02. Sons And The Anointing 2

Welcome to track #2 of finish what you started. Ashes, are you going to be standing throughout? I think you can be seated. God bless you for your good work. Yeah. If there's an emergency, then you attend to it. Yeah. And you know, the emergency, another emergency is when you see a shoe flying to the preacher, then you can run and catch it. You know, praise the Lord Jesus. Hallelujah. Tonight I want to share something with you, something on my heart. I want to prepare. I don't have any things that finish what you started means what Bishop is going to be talking about. But I tell you, I'm not there yet. So I am also anticipating and I'm waiting to hear what our Papa has for us. And I believe that he really, God has really placed something on his heart to come speak to us. But let me find out how many are here. This is the first time ever you are attending a shepherd's camp like this. A camp like this. This is your first experience. Wow. Wow, wow. That's powerful. No, no. Let me see your hands again. First experience. That's almost half of the people. Or more than half. OK, so where are those who have been coming? But last year the whole place was. Full. OK. How many? I've had two experiences. This is your second camp. This is your third camp. Third camp. 4th camp. This is your 4th camp with a Bishop. OK. 6th camp. 5th camp. How many? Your camps are uncountable. Uncountable camps Veteran campus. Wow. Veteran campus. OK, well tonight I believe that I want us to turn your Bible with me. Somebody say turn. Say I will turn. Turn is an advanced form of tenant, so turn with me to the book of Malachi. Try and find Malachi in your Bible. Malachi chapter 4, the last verse in the Old Testament. The last verse in the Old Testament. Let's let's look at for the last two verses, verse 5 of Malachi, chapter 4, verses 5 and 6 from whichever version of your Bible. Let's go behold. Let's read verse 6 again. He will restore the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers, so that I will not come and smite the land with a curse, praise the Lord Jesus. One of the things the Lord has been prompting my heart on stems from this verse in the last couple of weeks, and I believe that there is a curse that God wants to avoid or God wants us to avoid. There's a curse God wants to prevent from coming upon us and it's found right in this verse. He says that so that I will not come and smite the land with a curse. There is a condition and there are different conditions that attract different cases and different reactions from heaven. Different moods. God seems to have moods. There are times God is angry. There are times God is happy. There are times God is his heart is broken. There are times God regrets, God said concerning King Saul, that I regret ever appointing him as a king. It repented me for appointing King Saul, appointing him to be a king. And so God goes through different moods, emotions, reactions, if you can call it that way. Now here he says that there is a condition that will make him smite. The land with a kiss. And what is that condition? That condition is when the. Father's Hearts. Are turned away from the children or in fact end or when the children's hearts are also turned away from the fathers. Either or both conditions can bring the curse of God upon the land when the. Father's hearts are turned. Away from the children or when the children's hearts are turned away from the fathers. It's a condition that predisposes us and your life to a curse, and God is saying that. Because of that. He is making a plan. Hallelujah. To avoid this. Plan. You know, I learnt that term in South Africa. I'll make a plan, I'll make a plan. And I think it's a nice sentence, OK. I told somebody the other day, I need you to do this. I say, OK Reverend, I'll make a plan. I'll make a plan. So God made a plan that in order to. Avoid this. Case, he said I am sending my. Messenger, I am send. Behold, I'm going to send you Elijah the Prophet before the coming. Of the great and terrible. Day. And what was Elijah's assignment? To restore the hearts, the 10 away hearts, the hearts of the fathers back to the children, the hearts of the children back to the father. In order to avoid the case. If that. Sending doesn't happen. A case is surely happening. Messy. Hallelujah. How can the children's. Hearts be turned away from their fathers. And how can the father's hearts be turned away from the children? And I believe that there are various mysteries surrounding these things. And I would really want to recommend this book, My father, my father. I want to recommend it to everybody seated here. Buy this book, soak it in, read it because there's something in it for you. Somebody say there's something in it for me. Hallelujah. Now I want to say lay a few foundation blocks and then we'll talk a bit and we'll close. I believe, and I've seen it over through and through in the Scriptures that God, the Bible says that he sets the solitary in families. God sets people who are lonely, who don't have anybody. He sets them in families. Hallelujah. So families, that the concept of a family is God's idea. It's not a white man's idea. It's not an African mentality. It is not your idea that today that you have come, you are now coming to establish a family. Families, an establishment of families. It's something that is God's ideas, God's creation. That is why when you read a lot of the Bible, you see a lot of genealogy. The Bible takes. Time to describe who begat who and who begat who and who begat who and begat, and a lot of begetting and begotten and sometimes you wonder that what what of what importance is this whole list of begettings It is important because somebody and everybody belongs somewhere there is no. Free moving atom. Everybody belongs at the end of the day. Every animal belongs to an animal Kingdom. At the end of the day, every. Species. Of whatever belongs somewhere you. Belong somewhere. I belong somewhere. You are not an independent. Mobile atom just moving like an electron or whatever in the system. You belong somewhere. Somebody say I belong somewhere. Now where do you belong? God the Bible. Also says that God. Sets the boundaries of nations. You are not. A Zambian by mistake. You are not a Congolese. By mistake, you are not a Ghanaian, by mistake a South African, by mistake a Zimbabwean by mistake. God set you in that family. God set you in that country. God made you speak that language. God gave you that tank. God gave you that color. God gave you that which you. Have. It is of God. It is not a mistake. You may think, Oh, my father was travelling through the country he was passing through from South Africa was passing. Through Zimbabwe to Mozambique. And then and on the way he just begats by the roadside and I appeared. Tell three people you are not an accident. Tell the person you were you were you. God made a plan for you. God orchestrated your arrival. Yeah. Many great men of God were not supposed to have been born. Check their history. They shouldn't be alive today. Yeah, check their history. You see, somewhere along the line, either they shouldn't have been born or they should have died sometime along the line. Our Bishop, for example, he should have died many times. Yeah, many years. He tells the story when he was swimming in in the sea. And then he began to drown. And he started saying our Father were in heaven, hallowed be thy name. And then he said Hail Mary three times, our Father 2 times, because he had asked his priest, the church where he belonged to, He had asked the priest before that, what do I do to go to heaven? And the priest told him, say our Father three times, Hail Mary whatever, how many times every day, and you go to heaven. So whilst he was under the. Sea and he was about to drown. He was saying Hail Mary three times, our Father 2 times, and then God brought him out. Yeah, you get it. And, and, and many people. Bishopsaki says that when he was in his mother's womb, the mother decided to abort him because they had had a number of children and she said it was over. So she actually went for to see a doctor. The mother went for to see a doctor to get some medicine and she drunk and the baby was supposed to have been aborted. And she waited one week, two weeks, 3 weeks the baby was not coming, 4 weeks the baby was still not. Then he she went back to the hospital that oh, I have been aborting this baby. The baby is not aborting. Then the doctor said, what medicine were you giving? Then she brought the medicine. Said oh this one, it rather makes the baby very strong. And she said what he said, No, no, no, no. This one's rather made the baby very strong. And actually it is not too late to try and. Remove this baby. If you try it, you, you will die. The baby will live. And the ma and the doctor said well I think you started it, you better finish it. Hallelujah. And you must finish what you started. Amen. I think let's make a plan. Can you put this the flowerpot? Put it here. Yeah. I don't know what to get out. Symmetry, brother. Symmetrically. Amen. So you realize that your life is not an accident, your family is not an accident. Thank God you were not born. In my family, it wouldn't have worked. Delisa, it is OK that you were born in the family that you were born. God made a plan. Chose your father, chose your mother, calculated the genes and the combinations and how your nose must appear, how your teeth must be arranged. Yeah, yeah. How, what temperament you must wake up with. God made a plan. Hallelujah. You can't be an. Accident. You can't. It is impossecant. Impossecant means it is impossible and it can't be so impossecant. Say it's a word. Amen. Now what am I driving at? I'm driving at the fact that we are a family here. This church is a family and God has made it so. And you do not. Find yourself here tonight by accident. It is not an accident that you joined this family. It is not an accident that he joined. Lighthouse Chapel International, Wherever. Mozambique, Zambia, Port Elizabeth Port. Novo anywhere. It is not an accident. Well, pastor, you know, I was just walking by the street and. My friend. Invited me that let's let's just go to church and then I went and I well, I've not seen any other church better than this. So I've just decided to be here in the meantime, let me tell you something. If the Lord had appeared to you in person or had sent an Angel to appear to you to tell you, you know my son, my son, I have said thee so that thou shall belong to Lighthouse Chapel International. You may either collapse in front of the Angel and die or something. You know, So a lot of the things God designs to play anonymous and he pushes his agents, your friend, your school, you know, just you, you, you think though, I just went to school and I decided, you know, I was passing by and I had some people singing and I just decided to enter the place. And then God made a plan. I said God made a plan. God had been skimming a long. Time how he can get. Somebody like you and place you into this family, Yeah. And why is God? Placing you and me in a family. And the reason is that in every family there's something to gain. There is something to gain. Praise the Lord. In every family God places a father. It is unfortunate that many of us, we do not have the perfect example. But you see, your condition today does not really change God's pattern. The fact that you were born without a father doesn't mean that there are no fathers. And it's not possible that you were born without a father. Yeah, only that your father refused to accept responsibility. That he was a father, so you are not. Fatherless, even if your father. Died. You still had a father, yeah. So every family God places you under a father, and there's something to gain in belonging to that family. Praise the Lord Jesus. What is there to gain #1 when you have a father? The advantage of having a father is that you don't go through certain struggles in life. You do not experience certain struggles. The life of somebody with a father and the life of somebody without a father are two different lives, two different lives the life. Of somebody without a father. Somebody people without fathers have to struggle to make it, you see. And maybe 1 mother struggling to look after. The child, or maybe a grandmother or an auntie or. Somebody a foster parent struggling. To just look after this child. But when you grow up under a caring, loving father, responsible father, you realize that your life is different. The father will sweat. Do. Everything to make and to give the children a happy life there are many fathers who sometimes maybe they didn't have the opportunity to go to the university, enjoy certain things in life, but they. Decide that because of how I suffered in life, I do not want my. Children to suffer that way. And so they go. To great extent to. Provide and to give their. Children what they themselves never. Experienced that. Is a Father Hallelujah number. Two advantage of belonging to. A family having a father. Is that there is an. Inheritance. An inheritance passes naturally from fathers to children. Are you writing notes? Here we write. Hey sister, it's the great of face. To. Come. To rule. #1 Camp rule #1 You must have a Bible, you must have a notebook, you must have a pen, and you must write notes. These are four or five rules. And the rule #1 yeah. Sure. So. You you. You must have a notebook and you must write. OK. You must concentrate. You must write for because we are going to learn a lot. So you're, you listen, you are not a computer. There's no way you can recollect all that is being said. And even if your mind is as fast as a computer, let me tell you, computers, the writes, computers writes. That's how come they can remember. Yeah. There's something we call read write heads. The computer they write, they record information on things. That's how come they can retrieve only that they are recording and retrieving is so. Fast. Yeah, that is it. So the computers write, the code is recording, you are recording something is writing. So even a. Tell your neighbor even a computer is writing. What about you? Amen. All right, so God gives us fathers, and one of the reasons is so that an inheritance will pass on to you. Hallelujah. And if you do not belong to a certain family that has a particular inheritance, you can't get it. You can't get that particular inheritance that is coming. There is no way you can become the next Prince, Charles, Prince, whatever. You get it. Yeah, because you don't belong to that royal family unless one of them decides to come and marry you and. Adopt you to join that. Family. But from where you were? Born. Do you understand what I'm saying from where you were? Born up till now. The way things are, the way it is now, there is no way you can claim Birmingham Palace as your playground. No, it it it doesn't work that way. You will have to join the family somehow then when you join. It. Then you can be going in and out of Buckingham Palace at will. But as at now, find your way to Limpopo. Locate where you were born and be happy there. Shout Hallelujah. Somebody just be happy there. And so God has set us in families and God has found a way of bringing you into Lidos Chapel International as a family because there is an inheritance he wants to pass on to you and to me. Somebody say inheritance? Hallelujah. Oh, I get excited when I talk about these things. It tickles my belly, that God. Will locate throughout the whole earth and find somebody like me river hemis and say that hey, there is a headset certain inheritance. I want you to. Have. And for you to have. He orchestrate. Somebody say orchestrate? To move maneuver engineer, he makes a plan through various ways. Until until you land where he has ordained you to land is I'm not here by mistake, and you are not here by. Mistake, Reverend Sawyer. You. Are not. A light as Chapel inter. You have not missed your Rd. You have not missed your way. There is an inheritance. Long reserved, long reserved, awaiting you to collect. They are waiting for have you? Watched some of these films where maybe. Somebody dies, or some many. Years and reserves something in this. Some of the banks, you know where they store, I don't know what do they call those things? The box, what do they call it? They go to the vault and then somebody at the safe, and then either person goes to the setting code or whatever identifies himself. And then, yes, somebody left $500 and a gun and a small notebook with instructions, a list of names, people you must eliminate, mess, mess and some passports. See, waiting for you. That's your inheritance. May you not inherit a gun? May you inherit? Something more powerful than again. Amen. Hallelujah. Somebody say inheritance. And I'm not talking about inheritance of gold, silver, diamonds. The Bible says that we were not redeemed with perishable things as gold and silver diamonds. The Bible calls them perishable, but he said he were redeemed with the precious blood of Jesus Christ. There's something more precious than silver, more precious than gold, more precious than these things that earthly minded people are dying for. They will kill for it. But we belong to Jesus. Hallelujah. And so I believe that there is an inheritance. That God is looking for some people to pass on to and you know something about a heritage. I've come to understand that God has a way of doing His things. When He releases a blessing upon the earth on this man, He doesn't seem to be releasing so many of such blessings. So for you to get it, the way he will do it is to connect you to that person so that through him you receive a blessing like Abraham. God said I have blessed. Abraham with a certain blessing, and I'm not going to bless anybody with the same blessing. I mean, he didn't say that, but he actually said it. And so in Galatians chapter 3 verse 1314, he said that Christ became a cast. Christ has redeemed us from the cast of the law, being made a cast for us so that we, the Gentiles, might receive the blessing of Abraham through Christ Jesus and the promise of the Spirit. In other words, the blessing. Of Abraham, God has already released it on the earth and is it doesn't seem to be wanting to release another one so for you to now. Partake of that blessing. He has to connect you to Father Abraham and that connection is through Jesus Christ. Because we are Gentiles. We are not Jews. You can't claim Abrahamic lineage and the only. Way for you to join that family. Is through Christ Jesus. And once you join and become part of. Abraham's family because God said this blessing. Is for you and your seed. So once you become a seed of Abraham. Now you are entitled to certain blessings, Somebody shout. Hallelujah. But until you join Abraham's family, you can't claim. What belongs to the family? You can't. You'll be sick, and it will be. Criminal. A criminal. Offense. For you to try to claim blessings that belong to another family, you become an imposter. Yeah, and you are due for arrest. Someone listening to me tonight. And so I believe that God sets us in this family because there is an inheritance that he has pleased upon our Father. There is something he has pleased upon him. There's something he has pleased in him. There's something he has given to him. There is a blessing he has released. Upon him and God doesn't. Seem to be wanting to recreate those blessings again, but the way to get. It. Is to join that family and once you. Join that family. You become entitled to the blessings of that family. Put your hands together for the Lord. Do you remember? The story of the Xyrophoenician woman. This was a desperate woman who came to the Lord. Jesus said, Lord, my daughter is dying, Come heal, heal, heal her. And Jesus said, woman, I cannot take the children's bread and cast it to dogs like you. I can't. It's impossible. You are not entitled to the children's bread. You don't belong. You don't belong to that family. You can't get it. It's not your portion. You can't lay hold, you can't lay clean on that blessing and the woman said. Truth. Lord, truth, truth that this woman was. I like her. She was quick in thinking, quick in adjusting. Quick. In understanding divine truth. Immediately, she said. I know that at least dogs. When they are lying on the under the table, there were not 2 crumbs that drop from the table. The dogs are entitled to that one. The one on the table they may not be entitled, but if it drops once. It falls on the ground. It is the right of a dog. And then she also understood that many times families have. One or two dogs. Even though the dogs are not classified as homo sapien, they are not human beings. Bats. They are connected to the family, so the woman said. Lord, I know I'm not. One of the children, so I'm not entitled to the bread. But as a dog in the. Family, I am entitled to the cramps and Jesus was about to. I believe Jesus had taken a step. He was just about going. As soon as the woman said that, he said wow, he just turned and looked at it. For this I see, for this die. Saying. Because of what you have said, because what the woman said actually connected her. It repositioned her. She moved from where she was into the family. Somebody do this immediately. She joined the family. And what she was not entitled the bread? Because the children have bread. There's bread reserved for the. Children. Bread, the children's bread, it is due the children. But because the woman, suddenly she received a good portion of that bread that belonged to the children. Put your hands together for Jesus. Amen. So that is why it becomes it brings a kiss when the children can see their father and when the fathers can't see their children. Or when the children's hearts are turned away. From their father. And when the father's hearts are turned away, so the children are left abandoned. Or the children. Go in their own way. Remember the prodigal son, the father had two sons. They were all sons, but the younger of them said give me, I want it now. I've been waiting. Last year didn't die three years ago. You didn't die after. Now you are not dying. And the way it is, no, it doesn't look like you are going to die soon. And I can't wait. I have I've. Seen something? I have. Seen some hot babies outside the house. I need some hot money. Money is the advanced version of money I need. Some hot. Money to be able to get these girls. Give it to me. Nah. So she took it, and the Bible says he took off to a far country. Far. You see, when you dislocate yourself from your father, you go. Very far. And the Bible says and there. Somebody said there, there he. Wasted his substance with riotous living and there were enough of prostitutes to finish his money for him until he was left with nothing and the Bible says that. No, man. No man wanted to help him. The only person who attempted to help me was that I have some pigs. Go look after them. You can share their dinner with them. Yeah. And he went. He was sustained on the pig dinner for some time, until one day the Bible says that when he came to himself, when his senses return to him, then he said, I will arise and I'll go back to my father's house, because even the servants in the house, they have enough to eat, and I'm here languishing in penury and poverty. And so when a child's heart is turned away from the father, you go far, far into a country. Waste away your inheritance you. Waste it. Until, until, until mercy. So ladies and gentlemen, I want to encourage our hearts that I believe that God wants us, our hearts to turn. God wants our hearts to be turned to the heart of our Father. God wants us to see him, to see the Father that he has given to us, to see him as he is, and to be able to receive the thing that he has given to him to be able to receive. Because when you don't see him as a father, you can't receive. You can't receive what you must receive. Yeah. And a father is different from a physics teacher is different from a chemistry teacher is different from a biology teacher. Your biology teacher his his duty is to teach you biology, not even English. If you can't understand the English he's using, it's up to you. It's up to you. He can't start English with you, teach you English, then he's now starts his syllables. No, but the father's role is very comprehensive, is an all round rule. Yeah. If you really grew up with your father, you, you, you, you. You can't limit the role of your father. It's all-encompassing. You know, things he talks, things he did, things he said, things he didn't say, things you could observe from and a whole lot of combinations. Hallelujah. So, ladies and gentlemen, I believe that our house must be stabbed to look at the Father that God has given and for us to receive him, not as a teacher, but as a father. Let me give you one verse so that you say we haven't read. Some of you say we haven't read the Bible. You know, I think we've read even. We've even read at least. Yeah, I've given you one scripture. Let me give you let me give you one more First Corinthians 4 OK, and we'll be closing soon. I see many of you your eyes are your eyes are trying to close First Corinthians chapter 4 praise the Lord Jesus good good. From verse 14 Paul said, I'm reading from new American standard Bible. Paul said, I do not write these things to shame you, but to admonish you as my beloved children. For if you were to have countless tutors in Christ, yet you would not have many fathers. For in Christ Jesus I became your father through the gospel. Therefore I exalt you be imitators of me. For this reason I've sent to you Timothy, who is my beloved and faithful child in the Lord, and he will remind you of my ways, which are in Christ, just as I teach everywhere in every church. Amen, I said. Amen. So Paul write and said, I do not write these things to shame you, but to admonish you as my beloved children. For if you were not the King, James said that. He said, for though you have 10,000 instructors in Christ, yet ye have not many fathers. For in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel. Somebody's phone is ringing if you don't switch it over, clap for you. OK, now, so quickly Paul was saying that Paul had to remind the people and introduce them that listen, in Christ Jesus, I've begotten you in Christ Jesus, I've begotten you. You know, and sometimes you don't have to wait. We don't have to wait for our Father to come and remind us that listen, I am your father when it gets to that point means something is wrong. Something has been wrong along the line, so the Father has to come and reintroduce himself to you that listen, I am your father and how did I become say in Christ Jesus, I have begotten you and then he goes as I've sent now he said the system. Therefore, I exhort you be imitators of me. I exhort. You to imitate me, behave like me, behave like me. That's what Paul was writing to the people and said, I've sent you, Timothy, that my beloved son or my beloved child in the Lord, faithful in the Lord, that he will remind you of my ways, which are in Christ Jesus. So many times we have to be reminded of the ways of the Father so that we can walk in those ways. Hallelujah. Because when you don't know your Father's ways, how can you walk? That is why there was a difference between Moses and the Israelites. The Bible says that Moses, the people of Israel, knew his acts. They knew the acts of God. But Moses knew his ways. Yeah. And the people of Israel were always challenging Moses, quarreling with him because they didn't know his ways. They only knew his acts. But Moses knew his ways. And that is a higher dimension when he knows somebody's ways. It takes you higher than just knowing his acts, his appearance and disappearance. And you move higher when you get to know his ways. Shout Hallelujah. Is it good so far? So, ladies and gentlemen, there's an inheritance. There's an inheritance to gain. And there are a whole lot of blessings of having a father. And I want to admonish our hearts tonight that we should really not just see Bishop as as as an instructor, as another man of God, you know, another anointed man of God who is moving around in the world. And a few times he visits here to minister to us. No, when, when, when you have that mind, you can't receive what God has placed on him for you to receive. But when you receive him and when we receive him as our Father you there's so many. It's a spiritual thing. It links you and and inheritance passes naturally. Somebody said naturally it passes naturally another, you know another pronunciation of naturally, naturally, naturally it passes naturally. That's a technical form of naturally, it passes naturally to the children, Amen. So all you have to do is to be a son, to be a daughter, and then before you know it, inheritance is just chasing you left, right and centre. When you lift your hand, inheritance, when you by your knee, inheritance. When you dance around inheritance and a lot of things start happening. Amen. Is it good so far? Do you think it's good so far? Can I give you probably one more Scripture and then so that I can run away from here quickly? Jesus Christos, are you still here? I'm looking for it this as you also look for it because it just occurred to me, but you know, God said to Isaac, you see, Isaac's blessings were not because of Isaac. You get it. Isaac's blessings were not because of Isaac. Isaac's blessings were not because of Isaac. Isaac's blessings was because or were because he was Abraham's son. Yeah. The blessing that came upon Isaac was just because he was Abraham's son. Praise the Lord Jesus. Hallelujah. Amen. Yeah, don't worry. Is there Is there somewhere in the Bible now? God told Abraham, is that because your father got told Isaac, because your father Abraham obeyed me, because your father obeyed me, therefore I'll bless you, I'll multiply your seed, I'll do ABCD. To you because your. Father Abraham obeyed me, not because you what you are coming to do today, but because your father obeyed. I have a covenant with your father. I have an agreement with your. Father. And I cannot. Back out of that. Agreement because in Genesis chapter 15, God cut and agree a covenant with Abraham and so God was underoath to perform his agreement and all Isaac had to do was to just be a son and remain a son. And the covenants were happening. Yeah, covenants were happening. That's why even Ishmael who came out. Of Ishmael still had to be blessed because. Once you are Abraham's son, are you the moment? The moment you join. Abraham's lineage a blessing. Mass somebody say is a most. Once you belong. To that family, something must drop on you. It's a must. Amen. So, ladies and gentlemen, I, I, I, I believe that God has given us a father, you know, really, really, really. And an inheritance in the house, something he wants to give you, something he wants to give me. And that's why he made you orchestrated. He made a plan for you to become part of the family light of Chapel International. Because there's something about to drop on you. I said there's something. About to drop on you? I want to say again, there is. Something about to drop on you. Why? Because you have. Joined that family and you have joined this family. God is entitled. To. Place on you. What he has placed on the Father. Jesus said I can't give the children's bread to the dogs. It means that the children have some bread. So when you have a child, you are entitled to that. Bread. And I believe that in this meeting and in this camp, we are going to enter into the brakes. Hallelujah. We are here to eat the children's bread and we are going to carry enough home with us. Hallelujah. Somebody says something is about to happen. Praise the Lord Jesus. Listen, I didn't come here to joke. At all. I mean real. Business, this camp. Something must drop.
