thy God in keeping his commandments. Deuteronomy 811. Lest when thou hast eaten. And at full, and has built goodly houses, and dwelt therein. And when thy heads and thy fluffs multiply, and thy silver and thy gold is multiply, and all that thou has is multiply, then thy heart be lifted up and down. Forget not the Lord thy God, which brought thee forth out of the land of Egypt. See, you forget how you came to be where you are. Who led thee through that great and terrible wilderness wherein we're fiery serpents? Many people know that a lot of snakes in sand while. Snakes in on rocks and on sand, these three. One day I heard a proverb. Somebody said that when a crocodile comes out of the water to tell you that there is a snake under, you have to believe him. I thought it was just a saying until I watched a video about snakes and I saw snake in the water. It came to sleep in the water for four days. It was looking for certain animal to catch it and it slept. They put a camera on the snake and they want the camera as it moved from the forest, came into the water and slept there for four days. And you see every day to come with their nose up like that. Everybody is coming to drink. It was watching them after four days. And the guy who was saying, he was saying that they talk about the patience of job, but really they should talk about the patience of a snake. And then they showed that same video. They showed a snake in the desert. They said it is the most successful animal with the ice and it showed a snake in the ice. Are Antarctic what ice cap? And you see on a rock. You see a black snake in the ice, it translated to So when he said I took you through the wilderness where there were fiery serpents and other things that you never knew about the Bible say he keeps you from the. Snare of the Fowler and from the noise on pestilence. There's now the final an American where she says that from the traps of the trapper and from the pestilence, the trapper. Is a singular trap. For only you it has been made. Only for you. To catch only you and a pestilence is an epidemic. It's an old word for epidemic, like swine flu. That was for a lot of people. But the trapper, the Fowler is only you. It was made for you to touch only you. And God save you from the one that was made for only you. And then he saved you from the general one that was for everybody. I And at the end of the month you are paid. You will pay tithes. Be there, be there, be there, and eat it. And scorpions and droughts where there was no water, Who brought thee forth? Water out of the rock? Who fed thee in the wilderness with manna which thy fathers knew not? And thou say in thy heart, These are not things that are said. Open you. But deep down in our hearts we say my power and the might of my hand has gotten me this wealth. My hard work and my suffering has gotten me this. Well, that is what the whole of Europe is saying. Our hard work has made us rich. We work hard and we deserve what we have. But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God, now I. Testify against thee. I'm reading Deuteronomy 8. I'm smelling something burning. Is it normal? What I'm smelling is what is this? I'm smelling OK, just keep the door open so that in case. The the trap of the trapper and then the pestilence, which is a general one that is catching everybody in Switzerland and your personal trap, hey, you will not pay tithes. You've not understood. It's the most basic Christian practice. We are not yet talking about giving your life. We're talking about giving the 10th of the the the misery money that you have earned from somewhere. I testify against you this day, that it shall be that, if thou do at all, forget the Lord thy God. Walk after other gods and serve them and worship them. It's not that I'm guessing you, he says. I testify against you this day that you shall surely perish. Amen #3 Tithing is an expression of worship, your worship of God. Amen. Hallelujah. Leviticus chapter 22, verse 17. And the Lord speak unto Moses. You don't have to open the verses. You can just write them. You can listen. You can also open if you want to feel free. If you don't open, it doesn't mean you are disloyal. And the Lord speak unto Moses, saying, Speak unto Aaron, and to his sons, whatsoever he be of the House of Israel, and of the strangers in Israel, that will offer his oblation for all his vows, and for all his free will offerings which they will offer. Answer the Lord, for a bent offering. You shall offer at your own will a meal without blemish of the sheep, of the goats, and whatsoever hath a blemish that shall ye not offer, for it shall not be acceptable for you. You see, they were to worship God with offerings. And also not just any sheep, but a sheep that has no blemish. Yes, when you are giving somebody a present, you look at the present carefully and at the person that you are giving the present to. You don't just give whatever, especially for somebody who received a lot of presents. Do you understand he can easily see through your gift? Yeah. Every one of us has got some things that somebody gave us that we haven't. Used raise up your right and if you have something in the house that somebody gave you that you didn't use. Now when you repackage that gift because there are some gifts that have gone to about 5 houses from this person. It was a Christmas present, it was a birthday present. It was a disparate because the thing that you don't use in your house, practically somebody else also doesn't use. There is a certain type of chocolate in Ghana called Roche something ferro Roche People use it as I've never eaten some before. If I was to pile the number that I will be a seller of that ferro ferro Roche everybody, you don't eat it. You have got it for me to eat it in your life. You don't eat such a chocolate, but you have seen. Because it looks nice and it is affordable. Yes, you have bought it for me plenty. Rochette, Pharaoh Rochet or something? Yeah. So God does not like equally sees the gift that we are given that is tempered, it is blemished. There's something wrong with it. And in those days when they had offering time, they would bring and everybody would look, I've got sheep. You see, one day I got I got sheep, I got some cows that I wanted to become a lot. I wanted to have cows. I felt like I felt that I can also do some farming. So I got cows now after some time. The cows were reducing in number. Do you understand what I'm saying? First of all, when the cows came, they were so short. I asked the person who brought the car, Are you sure these are not goods? Are you sure they are not? Goods because they look like goats. They're like tall goats. And he told me this is the tide that we have in West Africa, West Africa cows. But after some time, instead of the cows becoming a lot, they were reducing this one would die, this and that and so on. And I realized that, look, if I have to pay a tithe of this cows, do you understand? You think about it because the thing 111011789, it's like they're not able. It's not like it's plenty. Do you understand what I'm saying? Yeah, it's not easy for your sheep and your. Flocks to multiply. So one day when you. Come and you. See your flocks and you see that this one is about to die and it is time for church. What do you do? You take it. The one that is just about to die and then you lead it to the church and you see the pasta and he said I've brought it. And that is what people have been doing with the House of God, with the offerings. You can see that this is 10 francs that I will not use. This is 20 francs that I cannot use. This is $20 that I wouldn't use. That's been my wallet for a long time. And then you take it to the Lord, Yes. And that's your act of worship. Is this bad thing? Yes. Will he receive it? Will he like it? Will he want it? OK, so you may never know #4 Tithing demonstrates that you have an understanding of holy things, of holiness. It shows that you have an understanding. Of holy things, Amen. Hiding shows that you have an understanding of something that is holy. You must understand that there is something holy. Do you understand it's holy? There's, there's some things that are special. You're not supposed to touch them. Amen. One day I was sitting in the church. I went out. I came in. When I came at the front of my chair, there was a lady sitting on my chair. I mean, during the service, do you see? It was an American. Do you get it? And she had chair just come, I think she was either taking pictures or I don't know what she was doing or she wanted to sit down. So she came to sit where I sit down on my chair. Not a special chair, but it's that's my chair, you know. So when I came and said no, no, no. Even if I'm not there, nobody should sit on my chair. Even if I'm not there, nobody should sit on my chair. Yeah, it's the only respect. I've not even made a special chair. It's the same chair. If it all are branded, all the chairs the same, the same chair. But this my chair like, like David. When David was about to die, he and they were trying to make Adunja the king. He said go and bring my donkey my meal and let Solomon sit on it and riding the town. The people will see that he's sitting on my donkey. It was a symbol of his authority. So there are there are people who don't know the difference between holy things and things that are not holy or special things and things that are just the same. And there there must come a differentiation in your mind between the 1st 10% of everything that you end and the rest of the 90%. That the 1st 10% say Holy Bible says in Leviticus 27 verse 30 that it. Belongs to the Lord, so you would not want to use something that belongs to God even by accident. So if you are a pastor and you, you don't understand holy things and you don't even have any respect, are you supposed to be a minister whose main work is about holy things? I want to ask you a question or a shepherd. If you don't understand something that is holy, that belongs to the Lord, something so basic, why you know this one is holy, this one is not holy. It's nothing to you. All are the same. That is why you would dishonor me or you would dishonor anybody who is used. If you take somebody like Reverend Institute, he's used by God. So to me he's he's a he's important, he's special. If you take any man of God, say God is using the person, he's a holy man of God and the fact. That God used him to do anything is to me. I, I, I I want to honor that person. Are you understanding what I'm saying? Yeah. So please, if you are a. Minister or you are going to be a minister, you have. To learn the respect. It's OK. This one is a pastor. He's special. This one is just a singer. Or this one is just a worship period. It's not even a pastor. So there are differences. Or this one is a reverend or a Bishop. What does it mean? Or somebody is a founder. Is there any meaning to all these words? But to you, there's no. Differentiation. When Obama came to England the last time, that is not as a president before he was a president, he came in a normal plane even before he was not known, before he was even a presidential candidate. He came on British Airways or United Airlines or something, but when he became the president, even when he was the president-elect, the president-elect, the kind of treatment that he was given, coming to London with 2000 people. He said how many did he come with, 500, yeah. But Bush and the others, 2000 people when he came to Ghana, is it Clinton or one of those guys? 2000 So he couldn't think because there was no hotel, enough hotel for them. They took over our airport, took over the control tower, brought in their Air Force jets and everything 1st and took over the whole place and came to land with the Air Force One because a special person is coming and. They in their secular world, know the difference between a special person who has been able to survive elections, has been able to rise up to the ranks, stand for election primaries, days that defeat Hillary Clinton and other things, and suddenly become no matter the color of his skin, he is a very special person as far as they are concerned. Suddenly he's surrounded. Everything is different. And will be different until he dies. Now we, we in the church, we cannot make any differentiation. We cannot make any differentiation. We cannot see this a holy. This one is not holy. This one is special. This one we can't see. And if you are a pastor or a leader in the church and you cannot see the difference between a holy thing and something that is not holy, are you deserving of the job of a pastor? I don't think you are qualified. That's why I'm saying these are just foundations. When you take it away, you've taken away something that is so basic from under and the whole tower is going to go down like this. You see, one day we were, we were building a tower somewhere and the engineers, they told us that they told us, they said something. They said, they said why is this so expensive? Oh, the whole thing is the foundation. They said the whole thing is the foundation. He said, well, if you don't get the foundation right, the whole thing can just calm down. And they showed us why. Which came down. Yeah, huge, tall, just calm down. They said the whole thing is from under. So once you get and when they finish, they cover the whole thing. You just see small like my hand like this coming out of the ground. But what is under it is some huge thing. I didn't know God. I've not seen some before, but he explained everything is about the foundation. That's why God. Made me learn how to pay tithes if we are going to start. Churches in Paris different. Parts of France and so on. Where do you think the money is going to come from? How do you think are you going to use bread and water to go to France and to go to all these places? How do you do that? #5 tithing helps a minister OK to differentiate between his personal possessions and God's property is the fair best important differentiation that you must make between your personal things and God's things. Amen. Leviticus chapter 27, verse 30, it says, and all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, of the fruit of the tree. It is the Lord's. And it is holy, It is holy, it is the Lord's. Now you think about you look at me as an individual. If I cannot, at this stage of my life, differentiate between what is for the Church and what is for me. No, the church. Is not bigger than, you know, it's not bigger than your little corner, Yeah. It's much, much. Bigger than that. So if I didn't learn it early and it was not one of the foundations that this is the church, this is you, they are two different things. If you take an offering, it's not for me. It is for the church. I cannot take the basket. Home with me. Neither can I call any trade and all the people who have worked as pleasure. You can ask any of them have you ever collected? Offers giving it to me. Since the tech. Began in 1987 or 88. It's so basic. If you don't get it right and that that one, you see that if you earn 1000 francs, the first 100 is for God. There's no line drawn there. God's money when you see that, No, they're preaching God on it. No, but you have to know in your mind, you have to learn a certain differentiation. This one is God. From here to here From here to here is mine. It's a certain differentiation that comes, and if that differentiation is not. Inbuilt in you, when you are in my position, I have signed cheques of over $1 million, not personally. So I asked my executive so sign $1 million of I can order millions of. Even when one day when I did that, my manager of some big multinational competitor, we said our company cannot even do this for the ministry. If I cannot know that this is not for you at this stage, how much do you think I will steal? Look at the African leaders that we've had. Some of them are far richer than the the country personally because there's no differentiation between the country's money and their money. Go on the website and see if it is not there, it will be there. You see the buildings all over this which even the government cannot do. It's so basic. This, this for me, this for God, this for the church. This has nothing. I can't put my hand here. You put your hand here. Put your hand here. It's like when you see crocodiles. I can't just walk. Put your hand. It's not the place to put your hand. Hey, you want to go there? Why? Even like yourself, this one is not for you. It is not for you. It is not for you, even though you don't have money. It is not for you it this. Other will agree with me is found is foundational is so basic. From this place onwards it's not for you. From here is for you. From here going it's not for you. How more busy? Can it get? That's why I don't consider it as a spiritual thing. When you pay tithes, you have not yet given anything to God. It is not for you, it is his. After you've paid tithe, then you can say if you want to give. And so we have a special offering on what to give to healing Jesus or you want to do something, fine. So at the point we had some people who are giving to Healing Jesus crusade and so on and they were struggling. I said, you know, son, just do your Christian duty. Just give you tithes or whatever you have to do. What about the healing Jesus? You can't do but the basic one and don't give to healing Jesus but if you don't pay. Tithes. Yeah, don't. Give to healing, Jesus, if you don't pay tithes, what are you doing? I mean, yeah, You see, if you don't learn that you will never grow. When this when I started in the ministry, that was at that time there was nothing. I told my sister, support me, my own sister here. I said help me, I need money. So she started give to me when the church was established and the church was. I told her thank you for what you have done. Like I told you in Hebrews, many people did only one thing. Yeah, and maybe she did only one thing. And she fed me and looked after me for maybe to enter into the ministry when the church was, I told her just pay your tithe to the church. Like everybody I could have up to today, I could let all my sisters, all my sisters don't live in Ghana. I could let. All. Of them give me money. So you just pay your tithe. That's what it's done normally like everybody else. God bless you for how you helped me at the beginning when there was nothing. You just pay your tithe. God will bless you. Like I said, Oh yeah, bring the money, bring the money. You see, it's so basic. That's why I was if you want to go. Very far and very high. There are some. Basic foundations, they have to be there under whether people see or they don't see, and especially they don't see. They don't see Is the main foundation actually. Actually, do you see foundations? Yeah, you get it. Number six, tithing demonstrates that you understand the foundational concept of obedience. Obedience. Amen. Hey, how can you work for God without obedience? Working for God is obedience. Now if you can't obey God in a very small matter, how can you obey God in a big matter? You think tithing is difficult? Try giving your life. You think tithing is difficult? Let's try with your life. Even let's try with your life and let's see. Yeah. I told you to go to Brazil or wherever You are still here. You are still here. I'm still here. Now we've got Congolese and Brazil that is here. Congolese and Brazilians are here with us. I told this man to go to Germany. He's still here. Yeah. You think tithing is hard. Let's try giving your life that we see. Then. You see that oh, tithing was easy. Tithing is super easy. So perhaps if you want to to be able to tie it easily, always think of giving your life. Yes, I just call you and say you, where do you come from? Nigeria. Come, I'll send you to a place there where you have left. I'll send. You to a place there, a certain town, A certain village. And you will, you will live down and beg me, Bishop, that I will pay twice. Twice. Not time. I'll pay twice. I will pay twice. I will not pay tight again from today. I'll pay twice. Please take that twice and be quiet. Lord, let's make it 20%, don't mention that Nigeria again. One day I'll send somebody to Nigeria and the person said this is the most. Difficult thing I've. Ever done in my whole life? Yeah. Yeah, he said. It's the most difficult thing I've ever done in my life, he said. He said even before I came into full time, I said to myself even that was when he was working in a circular world. One place that I would not like to be sent to at all in the world is Nigeria. Yeah, yeah, you you will find out how easy it is to give money. One day a brother came to me. He came. He blessed me with an offering he gave me. He gave me $10,000. Can you believe it? Yeah, $10,000. That's all. I want to bless you. And he knelt down and said please pray for me. So I prayed for him. Then later on, yes, Later on, I had to send him. Later on, he said that I didn't want to. I had to send him. When I sent him, then I knew he knew that giving 10,000 is nothing from what? Where I was sending him, where I was sending him. You say it's difficult to pay tithes or to give offerings. Those are the easy ones. And I always tell people me, I don't joke. You may laugh, but I'm not joking. Yeah, I'm not joking. There's no joke. I don't have jokes. I don't have. Any form of jokes nothing that I say is a joke even the jokes are serious. If you like come and you will see to pay 10% to pay 20% to give 1010 thousand is nothing. When you are asked to call upon to give your life and you see yes, all those ones were nothing. God is not small a small thing to serve him. That's a small thing to serve God. It's not a small thing to save God. Is it? I hope you understand it. That's why. That's why I'm saying that the pain of tithe is so basic that when you have a person who is not paying tithe, you realize that there's some basic that is not working in his life. It's not like something great, like maybe he's into the anointing or, you know, some. The basic foundation is not there. Basic obedience. Yeah. You say it's hard. I'll show you hard things. Yeah. One day Pastor Robert was in Trinidad, you know, and he was going into he he he came out of his gun and a guy came with a gun. Yeah. And you see, they, they just kill. They just kill. And some, there was a skirmish and somehow the Angel of the Lord attended to him. And the guy did not shoot. And the guy just either left the cow. I don't know. I can't remember the details. But he could have just died there. Easy. Yeah, if you don't know. Tithe, tithe. You are struggling with tithing. I wish I could get all of the switch. How many wish that all of them were here. All of you were here to hear what I'm talking about. That's why I say that when you hide and you are far and you don't fellowship. It causes a severe reduction in intellectual and spiritual capacity, leading to a what? Distortion of what you would have become. So obedience, something small, it has become a struggle. #7 tithing demonstrates that you understand the concept of blessings and cases. Yeah, Malachi 3/8 Will a man rob God? Yet you have robbed me. But you say, when have we robbed thee In tithes and offerings you are cursed with a curse, for you have robbed me even this whole nation. Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in my house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of Hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it. And I will rebuke the Devourer for your sakes, and he shall not destroy the fruits of your ground, neither shall your fine cast her fruit before the time in the field, saith the Lord of Hosts. Amen. You are cursed because you've stolen from God. But when you are young spiritually or you don't have certain foundations in you, you don't really see what is a curse. A curse of blessings. I have taken God's man. And So what? And why? I don't know. I don't know what you are saying. Right? So you don't understand the concept of blessing. OK. When you are cursed, no matter what you do, it ends at the same place. A curse is a definition of your end, and it is always equal to that end. Your end is always that end. Whatever it is, it always you can go up, down. It's like the case of harm. Black people, they may be in America, they may be in Africa, they may be in Australia, they may be whatever. It ends at the same place usually. Look at us here. It's not easy for us. Go to England, you see a lot of black people there. It's not easy for a black man. They themselves said it that Obama has become a president. It cannot easily happen in England or even a place like Switzerland where the EV hit. EV is the Europeans, EV is the Europeans. They don't like them. As for cases. You must believe it all, one guy said. I don't care, but you will care. You will care. You grow up to see that it is real, that there is something called a case and there is something called a blessing, and that you must desire to be blessed and you must desire to avoid a case in your life. Pray that anytime I point in your direction, I will be pointing out a blessing and I will not say something even as if it's a joke, but it will change your life. Are you understanding what I'm saying? Because they are real. Whether they are fathers, father can cares you the Bible cares. You must be afraid of that 10% because he said you are cares because you have chopped God's money. Hey, sit down, sit down. No. When we are having exams in the church, annual global exams and other exams. If. The book of the year or the month is name it, claim it and take it. Can you believe that? Name it, claim it and take it is the most stolen book. Yeah, they are still in the book. Yeah, the understanding of a case is not in people. Can you believe that? What if Bibles are stolen from the bookshop? Bibles? Oh, you are stealing the Bible to go and read it. Do you get it? You are stealing. You are stealing the Bible from the. Church shop to go and read the Bible. To be blessed with the Bible, It's one of the most stolen things in the Bible. Yeah, even in the office. We have had Bibles stolen in the office. So what I have realized is that people don't have a certain understanding of what is a blessing, that even if the blessing takes 10 years, or what is a curse even if it takes 7. Years, they don't sort of understand it or know it in a certain way. Do you get what I'm trying to say? Yeah, that this thing leads to a blessing, This thing leads to a curse. So be careful of this area. Be afraid of it. One day there was a certain pastor and I called him and I said let us go and visit. This man of God and he said. No, I won't go. And I said why? He said. Oh that man, when he gets angry or anything upsetting he can easily speak a case on me by mistake so I don't. Want to go to his? House because he can say something. And I realized something. I learned something from him. I realized that he believes in the concept. This is a blessing, this is a kiss, this is a blessing, this is a kiss. This thing brings blessings. This thing bring kisses. This thing bring blessing. This thing brings kisses. It's so foundational. If you are a pastor or you are working for God, you have to This bring blessing. This bring kiss. That's why. That's why I. Cannot. I cannot stand in front of you or I I, I cannot stand in front of you. Tell you something. Do you understand? Tell you that I'm taking this money so that I go and do this and then take the money and do another thing with all put it into my personal account. I mean, Davis, I don't understand. I mean and the basis of of. What we are doing, I don't understand it. I don't understand the basis of it. One day I saw a certain guy and I asked him how was life? He said life is good and I said I asked him how is your friend? He said life is good and then he said life is even better for my friend. I said why? He said well, because he has become an Asher. I said an Asher. He said, Oh yes, he's prospering because he's become an Asher of the church. So I said, what does it mean? He said, oh, every Sunday, because he's an Asher, he gets something from the offering is prospering. So what I'm explaining is that there's a certain basic understanding of what is a blessing and of what is a case. And when that basic you may be an ushered days that you are not afraid even. Armed robbers, some of them have more understanding of a blessing. Or a case. Than even some pastors and some Christians. One pastor was telling me, he said, he was telling me, he said that one day he was in his office in a certain country and suddenly two guys entered the office. He said he was there, he was working, there were people there. So two guys entered the office. When they entered the office, they look around, they were not sure who was the pastor. Then they went. Back said. Who are these guys? How did they just come? Then when he was there, no more people came in. There were about six of them. They said they all produce guns. And then? Before they did anything, listen to I'm talking about armed robbers. Armed robbers, they said do not pray. That was the first Do not pray. If you pray, we will kill you. Now, first warning, do not, he said. Do not open your mouth and do not pray. I'm Roberto. They understand. Yeah. And this a man of God. Do not pray. Don't open your mouth. So first thing they did was to ensure that nobody prays before they robbed them. But don't pray. Hey, they didn't pray, they were just tired. Because they have been told not to. Pray so if you see pastors and Christians, we are not afraid of blessings. And we are not afraid of cases because we don't have that concept deeply ingrained in US. I know armed robberts who have stolen when they go and they see the man of God. One, some armed robberts went to have these two and they saw they were, they were robbing the house and there was a man of God on the television whom they were watching. And they took everything and they took everything and where they were going, they told the armed robbers that that the money that you are taking is for the man on the television. Can you believe the armed robbers left all the money and run away? Yeah. No, it's, I'm telling you a true story. The money that they were taking, they said that this money is for this guy. We don't like that. We don't like that money. And they left the money. They have a foundational understanding of what is a blessing and what is a case. They have a certain depth, a certain depth and we will just take it and chop it and move on and say I won't be tight again, this and that and that. All kinds of attitudes. Just because you are in Switzerland. Because of your how much is it that you are even earning? How much is it that you have And you see an avocant ignorant person who does not have the foundations of Christianity does not do what is God, what is a blessing the whole. Earth and the whole world is governed by blessings and cases. God bless Adam. And Eve, it's a be fruitful multiply. Since then we have not been able to control the population of the world. Yes. And since he cares, Adam, in the sweat of thy face you may be a pastor, you may be Swiss, you may be England. You may be whatever you will sweat, you cannot escape it. You cannot escape it. No matter the job you do. You cannot know. You can. Look at Obama. He has grown old just these two months that he came to power. His whole face is changing. A young man whose face is changing. The whole world is governed by blessings and cases, and you are not afraid to tamper with such things. Hey, one day we were in church and I was walking up and I was preaching like that. We are taking the first offering and I saw money on the floor, one CD that's about $1.00. I said. Holy something, they should come for it from there before you make any mistake with it. Somebody has dropped the offering. People were going, they left it by mistake. Charlie, come for the thing before something that is holy. Somebody takes it by mistake. You don't understand when Paul said the cup of blessing which we bless, is it not a cup of blessing? That's why I said that people have away dying and dying early because they were taking communion without knowing what they were doing. Last Good Friday, the last group we had a communion service and they brought me a big loaf like this and then they poured wine in the tip. So the whole church had communion. And then on the stage myself and we were just about 5 or so pastors having the communal. I prayed over it. And then we took the communion. When I finished, I realized that the bread, 75% of the bread was still there and most of the wine was there because they were not, we were not enough to drink it. And I said, hey, a bread that we have blessed, that has turned into the body of Christ, we should throw it into there. Wine that has turned into the blood, What should happen to it? Hey, we cannot throw, cannot throw the body of Christ into the dustbin. So I called. I said, hey, come. I called. People say come and drink it, eat it once. I pray that all must be eaten. Cannot throw away the body of God. Me. I believe that I'm taking it's a cup of blessing. I believe that I'm taking the bed. I'm receiving the healing of God. People you don't understand the concept of. Blessings and cases it's. Not just something that is just the what we are just doing. The real things may not be that armed robbers will know better than you #8 tithing demonstrates that you understand how ministry works, the machinery that drives the ministry. Amen. Don't you understand a bit about the ministry? Even if you're not a full time pastor, you can understand. How do you think if Pastor Jimmy goes to Congo, how do you think we are going to support him? I mean when? He goes to Congo to start a church. How many people? Will come to the church. How many people in Congo have jobs even when he has 20 people there, 20 Congolese in Kinshasa? How many people will be able to pay tithe and how? Much will their tithe be. Calculate it and see. Yeah. Think about it now. Now. There's a very fantastic verse in Nahima chapter 13, verse 10. It talks about the Levites or the priests who are not doing their work well because they were not being paid, it says, and I perceive that the portions of the Levites had not been given to them. For the Levites and the singers that did the work were fled everyone to his field. They were all farming. So right now Pastor Jimmy is farming in Geneva. He's fled to the fields, yes. And people are afraid to go out there because they they they feel that, hey, if I go, yeah, I can easily stop. You understand? Those are people are afraid. Everybody said let me. Go to my field and work rather than I'm going to be a priest. So if some if you are afraid and somebody has been able to go, your duty is to pay your tithes to support. Whatever the person is doing there, hey, people you don't know, is this all my life passing over? He was here. He was here before all of you. Sometimes you live in a house. There's no furniture, there's nothing. You see him struggling, struggling to even make a phone call, struggling to move around just to get this missionary work. You see honest, honest people trying so hard. I said we don't even know. What is going on? I have people under the under the sacrifice that there are bodies and skeletons under the whole foundation that are part of the concrete. Yeah, that's right. It is so pathetic when I come and I So this pastor has not paid ties since January. This pastor has not paid ties for five months. This was Are you a pastor? It's not even something that should be something that is discussed or something that because it's like the fact that even feels as if there's this kind of struggle. That's why I said that even people like Lady Pastor Mary, from the first day she started direct debit paying her tithes. And no wonder, by the time she left Geneva, by the time she left Rosa, her church is as large as the church in Geneva. And you may not have given my friend that this is a lady pasta. She's always jumping around and so on. I think she's not serious. But you see, you can see anger. There are certain basic foundations that are there. Yeah. I know that her children are here. It's true, it's true, but why is it that we are? Struggling. What are we? Struggling about. It's not supposed to be a struggle. Learn this thing, even if you go to another church. I'm telling you not if you talk about Lighthouse, any other church, you are working with the Christianity, God has been good to you. If you get bread to eat today, God gave you that bread. That's all that I'm saying. I don't care. You can't go to another. You remember God. God is God. God is always God. God hasn't changed. God's contribution to your life does not change. It is he who is sustaining you. Remember it wherever you are, wherever whoever you are. It should not be something that we struggle about, I beg you. #9 tithing demonstrates that you understand that you are only a trustee of God's property. Amen. Are you there? Yes, you're only a trustee of God's property, Amen. And #10 tithing is a manifestation of your consecration, your dedication to God, Amen. It's a manifestation of what you are dedicated to. It's a manifestation of your consecration, your commitment to God, Amen. Amen. One day we had elections in Ghana and there was a party that everybody thought was not was going to win the elections. Do you understand? But it didn't win. Now it looked so obvious that they were going to win. Amen. That everybody just supported that party. Amen. Are you there? Yeah. So are you listening when the party lost the elections? OK Bishop Saki is here. Let's. All right, OK. All right. Settle down. I was telling you a story. Can I please a story? This party did not win. Now there was a certain brother who was very committed to the party. Instead of supporting the church work, he went and supported them and they didn't win. They backed their own horse. So one day I saw him and I was rather feeling sad for him. Do you know the question that he asked me? He's a big job, are you laughing at me? He's a big job. Are you laughing at me? Oh, I said. How can I laugh at you? How can I laugh? At you how how I? Don't. Laugh at you. You see, because sometimes. Deep down in our hearts we know that our dedication should be to the Lord, that we have found something else that we are committing ourselves to, and we give our effort and our time and our energy. When it doesn't work out, we can feel guilty in our hearts that, oh, is is it God who is showing me that? You see, now, you should have done this. Now look at what has happened. Are you there? Yeah. So tithing is a manifestation of your consecration and commitment to God. So never vary your tithing. When you are broke, when you are rich, be like Mary and learn how to do it direct. It's it's really. Because when you go for a job and they say how much are they go through, we were, we are going to pay you 5400 immediately do a calculation in your head, 5400 -, 540 is how much, 4000, whatever. So you just say, so I'm being paid 4000, you know, add the ties to your calculation. It's not, it's not part of your, it's not your money at all. When you add it, that is why you have. Difficulty in paying it because you have you have wrongly calculated your income. Your real income is what God is giving you or what they have giving you 90% of it. One year setting brother was walking on the road and he found 900 francs on the road. 900 francs. Anybody could say, wow, God has already removed the tithe and he put it in and his property and was good. 0900 Conga's already taking out the tie. Just put it in his pocket. He was going. All right. So. Tithing is a foundation. How many would agree with me that it's so basic? It's too basic. Yeah. And And I think how many you agree with me that you don't want a pastor of you who doesn't pay tithes? How many agree that you you reject such a person? Next. Yes. Next time you meet your pastor, please. Do you pay tithe before you preach to us? If you don't pay tithe, don't preach to us. If he's the pastor doesn't understand blessings, he doesn't understand cases, he doesn't understand consecration, he doesn't understand so many things. And he's the pastor of you. Oh, please, pastor, please. If you don't pay tithe, one day a certain man of God, he travelled to a certain country and he was going to preach at a certain convention. So at the airport a guy came to pick him. Just like when I went was a guy in a Mercedes been escaped to pick me from the Johannesburg airport. Nice beautiful car. So as they were going, the pastor, the man of God who had come, he asked the guy who was driving him, how long have you been in the church? So this number of years. Wow. OK, what do you do in the church? Are you a pastor? In fact, I remember I asked my guy, are you a pastor? So I'm not a pastor. I'm just, I mean, a member of the church and so on. But there was a question I even forgot then. He asked the guy do you pay tithes and. The guy said, oh, sometimes, you know, I don't know. The guy said stop the card now. I'm getting out of the car now, he he says. Stop, stop, stop, stop out of the car. Call the senior. But to send somebody else to come for me who pays tithes because I'm in danger in your car. I'm in great danger to sit in your car. I cannot sit in an aqueous car. I stop the car now. Even students are supposed to pay tithes. I was a student when I learned how to pay tithes. In just my first year in the university, I learned how to pay tithes. Even students are sometimes richer than grown-ups. Yes, because many things they don't have things this to do this to do this, to do Our university church in Ghana, they have a lot of money, more money than many other churches. Yeah, they have built their own churches land this, that so many things they are rich parents would give them money. They don't have to rent out. They don't have this. They don't have so many school fees to pay. Nothing. Just eat and blow money. Buy hamburgers. All right, seven reasons why you must pay tithes. I've given you 10 foundational revelations as a foundation. Number one, you must pay tithes because tithes belongs to the Lord. It belongs to God. Amen. It is for God. I think we've done that already, isn't it #2 You must pay tithes, because not paying tithes is stealing. Malachi 3, verse 8. Amen #3 You must pay tithes because the Bible admonishes thieves not to steal anymore. Yeah. It's so. Basic. You see what I'm saying? It's like ABC the Bible admonishes thieves not to see. Ephesians 428 let him that stole steal no more. Ephesians 428, let him that stole steal no more. Yeah, don't steal anymore. Amen #4 You must pay tithes because there will be no thieves in heaven. In Revelation, he said outside are liars, thieves and all Hormone guests and all kinds of corrupt people are outside the Kingdom. Amen. But Matthew chapter 6 verse 20 says lay up for yourself treasure in heaven, where that is heaven, where there is neither moth nor rust does corrupt and. Where thieves do not breakthrough or steal. In heaven there are no thieves. Oh, you didn't get it? Lay up for yourself. Treasures in heaven. Where? And in this car. What is in heaven? In heaven there is no rust, no mosques, no corruption. And where there are no. Thieves who breakthrough and steal things. So that is one of the reasons why. You must pay ties because there are no thieves in heaven. If you want to go to heaven, pay tithes. Pay tithes because if you don't steal, if you steal, if you don't pay tithes, you are stealing. Pay tithes because when you steal, God admonishes that we should stop stealing. Pay tithe because there are no thieves in heaven. No tithe, no heaven NTNH #5. Pay tithe so that you do not destroy your relationship with God, because any thief destroys his relationship with the person that is in question. Is that not so? If you steal my whatever, you have destroyed your relationship with me. Is that not so true or not true? Yeah, you have destroyed your relationship with God by stealing from God. Amen. One day I had somebody who was working for me and I really liked him, but I found out that he was stealing, yes. And he was working closely to me and he was stealing. Steal this, steal this steal. So one day I called him and I talked to him. I said, look, you know, I was trying to do something. You know what I was trying to I was trying to save my relationship with him. I said anything you want, you ask me, I'll give you. Anything. Just don't steal it, I said. I've not done anything. Bad to you, don't do anything bad to me. I tried to explain. Yes. Don't do anything bad to me. I haven't done anything bad to you, I said. Have I done anything bad to you before? And I tried to explain to him that to steal was so bad it would spoil. Everything and I really liked him. I didn't want to sack him. You know how somebody you like somebody, but there's something wrong with the person and you don't want to lose the person. So I was trying to prevent me being forced to sack. You see, God is trying to prevent you from him having to sack you from heaven. He's trying to. Protect you. Are you there? Trying to help you. Oh Lord I want to pay my tax. Lift your hand. If you also want to pay your tax direct, recalculate your salary from today. Recalculate it what you have been calculating from the day you went for the interview and they told you it's. Wrong. That's not your income. It is that is what I've. Given you, you know, like when we are driving Ghana, roads are very dangerous. I always tell them when you are going somewhere, do do not calculate the time wrongly because that causes accidents. You see like for instance if you are going from Accra to Kumasi, those of you who know Ghana and somebody say oh it'll take us 3 hours, say no, no, no, no. Accra to Kumasi's basic five hours. It's very important to calculate the time. Well, first it helps you in the driving. Yeah, before you set off, you've calculated it that way, and then your whole journey becomes calmer because you always get there in time, even sometime before. But when you've calculated, oh, it takes three hours. Then you see you are in danger. To her because of a wrong calculation at the beginning. And because you have calculated your tight, your income as that 5000 or 2000 that they said they were going to pay you from the interview, it has affected you up till today. Just like I'm talking about the US driving when we are going for crusades and these journeys, that calculation, it affects it because me, I've had an accident before I left at 7:00 AM and I said I was going to be in terminally by 5. And the accident happened around 4:30 in the afternoon. And I, I turned just about 3 minutes before the accident. I turned to the back and I said, ladies and gentlemen, we were going to be in Tamali in the next 30 minutes because I calculated the distance to Tamali. And the road? Was clear and I thought I would be in Tamali. 30 minutes. I put on the music and I was just. Cruising. I didn't know that in a few seconds I was going to be out there. In a forest I had no perception of that, you see, So I learnt. And you know why? Because I was going to preach. I was going to. Preach. I have to be there by 6, by 5. Be able to change whatever and start preaching at a convention in Tamale, you see. But now I learned that one day we said I was going for, I was going to Kumasi and had to, I was going to preach. When I started driving, I realized I was driving fast. I look at the speedometer and I saw hundred and something. I said no, I stopped the car. I called, I said I'm not coming again. I am not coming, I'm not coming. That's all. I'm driving. And I changed. The whole driving changed and I got there in time. But once I've calculated I have to be there by 9 when the preaching start, it affected everything and it's about to. Kill me. And that is what is happening with your tithe. You have calculated your income, including your tithe and it has completely misguided your life, totally misguided your car. Every month you struggle and we've been planning projects which are not part of your whatever. We have completely miscalculated everything we have to recalculate your life just I'm talking about recalculating the driving recalculate your income without time. Not only here. If you go and join another church gobbling up international Angel delight, Church, freedom of happiness, Chapel, international, whatever, house, flight, church, house, light, anything, remember this. It is for the rest of your life. Principle is a foundation of Christianity. It's a foundation for your Christianity. Yeah. I beg you. I'm showing you something very foundational for your whole life. Yeah, just remember it. Add it to your life, recalculate it. Amen. So that you do not destroy your relationship with the most important person in your life. Remember the guy I was telling you about? And the guy he reformed, he reformed so and and some people wanted him to be sad. And I kept saying no, no. It's it's it's, it's his life weakness, hey. God has been looking at you and saying it's a slight weakness because that's that's that's how God is. God is God. He always gives time. I said it's a slight whatever see, but but I was just hoping this person will not do something that will force ask or something you do something. There's no choice but to sack you. Now let me tell you something very sad. If you have to pay tight out of pain and sorrow every month, it become like a kind of a. Test to you. I think there's something wrong. With it there should be that joy if you are writing. To me a letter and you are saying thank you, Bishop, for this and that. Should it be? It pays me to write this letter. It pays me and you are you are so hurt that you have to write a letter to They don't write your letter. They say we should write a letter. So I have to write this. I don't have time at all. You get it? Yeah, do it happily. One day they came to give me a form to fill on the plane, British Airways to see whether their services are good. So. Would you mind, would you mind filling a form, you know, to, to people to tell us what we're doing? We're doing a good job, you know. I said no, take your form away. You cannot fill it. You cannot fill it all your false smiles. Nothing about you is real. Only when you want our money, then you start to smell like this. Take your paper. I will not write it later. I should be writing it and complaining. These people, they are these people. No, I said take your time, please. I cannot fill it. Yeah. So if you are doing something, do it happily. Now that is like you are doing this like every day when they are when you are giving your tight it's like blood transfusion that is. Built out of blood transfusion. Hey, I want to ask some of us persons here, because I've got the tithing records of everybody. How come? Yes, how can some of you have not paid tithe this month, last month, some three months? Why it is like blood transfusion or bone extract? Some kind of transfusion, kidney transplant or something. One day some some Christians. Were at a fellowship and one of their members had a kidney failure, so they came and the guy was in the hospital so they came and said look, we need one of us to donate a kidney. So, so so let us. Pray about it. They pray that they said who, who will donate his kidney? Nobody donated his kidney. So the brother said, look, I'm going to do something. The leader of the fellowship. And he took a feather. I'm going to throw the feather into the hair and wherever the feather goes, that person has to donate his kidney. So he threw the feather and the feather that went out, it came down towards him. So he started wiping his hand like this. Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah. Move that Father away from him, from him. Hey, glory be to God, Glory be to God, glory be to God. So sometimes when we are paying tithes, it's like kidney donation. Every month you are donating kidney, stomach, heart. Eyes. Arms. Legs. Why? Why is it so? Difficult for you? Recalculate your income. Recalculate your whole life based on whatever God has given you, minus God's money. It's not included in the calculation. Hallelujah, because. It is not a small. Thing to come for a meeting and they say one of us should donate his kidney. It's not a small thing, hey. The next one, number six, you must pay tithes so that you do not rob others of the opportunity to hear the gospel of salvation. Amen. Every time you don't pay tithes, you are robbing people. You see, the whole, this whole 7 reasons why you must pay your tithe is about stealing. You see, it's about stealing. Every time you don't pay tithe, there's some form of stealing going on. And God says thieves will not go to heaven. Matthew 6 says that there are no thieves in heaven to rob. Do you understand what I'm saying? So if so be the case, you get it. We must decide not to steal our tithes. And here again is another form of robbery. We rob people of the opportunity to pay tithes. One day a second pastor came to our church to preach, and he was from a rich country. From a rich country and he said to me, I want to make a donation to your church. I said praise God. He said whatever. He said I'll take an offering, whatever the offering is, OK, I will double it up to 10,000 so. If. The offering goes beyond 10th are like 11,000. I won't give you 11,000, I'll give 10,000. So if people give 5000, I'll add 5000. People give 6000 our ancestors. If people give 7000, I'll add 7000 from my church in my rich country because the church was. Large. And he knew that when we take the offering, it will shoot beyond $10,000. Do you understand? Do you understand what I'm saying? So we took the offering. So he said he wants them to count it now. So I said OK. I called the people, I said count this particular. Offering now so that you come into. So he went to count. They went to count. So we're sitting down the front. Then the financial people came into himself. They came in the figure and said, oh, OK. So then he asked me how much was that? Well, he was wondering how by how many this thing he has to multiply the of three. So I told him, oh, it's 3 million. 3 million, I said no. 3 million of. Our. Three million of our currency, 3 million of our currency. So say oh, OK, OK, so how much is it in dollars? So I did a calculation. Do you know how much? $200 he said What, $400.00? I said yeah, what is it? Yeah, $200.00. So if you multiply us, you give us only 200. Now what? Happens. You see what you people? Don't realize that in Africa you may see a lot of people, they don't have anything. Yeah, a lot of people, they don't have anything. And that is why when we don't pay our tithes in the richer parts of the world, even though you may not be a rich man, but your tithe may be somebody's salary for one year. That's what you don't realize. You may not have. You may not consider yourself as a rich person here, but they're not paying off. Your tithe is depriving others of hearing the gospel because when we receive tithes, we use it to evangelize. So you're not paying tithe? Steals. From people's opportunities and that pastor was surprised, so he decided to just give 10,000. So the whole offering was 10,200. Because you see when. You are outside, you don't realize the realities. But that day he saw it from because they took the offering, they counted it. They came to the front. We haven't finished the service. He was right there. They counted everything and it was there for him to see. Two. Yeah, 3 million. It was $200. So Africa, you see a lot of people. So if I'm sending pastor. Jimmy to Congo. If a large church. If a large church, it's a large church. A large church in Africa is able to take a big offering and it comes to $200. If he's starting a church and he has 40 people or 50 people, how much do you think that offering will be? Calculate it and see. So when you don't pay tithe, you prevent you, you steal from others the opportunity that they would have had to hear the gospel from Pastor Jimmy. Yeah. Go, go, go, go. Are you going to pay your tithe so that you can go? How many understand what I'm talking about? Yeah, I'm just trying to explain to you that your your failure to pay your $200 tithe. It's actually, it's like an offering of a large 10th of 1000 people. Yeah, it's like stealing the offering of a. Large. Church, the whole offering. One day we went for a crusade in a certain town in the Baltar Region of Ghana. That day we had 9600 people giving their life to Christ from the salvation carts we give every 9601, two, 345, six, 9600 people now. No, no, no, wait, wait, no, we took the offering. You know how much the offering was? 2 million. Which was no, the change had changed. Which was $200. Yeah. And of a laka which gave their life to Christ, plus those who didn't give their life to Christ. You understand? 2 million like this 21200 dollars. So as we go there, we are not going there to get. Money. No, there's nothing like that. There's nothing like they're going there to get money. You have to pre finance it before you think of going there. You have to. Pay for everything. Before you go so not paying your tithe, it's like stealing the offering of the whole crusade. It's like an Amabar coming with a gun and say offering take it and you go away. That's what I'm. Explaining to you that you can easily not go to heaven if you don't take care. As you go to heaven, you see so many offerings that you've taken away by not paying your tithes. And your offerings, Are you there? Yeah. The last one. You must pay your tithes so that good people can work for the church and for the gospel. Amen. Good people. Now, what is a good person who can work for the church? Pastor Jimmy is a good example. Yes, is a good example of somebody a good. Person who can work for the church, Yeah. Oh, you don't think so? Yeah, You see, when you don't pay your tithe, good people don't work for the church. Only bad people come and work for the church. It's true. Because the good people, they say, you know, I think I know what I'm going to do with my life. Yeah, I think I know what I'm going to do. Yeah, I think. I think I know what to do. You are a secretary, right? Yeah. So I can't have a secretary like you, but the United Nations what not what whatever can have a secretary like you. You see, one day I got I got somebody to be a secretary for me. I mean not permanent, just I just gave a letter to write. She typed it like that one page like this of a page like this. OK, not this a 4A4. Then I started. Reading it every. Line there were at. Least three bullet holes, bullet mistakes, grammar, spelling. I never knew the person couldn't speak. English. But also you meet somebody, say hello, you don't say so much. I was shocked. I never knew people don't know how to spell grammar English. It was terrible. Yeah. And so you see that those who. Can spell those who can read those who can understand. Yeah, you can't employ them. They have to work for the virtual for this, for that, for that, for that. Yeah. Where we, the church, has to get lesser people, idiots or Down syndromes or difficulty with thinking groups of people. Is it not true? Yeah, yeah. One day a certain man came to see us. He wanted his son to come and work in the church. He wanted his son to come and be in the Bible school, and this guy's son has so many problems, stealing, drugs, every kind of problem. He had two sons, but the first son he didn't bring him to the. School, but this one, it brought him to us that he has an offering that he should come and work in the church. Now one day he was talking to the pastor and he told the pastor, he said that this my son, I don't trust. The only two things that I trust. If he says good morning or good afternoon, apart from good morning or good afternoon, I don't believe anything. That, he says, and this is the point that he's bringing to the Bible school. You see, that's what we think of the church, and you think about that yourself. If you are very good in life, you have a good job, you are clever, you are intelligent, you think you are better than the work of the Church. And it all reflects in our failure to pay tithes. Yeah, because we know ourselves that we are. We don't even pay tithes regularly. Why should I go and join something that me myself, when I was on this side, it was not something that I was doing properly. And I know most people are not doing it properly. Why should I go and give myself subject myself to such a system? Which depends on the people's collection every time you are talking to them as if you are trying to steal their money. Lucas, since I came, I appreciate only tight, but I'll. Say it. Oh, you want more? You want more? I'll give you more. OK. Hey, man, Are you there? Yeah, so brothers and sisters, let us know that As for tithing is a great pleasure. All the things that I've shared, they are very basic and they are also very deep. They are both basic and deep. It is the under. That's why I am here, because some my sister. Yeah, my sister. To me. There's nothing else that she has to do for me in my life. Again, my sister who supported, she's living here in Geneva, just that one thing that she did that she took hold of me and paid me, gave me money down here, 200 for something. She's every month from her salary at The Who where she was working, She sent it to me. It's enough for her life, for me, for me. Yeah, one thing. Yeah, she said that you don't. And she has made it possible for you to sit here today. I'm funny. I'm talking to you that she made it possible. When sometimes you don't know the money that you are giving, you don't know what you are making it possible for somebody, you don't know what you are making it possible for somebody to hear the gospel somewhere. So when you when you don't pay tax, you are preventing people from hearing, you are preventing good people from coming to work for the church. So you must stand anytime you see somebody who works for the church, you must thank God for the person's life. Let's thank you for going to work for this man because we, we, we couldn't come. We are afraid. Look at Pastor Jimmy. He's a very cool. Person you really get a good person like him to to be with you or to be faithful to you. You wouldn't get such a good person. Do you see? And he has been a blessing and all that and. When I just ask him once go to Congo, I don't hear of him again. Yeah, Hey, such a good personal, you see. And that's why I said that it prevents good people from working for the church. Is, is the good people, you see, And what we we want the good people to work in the church. These are the people that we want. We want the good, the best. We also want good people. We also want people who are excellent, who are principal, who know how to type everything. Those are the people that we also want. Yeah, practically, why should I want, why should I want somebody else apart from Pastor Jimmy? I mean, who should I send? Who should I send? Yeah, I I also want him. I don't want a lesser person. I don't want inferior people who have not proved themselves. I want somebody who has proved himself, who is faithful, somebody who has sacrificed before. We've seen it. Somebody has preached before. We've seen it for years. I don't want just, I mean, anybody, you see. But the good people are afraid. I they are afraid. There's a lot of fear in the church. I I asked by that today, why would you also come and work for me? Yeah, I said. Why would you? Come and work. For me, you're working for a non believer. I don't even know whether he's a homosexual or whether he's a whatever. Yes, that was it. No answer, no reply. Silence. There was silence in heaven for the strength of one hour. So I always tango for the people that came to work for me, like my secretary. She has never made a mistake before. Spelling mistake. Grammar miss. Because she's far higher than a secretary far. Her qualifications are far beyond that. Yeah. And she, she. I will work for you. Yeah. So I can't go for these ones because as you can see here, I am as if I'm joking. I'm. Bugging it for people. I'm saying come come come. I'm messing this. OK, it's seven o'clock. 8:00 we come back 05 past 8. All right, you have one hour, 15 minutes. Take a break. When we come back, we are going to the second one. But you say you want more of this one. You want more? You want more, I'll give you more. Lift up your hand. Father, we thank you for your blessing in Jesus name, Amen. When you are coming after, bring an offering. We take an offering in the evening. All right.
