10. How To Flow In The Lay Ministry In Specific Geographic Locations

And one day her defenses were severely tested. The the waves came direct. There was no ball, no rest. There was no ball, no rest, breakwater. There was no breakwater in the way. They set up schools, Wesley Girls High School, this school, that school, whatever school. Some of them set up hospitals, different things. Their geographical location will reveal to you what you have to do. And so when we find ourselves in the Western world or in America, it should reveal to you this is time for Volante Lay Ministry Volante. If Doctor Losch was found in Ghana, if I if I find him in Ghana, it may be a sign for him based on the geographical location that is found. That is to you have to flow in full time ministry. It's true because the gadgets you are using in America as emergency room, we don't have some electricity stopped working. We have to collect all these things. What are some of the gadgets you use in the emergency room? We use? We have the, we have the crash cards, the word cards, the crash cut or the Kumkats with somebody comes in and is dying. Who has the ET choose the the endoscope. It has the no, it has the the the shocks defibrillators to shockable and cardiac arrest. We don't have defibrillators. I've not seen anyone in Ghana before. And then we have, and then we have, we have the, all the tubes for you have the, the Airways of which is the the ET tubes, the endoscopes, the carbinography to monitor the CO2 waves. And then we have the IV fluids, the brochures, the easy drills for the IV axis. And then we have, we have chest tubes for those who have chest compression immediate cities. We have immediate cities scans for those who are have trauma to the brain, who are bleeding and have the nuclear Marinda, you have a problem scan may not be working, maybe it may be under maintenance. And yeah, those are the immediate. And then we have, of course the immediate drugs for the blood pressure that are dropping dopamine, dobutamine, epinephrine, atropine to sustain the blood pressures. Yeah, we have to send to the pharmacy to see if they have some. So when you see your geographical location has become Ghana, then you say, look, these things are not going to get all these things. So I just look, let me just work for the Lord from morning to evening. But if you find yourself here where the emergency room, maybe God will send you to somewhere in the, in the, in the Caribbean or some other Spanish country and you have an emergency room, you'll be the only emergency room emergency doctor for children that they have not seen one in that country before. But they have emergency. They don't even have emergency doctors. Or if they have, then they don't have four children. You see that you are now the Super #1 consultant, the whole country, the president's child and all those who will be looking after them. President's doctor. Yeah, he said the United States doctor, American doctor has come and he's looking at the president's family this way, all the elite people. You have security guards, cars taking you, everything. And that's where you will see. Now you are came as an undercover agent, you see, in the guise of emergency room doctor for children. Wow. I tell you. And before you realise, I mean, you are in Chile, you are in Paraguay, Uruguay, whatever. And you are the president's. You are the president's physician, family physician, whatever. They don't have it. Yeah. You see, So what I'm saying is that the ministry, Amen, is something very, very, very great. You'll be surprised what can come out of it. And your geographical location gives you a revelation of what you're supposed to do or what you can do. And you see, you must also have a spirit of adventure. Black people need more adventurism in you one day. One day I traveled to a certain country, a lot of Ghanaians and some non Ghanaians and one of the non Ghanaians was quite upset. The reason was that some of the people, especially the Ghana girls just sleeping in their rooms throughout the period, they want to go out, see anything, no one pension, just want to stay at home. And you ask yourself why have we come here just sleeping? We are tired, don't want to walk, don't want to go out, Huh. Oh, that is why white people sat in a ship and came across their ocean and said that they have discovered, they've discovered Africa. Why didn't Africans make a ship and go and say they have discovered America or Europe? Because a certain there are types of people. Some people live on one side of the mountain. They don't know what is on the other side. They don't ask questions. Is there anybody on the other side? Is there something that on the other side of the mountain? Is there anything? Where are there people there? There's a group of people like that. They don't ask, but there's another group of people. Please, please. There's another group of people who ask what is over there. Let's go there. Let's find out. Let's see. Those are the people who discover nations, colonize nations, discover planets, go to the moon, etc. And we sit down and we are discovered. We are discovered like they discover an animal, it's true. And colonize you and teach you their language and say you speak our language. We change your names, we change your name. We can't pronounce your name. So you we call this, we can't pronounce your name. So this is your name now. That's why Malcolm X refused to, because he said my name is X, because X is unknown. Barab, I don't know my real name because a lot of the American names are African American. The names they have, it's not their names, it's that they couldn't pronounce Obobisa. Obobisa can't pronounce it. When Pastor Obo was in England, he was working there. They couldn't pronounce his name Obobisa. That is his name. So they asked Olebulushi Obuchi, a locally in Ebolushi, whatever you could not pronounce his name, they had. They had a lot of fun with his name. It's Abou Obisibu Obasaba Olibushi Alabash Osibi Osibi. But this is like we cannot pronounce your name. We cannot pronounce your name. It's too long. You see, it is because of a sudden, Placid character that you allow somebody to come and discover. Yeah. So ladies and gentlemen, I'm telling you, if you have, if you have more adventurism in US, some of you will be even what you are doing now. Because you see, as you work here, you can be the president's doctor ultimately that you'll be the top most person in the country with this, with that, so many things. But all that you know is this world. And you don't know that there's another world. And we found out that as we've gone out preaching, look at the places, as we've gone out there, but we found out more things. We've gone to countries we never knew, Congo, Brazzaville, DRC, Democratic Republic of Congo, South Africa, Botswana, Lesotho. I mean, we found places, Swaziland. I've been to so many just accepting to find new things out, but not knowing that you would have had even a better life if only you had been open. Because we are so close inside. What we know is what we know. When I was, when I was going to have a camp in Kenya, I told them. They thought I was joking. I said I will not have a camp in Kenya unless I see wild animals. I want to see lions, tigers, antelopes, everything. Otherwise I will not come. It was only when they took me serious, I said I'm not going to come to Kenya, all of them. I'm not going to come to Kenya. How they come there and I don't see these animals. The whole world comes to Kenya every year to come and look at these animals. I'm interested in the animals. And when we went there, most of the people that have not been there before, most of the Kenyans, they've never, they didn't know whatever. They have never seen me before. Yeah, they've never seen anything like that. What a shock. And I took some people there, see them sleep afraid. One day we were staying in a hotel. There was a leopard. There was supposed to be a leopard in the hotel, or at least it has been seen there before. Come and see how people were afraid. Especially Ghana girls, yeah mobile, just dressing, doing of hair, going to buy things to show off. They will never buy nighties, only dresses for Sunday or dresses for the house. Dresses to wear, show. Dresses to wear, show, show. People see how nice I look. Yeah. Mobile. Anyway. Now. So don't be afraid of a new thing, You know, I'm speaking to the American doctors. American doctors, your, your medical qualification can give you access to places, amazing places. Do you know every president has a doctor? They travel with them. They travel with their hairdressers. They have so many, there are so many jobs. Amen #2 What is #1? #2 See the lay ministry as an opportunity to lift the financial burdens on the church. 2nd Thessalonians 3/8 See the lay ministry as an opportunity to lift the financial burdens that are on the church. Neither did we eat any man's bread for naughty, But wrought with labor travel night and day. That we might not be chargeable to any of you. We might not be chargeable to any of you. Amen. So, ladies and gentlemen, Amen. There are many burdens on the church. Many, many burdens. What are the burdens of the church buildings supporting missionaries in poor places? Sometimes I'm so hard on the missionaries. I tell them you have to start a church within one year. You, you must support yourself. And I know many of them cannot. Within one year, how many people are in the church? They're starting, witnessing whatever. And so that they are in some town. There's no job. The people are poor. It takes time for people to even believe in you, but it it's like I have to give them a time by one year. Stop this, this, this bedding on the system because the bubbles to finish. People are finishing. People are becoming pastors. More missions. Every year we have 50 people, 40 more people want. We can't keep all the former ones on the same breast. You have to go off the breast for the new baby to come onto their breast. You can't have the old baby still on their breast. There's so many bedding on the church bedding to have church buildings bedding to do this, bedding to send missionaries, bedding to have crusades bedding pay salaries, so many things. So you have to see the laymans as your opportunity to lighten the burden that is on the ministry because there is a heavy as I'm here, I'm I'm I'm under burdens. Do you understand? So you you have to see that this is my chance to also help to remove the burden, the weights that is in the system. Hallelujah. Don't, don't be misled. The fact of the difficult things that we are doing, we seem to be doing it like it does not mean there's no burden. And you don't understand #3 see the lay ministry, all right as an opportunity to survive, Amen, To survive, all right, in the long term in the ministry, Amen, To survive. Now, many churches close down, so they can't survive. If your church where you are pastoring with 20 people, 30 people, 40 people you see needed to pay you and pay your mortgage and pay this and pay that, you get it. You are likely to have resigned from that church very soon, long ago. So you're being able to be a laid minister. You have to see it as the key that allows you to survive and continue pastoring what you are calling a church and giving that thing that you are calling a church a chance to actually grow and become a real church. Because a lot of our churches are now developing. They are beginning. It really cannot sustain. It does not yet have the whole church would have even been the choir. It does not yet have a choir and a church building, a church office, a church, this children's church or there is now there is no youth. The whole church is the the youth. Everybody is the church. And there are 16 of them. Do you understand? So you will, if if these 60 people were to pay you immediately close everything close. So it's actually protecting the church from closure. It's protecting that. So you're you're being able to keep it up. It's protecting the church from closure. That's what Paul said. Yeah. Paul said that I will not be chargeable. I don't want to be. There's no charge. What I'm doing. There's no charge. It's like as I'm preaching, there's no charge to you if there's no problem. I'm not having a camp with a profit planning. OK, so this, this, that when I can't take it, this whatever, this is a profit. If we do that for most of the things, we won't do them again. Most of the churches, books, everything should just not come on. So you see your ability to work without being paid as an opportunity to lighten the burden and also as an opportunity to survive and continue. Otherwise you'll be closing you close just now it will be over finish. I'm telling you, most of you will not. You will not. If you like, let's look at your church alone. Let's say people who have Oranguli separated themselves, many of them have closed down their churches because they they thought it was just collecting money. So we've had this in Zurich and some of you say most of them have closed down because you look at it from the outside, you think it's something that is collecting money that you don't know that there's so much last part of the church is being supported by another section of the church. This and this and this is balancing to make it so when you come out on you, you realize that long ago you should have been closed down. Long time ago you were not viable. You have been non viable for years, but you are being sustained by being part of the whole family. So the land ministry is the gift that God has given us so that you could survive or persist or continue or be of long continuance in the ministry even. But actually many of the churches we are doing are actually not viable as are today. But look, not everything is done where people can pay for. We are supposed to do things for people who cannot pay. The gospel is not for people who can pay. It's freely. Have you received freely? Are you going to give? It's not just for people who have enough to pay for it. Christ died for the whole world, and so the world is reached by the poor and the rich living together and balancing each other's lives. Amen. You need rich people, but you also need poor people. So see the land ministry as an opportunity to survive in the long term. Amen #4 See the lay ministry as an opportunity to be free from the opinions of men. For though I be free from all men, yet have I made myself a servant unto all that I might gain the more. What did Paul say? I'm free from all men, for though I preach the gospel, I have nothing to glory up. If I preach the gospel now, what is me? If I preach not the gospel, I have a reward. What is my reward? That when I preach the gospel, I make the gospel without charge. I abuse not my power in the gospel, for though I be free from all men, yet I have made myself A7 and to all that I may gain them more. You are free when you stand as a doctor or as a pharmacist or whatever your job is and you preach the people. You are free from the people. No, nobody, nobody does anything for you. That's why I don't borrow money from you. If I needed money, it would take a lot for me to borrow money from you. I don't borrow money generally, and I wouldn't borrow from my church members or ask you for anything because when I ask you, then I, you know, I owe you my life. But maybe BDR has lent me some money, you see, And she's waiting. She sees me as I'm here waving my hand, breathing in and out. She, she knows that my money, her money that she gave me, she's waiting for me to pay back. Hey, looking at me, she's looking at my new watch and I've not paid her and I'm wearing a new watch. Hey and I've don't mention my death, what I owe her. She's hoping that I will say something and I'm wetting my hand too much and that I'm free from her, her opinions and all that because she I don't owe her. She's not. There's nobody here that every time I come, you give me $1000 or you give me 5000. There's nobody here like that. I don't have that experience. I don't particularly. I have to be very careful with so that this year or this season that I've come. You will not change what he he has been giving me or he has been doing. There's nothing like that. So I'm free. So I can say whatever I want to say. I can use you as an example. I can use you as a good example or a bad example. It just works and you see pastors, when you are not paid by the there is a freedom that you have you. So sometimes you I wonder why lay pastors do not raise so much more money than full time pastors. I don't know whether is it a burden. It should have been easier. Take a stand up, say that what you suggested. Again, I said it should be easier for isolated pastors to raise money. Cause soon as I've told my congregation that I am not doing what I'm doing for financial reasons. And for the many years I've served as a pastor, I haven't received a cent. So it just frees me. It helps me ask them for more money. Wow. Should have been easier. But how hard time is that? I'm able to raise more money when I take an offering. The offering is more. Why is it that I'm more desperate? Cujolence is somebody who has done well with raising money or healing. Jesus, Proceed. Yeah, he's done well with that. Very well. Trinkle. Trinkle Volante. Volante. Yeah. He's able to talk to people, make them become board members, partners, all sorts of things. I don't even know the people. So yeah, he has got more people. He's working. Yeah. He's free. He's not for him. He's up. He gives you can't tell you what he gives. He gives you more than the others. You are so free. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Come do this. Do this. Do it's like, what if I'm raising funds for somebody or I'm taking an entry for somebody or somebody's wedding? I feel easy. Free. Do you understand? Yeah. And that's what the lay ministry does. If you're freezing, you can't talk in a way. You're so free. You can't talk in a way you say. Look, my friend, we have been in this for a long time. Look at me carefully. Do you think I'm mad? Look at me. Do I look like a mad person to you? I think I will stand here. Do you know how much I earn? I'm asking you for everybody to give $100 for this crusade that we have seen it all, seen it on the website that they are going to Niger. We are trying to put an extra money into the healing testing so that the crusade can work. They are hiring soldiers, police, everything. Do I look, do I look like somebody who needs $100 from you? That's the person you know where I work, you are all laborers. I have a doctor in the office there. Are you not a taxi driver? I am a doctor. You are a taxi driver and I'm raising funds. You think I'm trying to steal your $100? You see, you are. You are so free. Even if you are not a prophet who can see that? I see a dwarf standing by your side. You're free. You're free to just call up things. You can face people. You're free. Just lay ministry. Some freedom. You wait. Those of you who are lay pastors, one day some of you may be full time, you will look back with regret and say, ah, tell me when I was a late person, I was working, what was I thinking about? You realize that our hearts are not our minds are not even connected to what is happening, you see, And I want to say that don't wait because many people who are not full time today will be full time one day in the ministry. You will change sides of the pen and say, ah, I wish we had given more to do something. That's why I said that what I'm raising funds for can be used to employ you tomorrow. Today's this particular fundraising we are doing. It's something that can become something that would involve you very wildly. I know what I'm saying. Yeah. So, dear friends, Wow. I feel it already, my spirit, because soon things are going to take place and they will start crystallizing and opening up. You've never had it before, but it will happen. Yeah. Hey, man. So use your freedom. Use your freedom. Use your freedom as lay pastors. To do so much knowing that one day when it's all over or when you change size. Now I've switched size. Yeah, Van used to be here. He's in full time in Kumasi. Serena used to be here. She used to sit right here. 2011 when 2002 thousand and one. When I preached here, she said she said when you finished preaching, what is your life? I've lost interest in everything. She was working at Wall Street. I lost interest in all American life and work. Don't be surprised if you lose interest in working. It's part of my calling. That's the anointing that comes when I minister. Makes you lose interest in earthly things. It's part of the anointing that is on my life. Make you realize the worthlessness of the things you are doing. You sometimes feel that it is what you, what you listen to. It's part of the anointing that is on my life. I'm not saying that what you are doing, but you receive that administration. Don't be worried. It is something that is real. It's a spiritual thing. Yeah, don't be worried about it. It's something. Pray about it. It's a lot. I feel something. What should I do? God will say yes, this is what to do. Oh, there are some doctors that must go to South America. There are some doctors that must go to Latin America. Some people that must make moves, become adventurous, decide, give yourself not be paid by the church. Just an adventure. An adventure. Try to do something. I love it when people are obedient. I'm going to show you their blessings of obedience. Yeah. You know, the Holy Spirit told me to send Pastor Robert to to South America. And so I I kept myself to where? But we couldn't go to South America, so I sent him to the Caribbean on the way. He's on the way there. And then he eventually ended up in Brazil. Although as of today, we don't have really any big church or anything there. Spend a lot of time and money there. The ministry has become so great and so big. My books, I've been invited by one of the largest movements churches in Brazil. Yeah, huge ministry to Brazil. And when Pastor Robert goes there with the books, recently he was there, he sold more than 50,000 U.S. dollars worth of books. Yeah, that's that's about people buy the books. Books, books, books, books, books. They want my books. I'm famous in Brazil, never been there. They are reading know your man, this one, that one, this one that the man, he cannot meet the demand in Portuguese. I met a millionaire businessman in Ghana from Brazil and he told me your book, he said, and he used a certain expression. It is something something in Brazil. They don't even believe I will come if they invite me. So that I'm surprised at me. Why would I not come? I'm nothing. Yeah. Isn't that fantastic? You see, you don't even know what you are being sent to go and do there. And through his obedience has opened the door. We have more missionaries. We have some doctors who are there. They've all gone there. They've entered the place. Now they are stabilizing themselves, learning how to speak Portuguese, different language. Venezuela. Here. Here, here, here. I'm asking you do I look like somebody who doesn't know the best car at my age? Do you think I will not know which is a good car? You are lay pasta. You are free from the opinions of men. Nobody carried, nobody bought your ticket. When you are preaching, you can say since you didn't buy my ticket to come to Canada, I don't owe you anything. Just I'm asking you to give offering of $100.00. So just give it and stop. And after you go to your BMW press, the remote sounds will come whenever you press. And you are moving. That's it. Yeah. One for your wife. You are free from the opinions of men. Yeah, you are moving. You are free from the opinions of men. I remember one day the brother was standing in the car park and then he, a guy came from another church and he entered the church and he came to the car park. He started walking through the car park when he came to a BMW, shining, beautiful BMW, and he said this is the Bishop's car, This is the Bishop's car. He said what, what, what, what, what? What? What is? What is wrong with you? You see, I can already feel. It's like you want to see which car do I drive? This is one question. What Car does he use? Is it not true? What Car? Which car? That's why I disappoint them all the time. Recently a brother, a pastor, came to me. He put his hand on my car and said this car, it must go in the name of Jesus. I have to think about many things you are not thinking about. Yeah, I don't feel comfortable doing certain things. Sometimes, even if God blesses me with certain things, I feel uncomfortable. Look at how God has blessed me. Meanwhile, I'm preaching people to kill yourself for Jesus, and now I'm living and I say kill yourself for Jesus. Lord have mercy. Christ have. Is he a nice thing there? There is a way you can enter. Yeah, even there is no time of the day or night. You cannot reach me. I'm reachable if it's three AM, 2:00 AM. There is a way you can get me at 2:38 AM in the morning, anywhere, anytime. Because I've laid. I've laid clear. I I've tell people that work with me, say after I am a doctor. Doctors are not executives. There is nothing like we cannot call this person. There's nothing like that in my life. I don't even have a driver. I drive myself, doctors, we drive ourselves. We don't have drivers because we are active people. Is it true or not true? I don't have a driver. I don't have. There's nothing that you cannot reach me. No. I must be reachable at any time of the day or night, midnight, anytime. But you have to know how you can speak to me at any moment. And now I don't turn off my phone at all. But you have to know how. You have to know how. That's how you can be an apostle, shepherd this, this, but you have to know how. So this is a AH without pay, without this prayer. Do this. It's made-up of roofing sheets, aluminum sheets and a farmhouse. Way way. In the village, very, very far, but I was very happy because that was the only way we could enter into the country and got very depressed the first night. You're all my frogs. That simple thing. I mean, from Europe to Guyana, actually, the village called Virginujin. And I was there alone, late in the night, in the middle of the farm, very dark, very breezy. And the roofing, the sound of it. I was very afraid. I didn't know where I was in the middle of the night, you know, and I decided to go, you know, take a shower in the night. And then when I went to the bathroom, frogs. Frogs. Oh man, we we got a. Crapple crapple crapple I I I couldn't bath that night. It's not a rich country, it's a very poor country. So one day then you are out there and then is supported to build what we are doing. So you you, it's the way to enter the ministry. Encourage you see this thing you may never know what let me get and sons and daughters and cousins. Thank you, brother. Amen, Twinkle. Number six, the lay, you must do one. The lay ministry is your opportunity to have a part, the opportunity to have a part of this great ministry. How many are glad to have a part of something that is is going to heaven with crowns, medals, rewards? Hey, we shall receive rewards in heaven in Jesus name. How many want to receive rewards? Hey Sally, I want to receive rewards. Do you also want rewards? I need rewards. I want rewards. I want a big house in heaven. How many want a big house in heaven? One day there was a certain rich woman. She lived in a big house in America. She was a born again Christian and she had some servants in the house and one day what happened to all people happened to her and she died. Her servants also died. When she got to heaven, she was met at the gate by Peter. As usual, Peter said you are welcome. They checked the register and found her address and they took her to the place. So they passed through so many suburbs in heaven, beautiful mansions hey. And the only place that I think probably may be like that is California. One time I was, I was on a golf course in California, in Los Angeles, and I, I saw a big hotel up on the hill. So I asked, which hotel is it? Sheraton. Is it Hills? No, it's somebody's house. I saw different, different hotels. All of them were people's houses. Every time I ask Bishop Blake, oh, it's somebody's house. These are these are private dwellings. They are private homes. Hey, so some I think that the mansions in heaven would be a bit like those type of houses, California, Beverly Hills and those places. So finally she came to an area. When they got to the area where they were going, then they saw these long houses, long ones, barracks. So they entered the house, they opened the door and then Peter took the lady to her vet. And you can put your things here. She was very quiet. She didn't say anything because she was you didn't know I mean you have to arrive in heaven. So she put her things there. Then Peter said OK, so this evening there will be a welcome for those who came today and so on. So she went out to see Peter off to the cow or the chariot or whatever it was that they brought it to. When she came out, she saw that the barracks had started at an area just after a series of fantastic mansions. So she looked back at her barracks and said, hey, it's quite different, so many people in the barracks. So she asked Peter that. So whose houses are these? And Peter said, oh, this one. Do you remember your maid, 7th who was in the house? That was the house. What? What a shock. This back, the back, the backside down. The last three rows, the last three rows. When you were on Earth, yes, you were going to church and all that, but your mate, she was giving everything she had. She would give the small amount that you remember how much you were paying her. She used everything she would come to check when there was special fundraising. It's poor people who give more during fundraising. Rich people don't give more during fundraising. I'm telling you, I'm a pastor. I've seen it over and over so that when people, when people are giving up, I want to take the offering and give it back to them that I feel so sorry for you to give such money because you don't have much. I feel so sad. I'm a pastor. I'm not, I'm not just whatever I feel for the people that I'm pastoring. I feel it in my inside. And she used to give everything. You would just give peanuts. You had a lot of money. Sometimes it looks as if you are giving the most. That actually is the least. Now you get back into the Barras before volante, volante, volante. You see, I'm planning to have rewards. I want to be rewarded in heaven, I must say. He that comes to God must believe that he is a rewarder. He is a rewarder. God is going to give rewards. God is going to give you rewards for the work that you have done, Amen. And I want to have some of those rewards and you are going to have some of those rewards too, in Jesus name, Amen, Hallelujah. So you are going to play a part. How many points do you have #7 this is your opportunity to sacrifice, and lay ministry is your opportunity to sacrifice. Amen. How many are going to sacrifice something for the Lord? Sometimes we say you must make a big sacrifice. You don't even have money. But when you give yourself to be in the lay ministry so that you are even giving what you have to the Lord. Yeah. Do you know when you are a lay pastor? One day some lay pastors wrote to me and enumerated their sacrifices. You see, they were just tired of what they were doing. One of them said that his tires, the car tires, he calculated the distance from his house to the church and he said when we go this kilometers to the church, this kilometers back wear and tear on his tires. So he had to change his tires, the mileage of his car, the fuel repairs, then the time. So now he was they were saying that we want you to give us a percentage so that after you've paid all the expenses of the church, the remaining money, you should have a percentage of it and take. But you see, they were they were not wrong in the sense that their car tires, your car tires are getting worn out by coming to church Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday. Your car tires is not you may laugh and say, but it's true. Your tires are are being used, your fuel is being used. Your car, the mileage of your car is increasing because it is lay ministry. It's a sacrifice. We are not saying that it's not a sacrifice and some people are talking too much. It is a sacrifice. We know that it's A and we are asking you to make the and you can choose to be in the ministry or not. It was not intended to be an alternative job for you or something to supplement your official job that the United States Internal Revenue Service knows about to get some side incomes. It is a painful sacrifice. You will pay the price. Yes. There is nothing like it's just free. That's not how the ministry is. We are not saying, oh, let's laugh at those people who said their car mileage is this. Their car mileage is going up. It is actually going up by going to church. So when you come and enumerate it, all those records have been made in heaven by angels anyway. You should have just waited. When you get to heavy, dude, I'm giving you the mileage of your car without giving you the cabinet. They give you reward and say what are all this reward? Oh yeah, the mileage of your car and this of this, your life, of this, your time, your children, your life, everything was affected by this thing. You didn't know. We were counting it for you. We were counting every day. The doctor says you give a glass of water to your whatever. You will not lose your reward for just a glass of water. How much more? One gallon of petrol, one gallon of fuel. You think you will lose your reward for that? Just waiting. Wait to get to heaven. Don't talk about it now. God is counting everything. God is counting it. Don't think too much. Don't say God is comfortable. God that says God is not a man. God does not forget. God does not forget, but it says God is not unrighteous to forget. People forget, Men forget, human beings forget. But God does not forget what you have done. God does not forget what you have given. God will never forget everything that you have done. I'm telling you, you are not working for somebody. You are working for God. Yes, you are working for God. People forget things. People don't remember things God does not for Bible say God is not unrighteous. God does not forget things that people have done. It's wicked and unrighteous. People don't forget. We are all forgetting. Some of us have forgotten what someone did for us. Now God does not forgot. Look at what college is saying that I gave him. Honestly, it's sort of the surprises. I don't even remember giving him money because I don't normally give people money. I don't even remember. But he has not forgotten, and maybe God has also not forgotten. So, so many things. You've not even remembered the things. Just relax my friends. God will give you your mileage. He will give you so many lists. But if I had known, I would have even increased more things I would have done. God has not forget things. People forget. There are people that have forgotten me, they've forgotten what I did for them. They tell me certain things in my face. One day, one of my sons also in the ministry, he said, I sat in my chair, I started crying and then I said, hey, I was just crying in my chair, quietly crying. My face was covered with wet and saying look at these people forget. They forget, but I've done try maneuver, try maneuver, try to help, but they don't know. They don't even know. But God, God does not forget things. Amen. So don't try to extract your rewards now we are not we are not making fun. Those pastors, they wrote to me, four of them. I have the letter they wrote to me and told me how much I I don't, I'm not. I don't dispute the things they are paying with their car. It's not untrue. It is true. And especially where the mileage is recorded, it affects the price of the value of your car, the fuel, the wear and tear, the tires in the car. It's not new. It makes it worse. The spare parts have to be changed. So many things. It's all, they are all real realities. We are not supposed to enumerate the things we have done on earth. We have to wait to get to heaven and then even a glass of water, it will be enumerated for us, even the ones we've forgotten to be brought up. You say wow, wow, wow. What a God, what a God, what a God, what a God who does not forget. It's your chance to sacrifice. It's your chance to give up something. It's your chance to lose something. And let me tell you, sacrifices is in levels. I'm a pastor, Mr. Bishop, you've sacrificed. Look, I did not sacrifice actual money. There's a difference. The rich man who came to Jesus, he had money. He had all the things sitting there and God said go and sell all and share them to the poor. I have never been asked to do something like that. So I can laugh at that rich man, but what I gave up was even potential. Nothing was in my hand. And as I have seen in this life, many people who have potential rich never get actually get those riches. So I may never have gotten those riches anyway. I've never been asked to give up my life. I've not sacrificed so many things. I'm not at the highest level of sacrifice at all. I'm just at a level. So when you are also sacrificed also at a level, so you may maybe sacrifice goes up to level 13, Maybe I may be on level 17. You'll be surprised at your level of sacrifice. You may be at level 12 or level 13 or level 11. Do you understand? Oh, you may be at level 4, just entering the lead ministry. You may see that you have gone to level 7 or level 9. So The thing is, it's not as though what I am doing is the highest. It's not the highest level. What sacrifice am I giving? What am I doing? What? What sacrifice is there? It's an honor to me. I feel more an honor of God than sacrifice. What am I losing? What have I lost? What am I sacrificing? So don't, don't look at me and feel that you are not sacrificing What are you also have something you pay at an important level, because what mine is not even the highest level. It's just at a level, at a higher level, people who became ministry ate mice, living mice. They ate them and chewed them to eat as their food. People who me. When I go to bed, I don't like the food I don't want. I just sat down. My satiety center closes down. There's no food. That's why I'm there. And I operate like that. It's not a problem. Yeah. These are people who are eating mice, eating things they can. They are dying. There are higher. Levels of sacrifice than what I am doing. So you're also doing that when you see this lab ministry has come the opportunity to drive your car up and down, opportunity to talk to people, speak to people. When you use your mobile phone, use your unit, use your time, use your wife, use your husband, use your children, use your life, use your my sound system. I beg you, don't throw away the lay ministry. It's your entry to the sacrifice that you need to make to fulfill the sacrifices of Christ. Yeah, it's your great blessing to be in the ministry, to be in the lay ministry. This is such a wonderful thing. You should all be clapping for Jesus for making something like this available. Available, Available, available, available, available. Wow. As for me, I'm excited about it. I'm excited about it and I want to do more of it. Amen. Twinkle, twinkle, twinkle. How many numbers do you have? Lay ministry is your opportunity to dry out selfishness, to dry away selfishness from your life. I have no man like minded who will naturally care for your state. When you become a lay pastor or a shepherd, you naturally as opposed to naturally care for people. You ask them, how are you? How is marriage? How is life? How is their children? You're supposed to know your members children's names. All your members. You must know their children's names. You don't have to call your members children's name. The second one. How is the second one? How's your girl? How's the second girl? How much more? The members themselves, their names? You have to know their names. You must, you must know those who are married, those who are not married. You have a beloved. Naturally. Meanwhile, naturally when I see somebody that I want to know, because you know, people, especially ladies, they are not married. It is natural. They want to be married. It's a desire. I want to do anything. Why not? Yeah, so much. If I can do anything, I will do any Girls like boys more than Boys Like Girls who? You didn't hear what I said. Girls really like boys who more than Boys Like Girls. What a But you see, they sort of pretend that they don't really like us and it's sort of cool in a way. So are you in love? And you say, do you love? If they say you ask three times and they say yes, yes, three times, you have to ask three times. Do you live? I said they don't understand the language you are speaking. But I've come to see that girls like boys more than boys. Like, let's say together, girls like boys more than Boys Like Girls. One more time. Girls like boys. More like Boys Like Girls. So you have to care. Listen, listen. You have to care for the people. You have to care about their happiness. Everybody wants to be happy, isn't it? Naturally? Not the way you see somebody. Three things I'm supposed to ask. What am I supposed to ask? Number 10, How is your wife? How is your child? No, naturally you should care for other people apart from your own life. Amen. Yeah, naturally. And you are supposed to love. Love the people. Yeah, Love the people. Care for the people. You have to have a soft heart for the people. You have to cry for the people. You have to have feelings for the people. You have to suffer when the people are suffering. You must be sad when the people are sad. You mustn't be happy when they are sad. When they are sad, you are also sad when they are. When they are, when they are suffering must pain you too. That's what it means to be a shepherd. When they are sad, it also pains you. When they are hurt, it moves you. One day I went to a church and they were doing Mother's Day. When they were doing the Mother's Day, they said all mothers should stand up and they gave them a mug, a ceramic mug, pick one other Mother's Day, Mother's Day. So all the ladies who has if you have a, if you are a mother stand up. So, so many ladies stood up and they gave all of them mugs. And I looked back and I saw so many of the ladies were also sitting down because they were not mothers. And I felt terrible, you know. So when we after the service, we went back and then the pastor's wife was there and I asked, I said I said, what about the ladies who are not malice? I feel terrible. I feel so sad how it also make them. It's like it's as if it emphasizes something, you know, a problem. Yeah. She didn't say anything. Then she told my wife later, hey, your husband, you know, he's looks very hard and but he has a compassionate feel for the people he's feeling for the. He was surprised I was asking that question. So I feel. So I will never me. I will never do Mother's Day like that. I will never do that in the church. Yeah. No, no, no, no, no, no, no. I will not advise. No, I'm not saying it was a bad thing, but I, I, I feel. I feel it test my heart. Yeah. Oh, all women, All women are mothers. Maybe it's all women are mothers, all mothers. Young ladies. You don't know, you have to see. See, one day I was with a certain sister. She was. I used to tell her saying, you know, this problem is something, you know, you have to be careful. Then she was, she had not yet gotten married. And she used to see different problems. She used to see that sometimes that problem affected me, somebody's problem. Then when she got married and she now could not have a child, one day she stood with me. She said, Bishop, you know this thing, you see it, you'll be saying it. You never have an idea what is, what is about the day that you see it yourself and you see something different. You don't have to experience every problem in this world before you understand it. Are you going to? Can you be a widow? Can you be somebody who doesn't have a child? Can you experience every death? What? How many problems are you going to experience in your life practically before you understand problems? If you have an ideal situation, you don't have to extrapolate it on everybody. Most situations are not ideal. Yeah, you have to naturally be thinking about the people. What is it like? One day I was with a widow. Am I doing something wrong? Somebody's not. Well, you got a solution. OK. Hey, man, And I wanted to give my life today. Today, if I could have given my life, maybe I would have given my life. I've never felt more stupid and useless and unable to solve problems. Yeah, but you see, that's what that's what it means to be a pastor, is to care naturally not just about your little nuclear happy little family group. Your little family group is not the whole world. Most people's little group is not normal. It's not a normal group. If you don't know what I'm telling you, most people's life is not like that. So God is calling you to care for and people will be surprised that there's somebody who cares, somebody who can talk to them, can be nice. How are you? Everything OK? You all right? Have you watched Delta Force? It's one of the Mackinac films. Have you seen that terrorist guy? There was a terrorist guy. He came and he saw the pregnant lady and he said, you OK? You all right? Everything OK? If a terrorist can say OK, everything all right, How much more you you say you are late, pastor. I cannot see somebody and say you OK, all right? You all right, my dear? How much more so God has called us to care for people. Amen. How many are going to break our way out of selfishness? Just myself, me, my wife. Me, my husband. Three of us, my husband, my wife.
