Welcome to track #22 of lay power. If you want to, apart from paying your tithes to the check, you want to send me money every month, I'll receive it because that is my work. I don't. I've not taken permission from anywhere to come here. This is the work that I have. Do you understand what I'm saying? This is the work that I have. So if you want to do that, that is fine. But a Christian first step first, especially of understanding the mechanism. The mechanism is that all the members pay their tithes, The tithes come to whatever, and then the tithes part of the tithe or the tithe is eaten by the Levites, whose main work and only work is to work for the Lord. Yes. And if I tell you that I don't have a business, it's true. I don't have any business. I don't have a hiring car. I don't have anything that I'm, I mean collecting money from here every month or collecting money from here or past investments that I'm I'm raking in and I don't have anything like that. Me, I don't have anything like that. I can tell you honestly, I don't have a bus that is working for me or a cheaper track. I have nothing what I have or I don't have a piggery. I don't have a piggery. Yes. I don't have a taxi. I don't have any business. I, I don't, I'm not into be. I don't do business. I've not taken permission from anywhere before I came here. You get it. So your first, the first is in that your eye is humble and your eye is understanding what is going on is when you pay tight, then I can see that. Yeah, honestly, I'll tell you that my heart goes out to people who pay tithes, lay people. When I see a laypers who pay tithes regularly, there's a certain feeling that I have towards the person that this person really understands what is going on and loves us and loves them and supports the ministry and appreciates the ministry. True. I mean, before I go into whether you are cursed with a curse or whatever, but even who you really are that you support, you have an interest, you like it, you appreciate it, you believe in it, you have the interest. It starts from the tide. The tide is your face. Because before you even learn any spiritual graces, before you even learn any spiritual graces, you are earning something from somewhere. Bring 10% and give it to God. In case I'm spitting on you, forgive me. It is anointed saliva. You even get my saliva. People are calling for the saliva over here. You are complaining over there now. Seven ways to pay your tithes. 7 new ways to pay tithes. I'm glad you are shouting because you are the one going to give me these points. And number 27 new ways to catch non tight paying members in the church. So #1 we are going to expand the method of paying tithes from today in the Kodesh to include improve modern techniques for collecting of tides. So #1 envelope tides, envelope tides. That's the old way. Old school #2 is what tithe card we are going to have tithe cards. It's an another old school, but it also works. Tithe cards, special cards for tithing #3 what Direct transfer debit from your bank to the check. Now we want a lot of people to pay by direct debit. You, you transfer from your bank straight standing order. OK, so when you say you are a type, I will ask you which of the saving ways do you use to pay your tithes? It's no more just envelope. You come to the front. We have whatever. I will record that we have received the money from you. Hey, because I don't know why, but Healing Jesus Partners, we know all of them. We know those who contribute. We are able to monitor, we are able to see. So I asked myself, why has not that been done for tithing? That's the question, am I? Why has that not been done for tithing? We have e-mail addresses for all of them. We can e-mail them all sorts of things for the Healing Jesus partners. So why has that done not been done for tithing, which is the main way that the church also gets the income direct, especially pastors, Almost every pastor you have to pay by direct transfer and you police. When you look this way, when you look this way, you will see one or two points, OK. OK, Are you listening? Are you listening to me? Look, direct transfer #4 is what Tigo units through units, transfer of units. We are going to transfer units to the church. Yes, you see in Kenya they have what do they call it Mammy? What do they call it in Kenya? The one that they send money in Kenya Mobile. You can send money to somebody with your phone. That's what I'm talking about. What is it called? Mobile money transfer. It's called what? Misapo Misako. OK, OK. MTN, we are going to pay tithes through NTN money transfer. Through NTN money transfer. All the networks have started transferring money because I know in Kenya they've been doing it for some years. They transfer around $8 million every day within Kenya. Yeah, they said that amounts are not 20 dollars, $30. I saw a documentary on it, 20 dollars, $30.00 but the amount of money they move around within Kenya or within Nairobi every day is 8 million U.S. dollars. This was sending to his mother. This one said I think within Kenya, $8 million a day. I saw the manager for the network, mobile phone network. That's the amount of money that is. So we will be in the church and we will be calling for tight. Take your MTN now transfer now as we are here we are receiving NTN. Phones are here, basket is here, in switch is another one. Write it in switch. We are opening the flat gate to receive ties. We will have the in switch manager, the NTN money transfer manager, the envelope manager, ties card manager, direct debit manager, all the ways we are opening the door to receive the tithes. What do you think? Is it a powerful thing? Yeah, because a lot of times people don't pay because they don't, they will not be there on Sunday and they cannot, I mean, transfer the money. So the mobile, do we have to have a particular mobile number that they will transfer it to? How? How do they know the church's number? We need a dedicated number, tight number. So we have to get a tight number. Rosemary, are you writing it? Tight number, tight numbers on all networks. These are the tight numbers. And you, you, you be sure you can call and be sure that this is the tight number. Otherwise, have you arrested somebody? You are discussing something. OK, discuss with her. For a short discussion. Has been invited to the police station for discussion. She has been invited for discussion. Are you listening to me? She's at BNI OK counter back for just for discussions. Don't, don't be arrested. Just discussions. OK. Mobile money transfer is which do we have some in the church? How many use is which? Raise your hand if you use is which one? 2-3 Yeah, 4 you have. So your term has been registered. OK, so you pay. We have it and you also have it, but you have not put money. Why? It's not working, people are not using it. 8 ATM machine in the card. Can we have it? Oh, OK. So are you installing it? Oh, give them permission. ATMATM machine. Yeah, ATM the next one. ATM instant withdrawals, isn't it ATM? Yes, 5 Ambrose by the ATM machine in the church. Yeah, ATM is right that you come, you withdraw, you pay your ties, you go as we are there, you know, you see, challenge the ways of paying ties. There's no escape. Again, how many ways do you have to pay ties? 6 #7 what are that method you have? 7 #1 is what? Envelope. Traditional envelopes #2 ties cards #3 direct debits #4 mobile money. Not MTM because we will use all the networks, but you have to. We will be emphasizing tight number, tight number. So you send money to that number, then we can go and download the money. That's mobile monitor. That's number four. Number 5 is what E switch have we got the E switch card in the church to receive? We have to get that thing. Why have we not applied for it? We've never applied. Apply those who have is which can pay by is which number six ATM, instant withdrawal. So we are going to bring the ATM to the church so that you can do your Sunday everything in the safety of the church. You can withdraw money, everything. That's it. Who charge the bank, who they pay us rent. They should pay us. Yeah, sure. It's part of the church that's 6 #7 online Internet banking. Internet banking. You pay your tithe by Internet. Isn't it transfer? Have you done it before? Pay something by Internet. Who has done something before? Raise your hand, raise your hand, raise your hand, raise your hand by Internet. And Internet banking in Ghana doesn't work. I'm our bank. You can pay your electricity bill on the Internet. Yeah. Sanchat. OK, so we are going to pay by all these methods, seven ways to pay tithes #8 the more ways are coming. Post dated checks for the year. One day somebody wanted to support healing Jesus crusade. He gave us 12 checks, one for every month. 1000 thousand, 1000 thousand, 1000 thousand for every month to the end of the year. Yeah, we never asked him for money again. He just, we just catch the money every month. Yeah. So post data checks, yearly set, yearly set of post data checks. Wow. See that whatever the case, the church has got your check. They are going to cut you. See, it's just your first respect of the church. If you don't respect the church, you cannot give the church this amount of money to go and use every month. Am I mad? Am I working for somebody? That's how people think. That's why I said that when you pay tithes, it reveals how you support the ministry. It reveals how you appreciate it. It reveals how you understand it. It reveals so much about you. That's why the pain of the tithe is so important. And understand what I'm saying was I'm now going to go to the 10 revelations of tithing before I go to the 43 reasons why people don't pay tithes. These ones are the basic one that I'm sharing. These are certain signs of tithing. You think I'm joking? You see? Bring my thing. Let me show that girl. Come, come. You think I'm joking? Come, come and see how many reasons Read it. You can see I. Can see 43 reasons why some Christians. Do not pay tithes. Yeah, you think I said these are the serving, they are the basic. I'm coming to the 43. That's why when you see me per ambulate, you think I've I've lost my track of my senses. I don't have anything to say. 43 What is it now? Next time be, let it be in your mind. I'm joking. I'll call you again. You'll be surprised you have lost your way. Next time in kind. Yes #9 you can pay tithes in kind fuel. Maybe you have a fuel Russian coupons. You can give us fuel coupons. You like it. Maybe you work for Shell and they're giving you fuel, but you are not using it. Can bring your fuel or the card, fuel card. And you have to pay to the church, not individual pastors. You pay to the church. You want to bless us with fuel, We receive it. But what we are saying is that Tides is for the Church first. Are you listening to me? Nine Ways to You can play with sheep, goats, rice, cows, fish, whatever you have. Bring your tie to the Lord, oil, shirts, shoes, anything that you have. Don't bring us your old things that you cannot wear. If it's not good for you, it's not good for us. Yes, electricity units in kind. These are examples in kind. Electricity units, you can buy units for us. Maybe you bought extra units and you are moving from the house or you are going abroad and you have bought units. 40 CDs you can bring, we will use it. Another one number 10, we receive currency. Any currency tie can be paid in all currencies. Amen. So in kind you can pay units Tigo units monthly and units electricity units, any other form of units, fuel vouchers, fuel provisions. So you have to preach this in the church room 12345678 and everything should be available. All your numbers ready Koala gift vouchers for Koala Akram Mall Malcolm vouchers. We receive all. Bring it, we will use it. You see, the church is like a Kingdom. There are so many things that we do. Sometimes missionaries can. We have to settle them. We have to do this. We have to do so many things. So there's nothing that you can give us that we cannot use because our work has to do with human beings. And every day, always, there's something. Right now we are about to start our gospel space station. The guys are going there. They will not come back to Accra. Maybe when you see the cars, when they go, maybe they will come in five years time. They will not come again to Accra and they are going to live there. The Healing Jesus Crusade. Yeah, it's a gospel space station. How the space station is out there. They said shuttle shuttles to visit them. They are going to, they are going away and we have to sustain them without evangelism because from here to that place the fuel is about $10,000. The nearest place that we are going, there are some places from here to that place, the fuel is like $20,000 to go there and $20,000 fuel to come back. So we can't go and come when they go. That's it. So now we have decided to be there and wherever we are and the people that are there, we have about 40 people. How many are they? If you have a how many people or 10:20? About 40 people that will be out there at the station every month. We have to sustain them, keep them. There's nothing you can give us that we cannot use. There is nothing you can donate that we cannot use. There's nothing like that. Do you understand? There's nothing like that. Yeah. And you, you wouldn't like your husband to go and stay there for five years? Yes. Will you? Yeah, you wouldn't. Somebody's husband is doing that. Just support, pay your tithes. We are not asking for anything more than tithes. According to the Word of God, the tithe belongs to the law and we are servants of the Lord and we are commanding you to bring what belongs to the Lord. Don't keep it in your house. We are servants or they are sent us to come and collect the team that is for Him. If you are bold, keep it in your house. Again, you will see what will happen in the house. You say there's a witch in your house. It is that tight, not a witch. Your tight is in the house. You say there's a wizard in your house. That tight is what is in your house. Are you listening to me? Yes. So now your first involvement. Tell me about your first involvement, your first understanding, your first interest, your first support, your first appreciation, your first step, your first Test is the tithe, Clap for Jesus, Hallelujah, first step. So you can't take your second step when you have not taken your first step. It's true. I mean, you are not even genuine. Which are you going to count? The church's money, I go to drive the church's bus. When you don't pay the tide that we are going to use to buy that same fuel and to even buy those. But you know how much one of those buses cost? You know where we got the new things were given to us free. We bought every single one of them. The other ones we bought them from Tata. The other ones we bought in Holland. We imported Clear Fix, painted, actually everything is free. Everything is paid. Nothing has been given to the man who paid the sign. Come to the codec. He charges us, he charges everybody, charges us. Nobody says take it free customs, we pay duty tax. The government doesn't give us anything. And your first step, first Test, first support, first thing that you can do to show that you understand the ministry to pay that small tide of 23 CDs. You don't do it. And you claim that you want to be a Lycos who wants to work for God or a shepherd or a lip pasta. My friend, give me a break. Don't say it. Say something else, say that you are an Asante or an airway, but don't say that you pay, that you support the ministry because you do not. You do not. And the guys on the Gospel Space station, when they are out there, when we don't send them the support, it means that they will all we die and die. That money, we cannot afford it. And it cost about 20,000 to keep them there as they are preparing for the crusade. That's why people are not evangelists. I'm not evangelist. It's not. It's not because they don't like God. Well, you do it and the bills will dive you back. Shall they return to the place you are coming from. Where? Rest over there. 20,000 a month to do the crusade. And when the crusade is coming on, it costs 90,000 for that month when the crusade is on. If it's not only 20, just to sustain that group there. Yeah, I'm not concocting figures people are working, trying to reduce in any way possible. So my friend, when I see somebody who doesn't pay, that doesn't understand the work, yes, I I can't flow with people who don't pay tithes. I can't, I can't be your friend. I can't be close to I don't trust you if you don't pay tithes. I don't trust you. I can't lie to you. We who are full time and we pay tithes when we receive our salaries. We pay tithes before we eat. If we get an offering, if we get anything, we pay tithes first. What do you think? Yeah, first step, first taste, first support, first interest, first appreciation, first understanding, first involvement is shown by the time how many understand what I'm talking about at the back, how many are going to help to pay tithes Now seven ways to catch people that don't pay tithes. Yes, Nabia. #11 collecting of tithes during ministry meetings, Fridays office, then on #13 making of a big box. You see that thing for healing Jesus? We have to add to a tithing as well. Pay your tithes. You can pay tithes in that box, but we have one we can pay tithes. Tithes can be paid here. The post box you can pay tithes. You should pay tithes in the post box. Ties in that healing Jesus thing. It's all the same church. Let's not deceive ourselves. We cannot go and buy that thing again. Very expensive. What do you think all the snack bars should have? Coin box donation, orphanage donation. We have children that we look after. They are children of Lighthouse Chapel International. They are our children. Some of them are not wanted by their parents, some of them are rejected, some of them are not mentally OK, whatever, but they are our children. We are going to look after them and we are going to increase more children. Soon we will have 100 children in that place and we are good. So coin box at every snack bar, especially restaurants. What do you think? Is it fantastic? Is it powerful? Is it a good idea? Is it working? Are you going to pay your tithes? Are you going to locate and mark those who don't pay tithes? Yeah, These are the seven points that are now coming and the points are going to be furnished by you. What is the first way to catch people who don't pay tithes? Chapel pastors. There must be a central entry point when by 12 ways you can pay tithes. When it lands, there must be a place that it is recorded. So there's going to be a central scoreboard with every member and his picture and his name and you see claim it has come. Sister Joanna's tithe has landed for the man billing. They need to turn from red to green billing the ballot boxes and then they will be taken. Oh, I'm waiting for your ways. You are the ones who have to be caught. So you know how we can catch you. Pastors of the church, Pastor Johnny Arise. And you are thinking, me too. I'm thinking random audits. OK #1 random audits. No #1 central scoreboard. When you go to Yongicho's church, everybody has a place for tithe card. When you pay your tithe, After you pay your tithe with a tithe card, you come and pick it up. Do we have a place for picking up tithe card? Do you want a place to pick your tithe card? What about the back of Adlai Chapel by the toilet? Yes, Orita. There are people who I wanted to suggest that one of the ways we could do it is that my mom goes to the Methodist Church and she puts her, she has a Tide card. So she puts her money in the Tide card and then she drops it. And then those counting the offerings, they record it in a notebook. So her her fellowship leader goes to check at like every Sunday to find out those who have paid and those who have not paid, they're also giving receipts. So if there's when they meet for fellowship who has paid tithe. If you don't have your receipt, at least the fellowship leader has records of those who have paid and those who have not paid. So they're able to follow every month to make sure that that particular fellowship, everybody's paying tithe. TCRM Tithe card returning ministry. Yeah, we have to form a new ministry called Tithe Card Returning Ministry TCRM and that ministry will be in charge of returning tithe cards to owners. Do you get it? Instead of creating a big box for everybody, lay people who have the tithe cards and then we will return the cards to the people who pay the tithes either through chapels and if we try and try we are not able to get to announcing. Check for you to come for your. The following people's type card are here. John John Osea. John Osea. Charles osea. What do you think? It can even be put on the screen. The following people's type cards are still with us. John Osea Charles Osea Charles Osea tithe card returning ministry. Wow, Clap for Jesus, the powerful idea. So everybody will have his tithe card, especially pastors, shepherds. Whatever. You pay your tithe with the card, you get it. And then you do what? You The tithe card comes to the people who count. Then the tithe card retaining ministry. You get it. Who do what? Locate you. Yes, now the next one. Church member tithe giving monitor ministry. You see, when the church member has given his tithe, he has a right or he should have a right to monitor that his tithe has been given it it received. But sometimes you are dealing with a large amount of money. No, no, not receipt. We can't give. We start to give receipts then that we can't double invoice counter foil books, all kinds of things. But I think that which we can have a computerized system that displays the following people have paid their ties this month. All these names are there and you can just check that it has been received ties. What ties cash register. How does that work? It's like. The cash registers in stores so you bring it and then the IT will come there the person collected and then to print the receipts for you like the bookshop. No tight office. We are going to create a new office, tight office, a special office for tights. We are going to take part of the snack bar or the new extension of the Kodesh tight office for pain of Tides tight center. You can pick your tithe card. But I see The thing is that it takes a lot of space. You need walls. If you see Yogi chose said They do the underground, all the walls, thousands of spaces to see a a a like who somebody who comes like a people with a is a lot. They see that so many, you'll be checking A, A, a, a a A. A lot of people have 17 people behind. Everyone is looking for a card. So that's why we have to have a tight card returning ministry. You see, we need a tight office, tight office. So there's a ministry that our job is to return tight cards to people. It's our problem. And that's the only work you can do in the church. Why not? What do you think? All single single praise the Lord. All single single praise the Lord. Are you saying something? Yes. And one of the things that I realized was because we're also encouraging people to pay online on the, on the online forms, they ask you to pay notification for beneficiary. I was thinking that in the case where they pay even cash in church, whoever pays their touches, send an SMS to a number. If you get a response back from that number means that they didn't get it. But if you don't get a reply from the number means they've received it. I think it's just a way for for, for them to know that your type has been paid and they can track it. SMS notification to you. Pastor Cole, my type has been paid. If you see it, fine. If you don't see it, no, I have not seen your tithe. But a lot of people will not do it. There's a problem now. Anybody who pays your tithe, send that text. Also the tithe was a problem. And that the text also become another problem. You didn't have units. You said they didn't have units. Amen. What do you think? How many ways to check ties do you have #1 is what? Scoreboard #2 is what? Random what? Random audit #3 is what? Tithe card, returning ministry #4 is what? No, no, that one didn't work. Church member? No, no, cancel it. Tithe office, First number for tithe office. I think when we dedicate a real office openly and everybody knows that it's a tithe, the church is taking tithing seriously. Everybody can go to that place and pay a tithe and also you can also take your card from there. The type returning ministry will also work from there. Yeah, yeah. Next one is what? How can you monitor when they pay by mobile money? The mobile, the mobile numbers will be in the tight office. I, I, I think that there should be a tight register when you pay tights. It's on the screen, maybe on the Internet. Should we have a tight website? Today's tight website you can see on the website that your tight has has been received. Yeah, you add it to the Kodesh website, Kodesh website type registers. Hey, those are the bathroom. All those are the last two rows. Come the last two rows. Come NGO police arrest all of them. I also think that at the end of every month we have a print out of those who have paid tithes for the month. So what we could do now, what we could do now is instead of having it on the computer, we could also print it on the notice board, but it wouldn't have the figures of what they paid. So it would just be paid and not paid. And maybe they are chapels as well. Now, I think anybody who really wants to know whether his tithe has been paid, if you go to the website and it's right there, that's technology. Because anybody who will be so fussy, your tithe is so much and it has come and you are really concerned. Pardon. We want to be friends with you. That's why we called you. You are so far the back to be invited to be with us in front. Wow, great. We are happy to for you. Are you happy to be here? Just feel free. Feel free. This is the front from this place is called the front. We have no bad intention to invite you here. Amen. OK, move to the side. Yeah. So tithing office and websites, use of the websites for monitor. If you pay your tithe and want to be sure that your tithe came, you can do that. If you have to go further to do how much, then we'll have to check from the finance tithe office. I think so because otherwise print on the notice book or somebody who is that I want to see if my targets been paid and have they really received the money. Such a person will be also somebody who goes on the Internet, you understand and to go and print it on the notice board and most people will not look at it. What do you guys think? You agree, you agree, Do you understand what we are talking about? What are we talking about? You're talking about the type thing, and I think the the idea of putting the whole and listening the idea of putting the whole list on the. Gentleman and the sound give volume to the microphones. Okay, yeah. Yeah, hello. Yeah, I think the idea of putting the whole thing on the website to help others to also visit the same course. And when I came, I think it's about two years now, I've been with the church, but it's just quite recently that I've got to know of the church and website. And I think it's going to help others to also visit the church website and see what's happening there. You know, I think it's a very nice idea. Yeah, Sister, would you like to be in the TRCMTCRM? What is your name? I'm Dorothy. Dorothy OK, Hold the microphone high. Are you shy? Shy of what? Are you not a shepherd? OK, do deep sea fishing. I'm the sheep. You are the. Hi. Hi, Yeah.
