20. Characteristics Of A Disloyal Assistant 2

Welcome to track #20 or finish what you started. OK, now we are trying hard to finish what we started, isn't it? So let's quickly finish signs of a disloyal assistance. Is that not so like Judas who never finished or Lucifer. Is that not so or it is not so Lucifer? I'm giving you examples of people who did not finish and this is their behaviour. Number one is what? It's like he looks less. You see, his car looks smaller, his house looks smaller, his shoes look older. He doesn't like such things at all, Huh. He's not happy about such things at all. Mercy. He sits in economy class and the senior sits in a half class. Everything that makes you look. Your car is second hand. This car is new. Hey, no back seats. Your car. Hey, what type of car is that one too? You don't have a secretary, he has a secretary #5 his concern about his image when he starts running at full speed and it changed to what? Slow motion? Because he doesn't want to let the people feel that he's a small person who's just running around. When the people are around who say yes pasta or when people are around say yes pasta. There's a few people who he could have sat at his normal chair and discuss with the people there. But that desire so much in him to sit in the chair and be something had consumed him. So one day he was not a pastor yet and I met with him and I said I'm going to appoint you as a pastor. Remember I told you one day a certain Bishop was meeting with people and he asked who made you a pastor? Because you are made a pastor by somebody. So I told him I'm going to make you a pastor. But at the right time it has its but I told him, told them. So he went and he was talking with some of his people and he told them I'm going to be a pastor. He couldn't. He couldn't control himself. He couldn't keep it to himself. I can keep it to myself. You see, what I cannot keep to myself is the gospel, not that I'm being made a pastor. Are you there? Yeah. He couldn't keep it in. So at the point he started to tell the people, say pastor strength, so we love you. Then everybody point your hand, say pastor, Pastor Doug, we love you. Pastor. I was not a pastor, I was a brother. So when the president is the leader, allow him to go about it the way he wants to go about it and accept it because that's the choice he has. And they come and sit there and criticize, go back to their hostel and discuss and criticize, criticize me, criticize my car. They used to criticize the car that I was driving. They used to criticize my message. See, criticism is one of the greatest symptoms of pride. I as a pastor I feel I should print 40 reasons every week. One reason my buddy Sundays. That is what I think I should do. It is it is my choice. I don't have to sit in the church thinking I should do it in a different way. Have you been a pastor before? Have you been in full time ministry before where you are? You are just in medical school. I have been in medical school before and gone beyond that. Actually half a check. One day I went to a certain church and I saw a lot of people in the church and I look at the pastor and the pastor did not know how to take offerings. Yeah, it was offering. Taking is also an act. If you are a good pastor, less than several says something. If you are called, it will raise money. Your calling will generate money for your calling to support your calling. If you are called, if you are not calling to not generate money because the calling causes money to come to you to support you, God raises up money and people to help you. And then your health and strength begin to fail you. Then you say no, what shall I do? Because the days and years you may have wasted, maybe memories haunting you. Amen #17A disloyal assistant considers the privileges and honor bestowed upon his head as uncalled for and wistful. So we are wasting money on this guy. We've said that before #18 a disloyal person constantly has thoughts flashing through his mind about leaving the church. So as we are at the camp, thoughts are flashing at me. This church, I don't think I can stay here. Do you see? Why should you have such thoughts? Why do they thought somebody say, oh, it's not there. I've not decided to do that. It's just a thought. Why did that thought come? Is it nice to have such a thought? Yeah. How many? Some thoughts are not good at all. Have you had a thought that wasn't good? Good at all? How many? You became worried that that thought even came to your mind. That was the part that worried you, that the thoughts came. It's like, why does a thought like this come to my mind? Some people, when they see the pastor preaching, they'll be looking like a leopard. Who has seen the meat? Everybody. You want to sleep with the pastor? Why tell anybody such a nice thoughts? I don't appreciate such a thoughts. So why do you have such thoughts? Flashing, flashing, flashing of living. We are a limo. A limo. I'll leave. I'll leave one day. One day or five years time. I'll leave. Only one more year. Then I'll leave. I'll surprise you. What type of thoughts are these? It means that seed is in you. Lucifer seed. Seed of Luciferism. I will arise. I will ascend. I will be like I will sit on the throne. Hey, so there are certain thoughts. The thought itself is disturbing. So you don't have to say I haven't decided or it's not something that I mean it's not a serious thing or it's just tops that top plan mercy zigzag. OK, OK #19 this affected associate do not make any extra efforts. Amen. After all, they don't make extra efforts to do anything. They don't go the extra mile. So watch out. People who have become cool, they don't get much involved in so many things. You get it because. Because they don't really believe. So when there's a meeting start at six, come around 9:00 or 2:00, you get it. Yeah. I mean, those who are die hard into the thing, they are all here from morning to evening, from the beginning to the end. It's true. Those who believe is halfway to a point come in the evening, come at the end, come at a point. Yeah, all those you can see the extra effort is is a message. It's a message of the persons in I mean flow with what is going on. So destroy our people. They don't go the extra majors. I come for second service. One day. I had a certain pastor who was becoming this lawyer. At first he could do everything. When it reached a point he could only come for tech service. Only tech service. But at first he could come second. He could come from and he couldn't come for pastors meeting. He couldn't come for Shepherd's meeting. He couldn't come on Thursday, couldn't come on Tuesday, only Ted service. So one day I said, I call. I said, look, if you're a pastor, you have to come for second service. Ted service, you have to come on Tuesday. Because if you're a pastor, you're supposed to be even extra, more loyal, more involved. You can only come on Ted service. So I said, if you cannot come for this, this, this, this, you cannot be a pastor, Sir. OK, yes. Your pastoral isn't anywhere to sit at the back of the church. Yeah, he used to sit in front. He went to sit at the back. He sat at the back because the back is near the door. The next time I saw he was out of the door. He sat at the back for some months and then that's it. So you see all those signs. It's like I can't make the extra effort. Second service is at 830. Test service at 10:30. Come two hours as a pastor of the church, so, so are these people you think they are your main assistant. They can't make extra effort to be there at a certain time to do extra things, a little more than even the ordinary church member. And yet that person is a lay minister. He's a shepherd. He's a this, he's an assistant. He's whatever. What makes him an assistant, what makes him a helper if he cannot go the extra mile? I'm not a real assistant. I'm not a flowing person because I am the person. I'm there early to come and. Clean the chair to make things work. You have to come early and you have to flow and be there and be supportive and show the extra effort. Hey, that's where we can see. You see, I just love as I become quiet. Doesn't say anything, doesn't show the doesn't show the attitude, doesn't go the extra mile, doesn't do anything extra, doesn't pay tights. When when we say we are doing foundry so that we can buy a new guitar, you'll be looking at it. I'm sure it will not work. And instead of giving something proper that you can give to help, you just take, take 20 runs, take hundred runs when you could have given 1000. But you don't go the extra mile in anything because you're not a good assistant, You're not helping. Your flow is not positive. You can see it from fundraising. The main people who are with you, you see from their giving, Yeah. Even the Healing Jesus Crusade you can. I can see from the support of the Healing Jesus Crusade the level of belief in me and loyalty by the support that comes from that church. Yeah, because that's what I'm doing. You can see you go to certain places, you see that the healing just say is an important thing in that church, even though I am not in that church. And you go to other places, realize not even the people don't even know what it is. They don't even know what is healing Jesus Crusade and they don't go the extra mile in in relation to that thing that your head pasta is. So let's say you are the head pasta. You stand up and say I feel that our loud speakers are not good and I feel that I want us to do it and you're the assistant person. I said look every day fabrics every day last time daughter, you can make it today this today that today this today that now today's speakers. These speakers are OK. So say how many will give 10,000 runs? Nobody I knew, no, this man be disgraced today. Thousand runs, nobody will give. Hundred runs nobody will give. There's the USA also just sitting there, which is I knew it would not work. And you will not go the extra mile, you will not give anything extra because you have some way and you don't flow. You are not believing, you are not positive, you are not behind the pasta in a positive way. I'm telling you, you can see all these things. They are all symptoms and signs and you wait till it's your turn to be a leader. When you stand up and you now need people to rally behind you and help you and push you to make things happen. You see God will pull them back like this and say don't help him because he didn't help out. This let him reap a whirlwind because He sowed the wind. When you plant wind, you reap whirlwind. Whatever you didn't. That's why I said people when I'm preaching, walk out. I only pray for Lord. Many people walk out when they are also preaching. May nobody stay to listen to them. May no, may there be no one to show respect to them. You don't respect your pastor when when it's time. Galatians 6 says you not give your pastor an offering. You not honor him. You not remember him on his birthday. I also pray for you that may no one remember your birthday. May no one remember. May no one ever honor you. May no one ever give show respect to you in this world. May you always be disrespected and end up in prison. I show the wind, reap the whirlwind. Oh Jesus, who told his sweet, gentle best apostle, you are Satan. This voice is Satan voice. I was like to be a pastor and a leader you have to be strong, very strong, the strongest so far. It took me many years to realize that voice is not God's voice, Percy. It may be God's advice to you, but it may not be. It may be even the devil. Yeah, but it took me a long time because of the gentleness, sweetness, beauty. Who is more beautiful here? More gentle looking, nicer looking. This is on heart move to move away. Nice, beautiful, sweet. That means that the words that are coming must be the words of heaven, the words of Jesus, words of God. But I'm speaking to all of you who say you are called by God. He has said assistant pastors who when they go home the wife will say certain things to them. When they come their attitude has changed because of the woman that is in the house. Thou hacking to the voice of the wife. When when you see when, when sometimes maybe the pastor is dead and you love the pastor but your wife doesn't like him. You have to lead. Yeah. You have to lead your wife's likings to like the person that you like. Yeah. Like the people that are in me. There are the people who didn't like Bishop Duncan Williams, didn't like this president. You don't. You can't be here. You don't like it. You have to like it's. There is no shame. You may scream. You must like. Yeah, you must like it and be happy and flow. This is what we like here. Yeah, we like it. Yeah. They will go to their houses and their wife will say certain things to them. Certain things when they come see their attitude has changed. How many realize sometimes you certain things will be said and your attitude is changing. If you are not experienced, you will not know. And when you hear those voices, you must know God, you must be able to say no. I have decided to follow. And when you are young, you see the beautiful gentle sweets like this. You have to believe that no, this nice person is not God, because it's natural to say things. This is very angelic, good person. And when the person speaks softly, it says, My darling, be careful of that man. All that glitters is not gold. There are certain things about the man. Be careful. I've seen this before. Lessons on loyalty, number one, if you are going to be law, I'm trying to teach you so that you will not fall into the same trap of Lucifer. Now if God has called you and you are going to be faithful to your calling, you need deep roots. The thing you believe must not be shallow. Have you had difficulties in Botswana? If you don't have deep roots, you'll be pushed away back to England where it was easier. One of the rich people in rich jobs, if you are a pharmacist or some of these, all these people can do these way jobs. If you are not fully, fully persuade, a lot of things move you before you realize. Amen. You must be fully convinced as I'm having a camp with you. And an old wise man, he had no job, but he made his job out of giving advice, yes. So he used to go from village to village, and everything he said always was right. But he was given advice. And when he goes to give advice, they pay him. And everybody knew that this old man is what always right. You see, there are some people who don't like it when you are right and they want to prove that you are not right. So the boy decided to do something, prove that this old man is not always right. You are not right about going as a missionary. And there are people who always want to come and prove that you are not right or you are not always right, dead or alive. It depends upon you.
