He was not speaking professions into his lifestyle, lifestyle changes instead of him to change his stuff into the four dimension, 4 dimensional lifestyle and the lifestyle changing the four dimension instead of changing something in his life. Yeah, yeah, yeah, sometimes up with you in a certain family so that you see, because you realize that your family is not a good family that only bad examples women who beat their husbands. So when he believed in the stars, he gave it. Somehow it was believable to him. And that belief is what propelled him. And that's how he became the father of faith. What do you think? In my office I have a wall of Jesus, pictures of Jesus, because I like to be like Jesus. I see Jesus, I want to see Jesus have pictures of Jesus, famous photographs of Christ's ministry doing different things that he did of different stories that he told. See of the certain things I want to see to get it. Are you there, are you there, you are not there. And then so get a believable picture. Now you go and get a picture of Bill Gates and realize that I mean, this guy is 50 something billion dollar and that's the picture that you are seeing. It can help, but you may want to get something more believable. You see, what I'm trying to say is that there is something that you can become in your lifetime. There is something you can be. You get it. And that is a picture that you need to see and that is what you believe. You must believe. You must believe God, You must believe in the vision. Hey, you must believe, Amen. When I see the patriarchs, the people that I'm following in the ministry, I've seen them survive. So one of the things I believe in is survival, that I Will Survive. Hey, I've been through many things as you've seen in this time, you may not know, I've I've been through many sorrows. Is that I've seen so many sorrows that how the song goes sing and sing for me. I've seen so many sorrows. I've been to many places, OK, But I've been to many things. And I've seen that through it all, God can help, and God can make me survive. Is it a powerful thing? Yeah. So I believe in survival. I've survived this, survive this, survive this, survive that, survive every crisis. I believe God give me the upper hand every Christ. I see that picture. I see myself suffering, but I see myself surviving. I see myself trembling by the end of the day. I see that I'm standing. I see myself struggling, but at the end I see that I want. That's the picture that I have of myself, of surviving, of making it, of making it to the end. It's a picture. It's a possible picture. Amen. Possible picture. Hallelujah. So what picture do you see of yourself? What picture do you see of yourself? Maybe your mother's pictures are a good picture. It's true because our parents are human beings. What picture is your parents picture, your mother's picture, your father's picture. So my God gives you another father. That's what I was trying to explain. As for you, we will go to your father's in a good old age and you go to your father's in peace in a good old age. Wow. See, I receive a good old age. I walk in a good old age. I will experience a good old age. I thank God for a good old age. In the name of Jesus, a good old age and good old age. You know, these days it's not so easy to believe for a good old age when you see death all around, you see all kinds of things all around. But I want us to see that picture in our spirits and in our hearts, a good old age. And do you believe in me for a good old age? Do you believe God is going to give you a good old age? And sometimes when you have that belief in a good old age, you see certain things. God gives it to you. Yeah, God gives it to you. Yeah. Sometimes God shows you somebody whose age will be your age when you die and whose life will be your life strength. You have probably seen that person already. You know what Paul? Paul said, He wrote to the Corinthians. He said you are a letter not written with me. You, you are a message. So sometimes a person is a message. He says you are a letter not written with him, but written with a ministry. So people are messages to you that God should receive this, that's you. So that shows that only you see this person, that's you. So that he shows you somebody who has married three times and he shows you this is you. We have buried 2 husbands, three wives, 6 husbands. It's a picture, but it takes the Holy Spirit to remember even and to recognize. I call you a spoken to you like somebody. It's on your heart. You feel it in your heart. God is showing me something. Wow. Do you understand what I'm talking about? How many understand what I'm talking about? Wow. Hallelujah. I believe many years ago when I read a little story about Church of Prayer because God was showing me a picture of a church that also studied in Ghana and that became a worldwide church and that stayed together as a family even after the founder was gone. It was a picture. It's a picture that that's what made me form the Shuffling conference. It's a picture that I see that even when I'm gone, even without me, the church can run and effectively be governed. As I'm preaching right now, Shuffling Conference, which is the governmental conference of the whole church is going on right now. That's nothing I don't have anything to do with. They are governing the check. They are transferring pastors. They are saying this, do this. They are informing them about this. They are taking decisions, different things. All I'm not involved in it is the conference that controls the whole church. So it's a this is a picture that I have seen that you can even finish your life. You can even die or even you can be alive, but he, he was alive. You see, the man was alive and he handed over the church. There was a first chairman, another chairman. He was alive. When he finally died at a good old age, 100 or a couple of 100 people went to Scotland to bury him from Canada together. But he handed the church over and moved on. On that day the Lord made a covenant with Abraham saying now the next thing that is very important in becoming and receiving the blessings of Abraham is covenants, Amen. Covenants. What is a covenant? A covenant is something you don't. You say I wouldn't do it. You say I wouldn't do you don't do it man. What do you think? Is that a good idea? Because in that day, God made a covenant. Now for any high level of like, you know, equivalent relationship, always that covenant, you get it. Now the sign of an unbeliever is breaking of covenants. Hello, are you closing your eyes? All right, covenant breaking, all right, is characteristic of the unbeliever. It's one of the marks, all marks. That's why unbelievers don't do anything without writing. They are very experienced writing and signing. Africans. We we, we like to talk. So OK, I'll come, I'll do it. But they'll write. Why people like to write it Signing? Is it not true? They don't base it on relationships, they base it on what is written. You get it. So agreements, you need to be able to make agreements. You need to be able to say I'm going to marry you, then you marry me. You need to be able to say till death has due part and only death will separate you. You need to say I belong to Lighthouse and I'm going to be in Lighthouse forever. You need to be able to say, you know, there's that kind of covenant that you need to be able to make. If you say if you tell someone, I will do this, you do it. I remember there was an old man in our church. One day he came to see me and he's one day he came to see me. He said to me I am going to my hometown and he said I do not think he will ever see me again because I am going to back because he was on pension and he said I don't think I will come back. That was when we were at the old church. Now he said in my office when he said that I felt so sad as a young pastor because this man had been so faithful in our church. He said, oh, is that over here? You know, you know how you're a young person, you have an elderly man who can be your father who will be in the children. I felt so sad. I'm not going to see him again. So he said, I want to ask you for one thing before I leave. I was wondering what is he going to ask me? He said I want you to promise me touch my thing. He said promise me that when I'm here that I am dead. So when he said that, I was so moved that I immediately said I myself become I thank you when you die. Hey, I didn't know what I've committed myself. So this brother left and went to his home that far away. Many years later I had a message that this man had died and his bar away in his hometown and I immediately remembered my promise that I made to him. Hey, what a difficult promise I have been. Now this man had instead of died and soon after he left, it took a long time for him to die. And so yes, Father, we never heard of him. Then he went and joined. There's no charismatic check of any kind of church there. So he went and joined this kind of angelic churches with garments and different things. So I was saying that Obama, they came to inform me that this man is dead. And I said to someone and say, you know, I promise this man that when he dies, I promise this man that when he dies, I will come and bury him. So I call myself. I have to call. So I went, I fool all the way this time, even though he was in this garment whenever I got there and everything and I was there. I mean, whatever I was allowed to do just by being there. But I, I kept my way to the dead man because I promised the old man. I said, when I hear that I myself, I will come and bury. You see, we are talking about people who say something and, and they never changes. Yeah, that's the kind of person, that's the kind of person that God wants to deal with. So when I say I, what's your name? Collect, collect you, we say collect you, I love you. It means I love you. Say forever means forever. If if you become very big, very slim, tall, whether if you have a baby, you don't have a baby, doesn't matter. That's why I love you. I love you. That's that's what, that's what the covenant is. Now covenant is often tested because, you know, things change. Like I said, this guy, he didn't die. I thought he would die soon because the way he came to sitting out and I'm going to and you will not see me again. And now I started feeling sad. Many times is not really perfect, there are many hidden evils within Amen and God has a way of seeing through apparent protections and sees the reality of the heart. Amen are you there? So where are some people missing when these these chairs are empty? Some guys, where are they? I want everybody here. Glory be the guy. Glory be the guy, right? We're going to wait for everybody when everybody's here and I'm going to start, OK, for the church. And in this particular case, when you are serving together, it makes it very difficult to say you are paying tithe and you need money for this as healing crusade and maybe as a member of call by your side and other things that you have to do to help in the church. So my question was why? Why are all Christians or all churches not paying tithe? So that makes it easier for if somebody moves from one church to the other, she knows he or she knows that this is my responsibility as a Christian to play tithe. The reason why all churches are not paying tithe, The reason why all churches are not paying tithe. Hello. OK. The reason why all Christians are not paying tithes is the key. All Christians have a little different beliefs. That's why there are even different churches. That's why it's not just one universal church, isn't it? Some speak in tongues, some do this, some believe in that. Some believe is for free on Saturdays, some is on Sundays. Some believe in this. And so hiding is just another thing that varies from church to church. But you see, that is why I would say to you, it's something that I believe that is is a blessing for you, not the church. So even if I was not in this church or even if you are not a user now, I would advise you to be a tithe paying, because when you don't pay tithes, you will not even you think you will give, but you will not give much. That's it. Because God will never be the priority. You think that oh, I'll give whatever in the end. God. Yeah. But you can't see him and you can't see him. That's how he is. You can't see God. So we have written a book about it. When it comes, I hope it answers the questions. Amen. Have I answered your question? I believe so. You have to have some part of your money that is a separate because you are a lady. You want to go to town and buy some singlet panties, dress shoes. You do it jointly. So for instance, my wife is working with me, but I'm blessed that she's working with me because don't all wives can work together with the when you are married, you just look at beauty and other things that you flow. Then later on you see that not knowing that she doesn't believe it to that extent. But you see, when you were young, you just oh, I love you. We shall. Oh, we, I will. You, you Then you realize as the years go by that there are differences in the extent to which you believe. That's why a lot of pastors have problems because you can't really see the extent to which somebody believes something. Do you understand? Are you there? Are you there? So very, very, very important that you have that separate. I have noticed if I ask anybody, should I give this money? I don't give that money again. You understand? Yeah. So even my wife, if I discuss with my wife, I will not give. So I give independence, she also gives it. I pay tax, she pays tax. So you have joined yourself so much that it can affect because you believe different things. Is that also? Oh, yes. OK. Then modify the counseling again. Upgrade the counseling. I mean, I think that the modern wives would really help. He thinks so, isn't it? He'd like to help so Well, how many of the wives think that it would be nice to have some such legal help? No, not babies, but just assistance. Yes. The other thing is the fact that he reverted back to the Babylonian way of doing things, not the way that got one of him, because that was what the Babylonians used to do. That was multi wives and the fact and the fact that he he reverted back to the way he was rather than separateness, separating from your family, the culture, he actually went back to algebra, OK. So you see, in those days they separated sex from the institution of marriage and from the concept of even love. You get it. Because when Jacob also had his wife, Sarah and Leah, Rachel, you know, it's like if I would give this maid, I'll give my maid to you, I'll have one with my maid. So the maid came into hell not only with sex, but in having the children in the 1st place. You get it. So that I don't think is, I mean, when we say it in the modern way is you slept with your maid. It really sounds obnoxious. But I think in the context of whatever was their culture at that time, you get it. It is a little different. So it's easy to say you're made, you get it. But I think perhaps right here you have a, a, a, a, a, a repeat of the first ever mistake of all mistakes, the mother of all mistakes. You said you have a kid James Battle, where is it? Exactly the same phrase that is used on Abraham is used by God explaining to Adam his sin. And the Bible says, And Abraham hacked unto the voice of his wife. So you see, listening to your wife is a good thing. For the Bible says husbands love your wives, and when you love somebody, you listen to the person. One of my wife's desires or things that she likes to do is to chat. My wife can chat continuously. For a long. Time. And because of that, you know, there's nothing like boredom or lack of a story. She has endless news and stories all the time. Do you get what I'm saying? So I watch television without the sound or very good sound, and she talks. Are you listening to me? So it is, it is good to listen to your wife and to, you know, relate because there there are some men who you know are killing their wives because they do not listen to their wife or this chat. They don't chat with their wives. You see, one day expecting us back, he came to the camp with his wife and he opened the door for his wife and he he asked his wife to sit down. So his wife sat down and then he closed the door. Then he told his wife, he said, you see, my darling, when a husband, when a man does this or husband does this, there are always 2 reasons. But in your case, none of these two reasons apply. He's a serious husband. He said #1 when a husband opens the top for his wife to sit down later, it's one of two reasons. Number one, I doubt it the wife is new or the car is new. But he was explaining to her that in this case none of the above, the car is not new and the wife is also not new but he's still opening the door. Sit down A1 husband. Either the wife is new or a car is new. But in your case none of this apply. Are you listening? Amen. When you see husbands and wife chatting or a man moving with a girl and they are chatting a lot, 2 things Either the husband is new or the man is new. The wife is new. Either the wife is new or the husband is new or the boy is new or the girl is new. One of them is new. So a lot of husbands and wives don't, they don't relate, they don't talk. I'm not talking about that. That's not what I'm talking about. Because he should. One day a certain wife was not happy. She was not happy at all. Do you know what? Her husband was driving her crazy because her husband would not talk to her at all. The the man is deaf and down in the house and she wants somebody to talk to and she wants to talk. And her husband said I did not enjoy talking to you because I don't enjoy your topics. I don't enjoy your disgust your your your the the taste you you talk about how and frivolous and the wife was crazy. You get it. But you see, you have to talk to your wife, Amen. Otherwise you're making a mistake. Amen. Are you listening to me? But that is not what I'm talking about today. And I'm laying this foundation not because I've lost my mind, but I'm laying this foundation because what I'm about to say, the higher He goes spiritually, the more you must be very careful to obey the voice of God only. And if you make the mistake of getting married, pastors, but Jesus didn't marry. So what you married is you realize that you are different from Jesus. The higher you ask, virtually the more God is doing things through you and needs to be sure that everything is telling you and doing through you is happening because you you said Him and you listen to Him alone. So the higher He goes spiritually, the more important it is that you listen to God. Now the great mistake what God has entrusted the whole universe to you that He has created the thing has been given to you and now the one who put you in charge is now no more directing affairs, but this woman is now guiding you or making you do something I tell you is the greatest reason. It's like if I leave you here as the pastor of Lighthouse Chapel and now instead of following the rules and the instructions that come from Lighthouse Chapel, you are following the rules and instructions that come from Redeem Check of God in Nigeria. You just get up and now you are trying to guide the church from another and say we don't have this, we are doing this, We are doing whatever we will react to you because you are you are pulling another voice. We want to be a Baptist, go to the Baptist Church. We want to be a Methodist, go to Methodist. Every church is good. There's nothing wrong with them, but this is not something that being guided by Methodist ways. So as soon as you start to hack into another voice when you are very, very important person as far as what God or what what God has done or what God is doing, you are the critical person through whom any voice can come. You change everything you see in Lighthouse. If I change something now, the whole church will change me because I'm the founder and I'm the Bishop. I'm the presiding Bishop. I'm the final authority. I mean, physically and humanly speaking. Yeah, that's right. You see, it's not. I was not appointed by anybody. Nobody appointed me in the church. Nobody put me in my position. Do you get what I'm saying? So, yeah, so I have a lot of authority I have to make the church a prosperity church, Dominion church. So we need church, orphanage church, any I mean idea, it can go here, here, here. So that I listen to very, very important. Now if I start to now listen to another voice, no matter how darling about that voice is, no matter how sweet and how gentle and how beautiful and how soft it, everything can get upside down. Now Jesus experienced the same test that Adam experienced, Abraham experienced, Jesus experienced. You may ask who was Jesus wife? Jesus wife was Peter was Peter in the sense that that was his dearest and closest person. Your wife is supposed to be your dearest and closest person. Our pastor who died just died. His wife was just telling me that her husband calls her every day in the morning, every day in the afternoon, every day, every single day. She said my best friend has gone. My only friend in this world is gone. That is how marriage, which is a very good he was he is the first chief marriage counselor of life. In fact, our book model marriage one has made a lot of contributions and he did a lot of the marriage counseling. Yes, he's the I mean, he was our principal marriage counselor of our church foundations. Do you understand? And he had he had a very good example. So he said that, but this she told me. Now Jesus wife in quotes said to him, you get it, do this. Are you listening to me? Who are Jesus? What Peter? Peter said you are not going to the cross, don't go to the cross. Jesus has not got the problem. He had just preached about the prodigal son, the man on the way to Jericho, the the attitudes and what how will you be saved? You cannot be saved by those nice messages. You are saved and watched by the blood of Jesus Christ. So Satan was attacking the foundation of the salvation of everybody. He was trying to make it that nobody will be saved again. And you see, Jesus had the highest form of descendment and was able to descend that no, even though I've chosen you as the rock, you are Satan today. But very few pastors husbands are able to distinguish when the voice of Satan is coming through this sweet dearest best. But if you fall ahead, God will punish you. Yeah. God has punished people for following their wives. You lose your life, you lose your ministry. You follow your wife. Lose your ministry. You lose. Follow God. I've told my wife many times. I said I will not follow you. I promise, I promise. I will never follow. I will follow God. I'm determined the Spirit not to follow a woman no matter how nice he is, what he is, I will not follow you. I told him over and over and I'm detecting like that I will never follow hell, follow God. If what God leads me coincides with what he wants, then she's blessed me if I was following her love you here today. Do you think that Jesus was on the cross? His wife was standing there. You are going to die. So what? She would say what? What do we do? What about the children? What about our future? What about our home? I'll be alone. That's like he said he didn't marry any woman. And why he didn't marry any woman. Here comes Peter, who is the rock. I said no, no, no, no. I cannot be. You are not going anywhere. Even Peter said you are not going. How much? Because you no, you cannot believe that such a scripture must be applied today when the Bible says husband love your wife, you see, but Jesus still loved Peter after he says Satan, then he continue to give instructions. OK, now we are going to build the church. OK, OK, you have to do this, you have to do this, you have to do this because if Satan, man is the problem, but the person is nice. So how to balance the two to both rebuke and then to laugh, or both to reject and then to laugh? It's not a small thing. And many people have lost their ministries over this principle. Are you listening to me? So that is a great mistake. But you see a mistake. If Peter, if Abraham had not made a mistake, then perhaps we could have said that he was perfect, that he made a mistake. And he continued, you understand, to follow on with the law, Amen, As you continue, so the way you manage your mistake, you know it's not to give up, Amen, Amen. It's back to press on. And you see that Abraham is like each problem that came up, he tried to find a solution. Do what you want. OK? Send her away. OK. She's come back. OK. No problem. We are flowing. You need to decide to continue to serve Abraham. Never stop obeying God in spite of his mistakes. Because even after you've made a mistake, there is the will of God in that mistake. Amen. The mistakes that we make many times lead us on towards course. Will, yes, and many of the unfortunate things leads many times to God's will if you have faith because the Bible says that all things work together for good, Amen. All things work together. I have made many mistakes in my ministry, Amen. And that is why I am very protective of young pastors. These are pastors who are beginning because I have learned that when you make mistakes or you do wrong things or you make mistakes, it's not the end. Almost everybody who is even here, some of you, you were vagabonds in other churches. It's here that nobody knows your past. That's how you are. Nobody knows you. If people knew you and their attitude towards you will be different. Not only that, they don't know you. You are sitting here as a mystery, a strange woman nobody knows, and you realize that sometimes the same person who has fallen into sin cause a lot of problems. That same person tomorrow is the best person. Sometimes that problem was actually part of, you know, the will of God. Do you get it? How you are supposed to be? That's what I did. Amen. OK. Are you listening to me? Are you there? You see the strategies to keep us around? Amen. Is it powerful? Yeah, so, Pasobe, you must try to obey the voice of the Lord. Now this she hack into the voice of her. Why people hack into the voice of money? Any other voice that's strong in your life? Because sometimes you are married to a woman. She doesn't have a strong voice. She doesn't mind anything. She flows with this. She flows with this, she flows with this. It will never be a problem for you, but maybe an associate or maybe finances or some other strong voice in your life will guide you. And every time you don't follow God, you get into heaven. That's when your problem starts. You must follow God's voice, and God will bless you because you follow His voice. Amen. Look, I'm doing the things that I'm doing because of God's voice. Amen. God has shown me what is fruits for me, and so I'm trying to do that. I'm trying my best. Wow. the Crusades and the books and different things and the churches, I'm trying to follow His voice. And I'm trying to resist other forms of guidance that are coming to me from any source whatever, especially if it becomes a strong and prominent voice in my life. Nobody should have too strong a voice. That's why a man of God must wait on the Lord. There's a song which says we must wait, wait, wait on the Lord. We must wait, wait, wait on the Lord. Learn our lessons in His timing. He will tell where to go, what to do, and what to say. Amen. Genesis chapter 17. How many are going to manage your mistakes? Well, Amen. If you killed the mistake, it would also be another mistake. So when you make a mistake, you need wisdom to money. Now instead of leaving Isaac to be killed by all his brothers whilst he was alive, Abraham gave everything we had to Isaac. So the children are only united because of the father. So when you remove the father, you may see that a lot of the things that were there because of the father are no more necessary. I said we don't know. We don't give you. What was holding us together in common is gone. We all look after him, but now he's not there. And you, I hear you say you are the heir and you are the what? The hot, hot of nations, what to me? So you have to understand the human nature and manage it. Some of you have married the wrong person. When you have married the wrong person, what are you going to do? You have to use a lot of wisdom strategies, wisdom to care for yourself and to manage things. It can never fully be corrected, but it can be managed. Medical doctors do management of mistakes. Almost all the diseases are simply managed of infections in which the animal that is causing the infection is actually killed, not even that the sickness is, but the animal that the bacteria that is causing is killed. Every other sickness that's managed asthma, they have the medicine that keeps opening the thing every time you they have something that hypertension, they have something that makes you we we you know, or something that expands your blood. So you have to take it every day. Ask my God to take it every day. Sickle cell disease will give you folic acid to help the blood cells every day and then try not to get malaria. This this that, that you are OK. What other sickness again is there mental sickness? Take this medicine every day. See they'll be growing a little further back. It cools down the symptoms that the blood disease that when a mad person is cured, there is a small one left. Frightening little children is left. The one for frightening little children is still dead, isn't it? When it comes to epilepsy, they just manage it. When it comes to cancer, they just take out the lung. But you see that the cancer is. So that's why someone said, oh, I had cancer, I've had operation and so I'm healed. I'm cured. Then a few years later I said the person is dead because the person wasn't cured.
