Welcome to track #24 of lay power. I've gone Prince, I've gone for the last time. I've gone Prince. I've gone Prince, I've gone Prince. Hallelujah #9 They are afraid of losing, so they hide their tides from the church. They they are afraid of losing. They feel that when they give, they will lose. That's why people don't pay tithes. They feel that when I give I'm, I'm reducing, I'm losing money #10 The next reason why people do not pay tithes, lay people do not pay tithes, is because they are baby Christian and you cannot expect baby Christians to obey instructions. Strong meat is for the mature, Amen. Strong meat is for the world. Strong meat is for the mature. For when the time you ought to be teachers, Amen. You have need that one teach you again, which be the first principles of the oracles of God. And I become such as have need of milk and not of strong meat. Now strong meat speaks of something you have to battle with a bit, not just meat, strong meat, strong meat. How many have beaten meat before? That is really hard. The hardest meat is in Nigeria. Whenever I go to Lagos, I cannot eat their meat. The last time when I went there and they gave me, I didn't even I said give me rice without meat because I cannot, I cannot and my teeth cannot withstand certain pressures. Now, tithing is something you have to struggle with. I need all of my salary and they want to take some. It's not easy. Even if you use 100%, 100% is not enough and you're supposed to take 10% and give to God Jehovah. That's why we call it trong meat, because you have to before it becomes swallowable. Strong meat, are you there? Are you there, Strong meat. Only mature people can handle strong meat. And that is why we say that as soon as you do not pay, tithe is an indication of the lack of maturity in you. Because you are still struggling with that piece of meat. The child cannot swallow it, but a grown up can swallow piece of meat. So it reveals the immaturity of the person. It's the greatest revelation to me of the maturity of a Christian. I mean, of a certain level of maturity. So when I see somebody in the choir doing this, doing this, coming forward to give a special offer, but doesn't pay tides, I mean, I didn't know about the person. You may do whatever. Don't say, don't say. Don't say. Don't think it. Yeah, you may give a special love. You don't pay your tax. It reveals. It reveals what? It reveals what immaturity because you are struggling with it. Since I started paying tithes, I stopped struggling with it. Sometimes when God will bless you, you have to pay a lot of tithes. But if God bless you a lot, then you play a lot of tithes. You didn't even bless you a lot. You don't pay a lot of tithes and he bless you a lot. You've got a lot to pay, got a lot to pay, better pay. Otherwise he would say, oh, I see, when I bless you a lot, you don't pay tithes. It's over. I found somebody else to bless. Now my level, they do not care whether the church exists or not when people don't pay that. One of the reasons why people don't pay that because they do not care whether the church exists or not. Amen. Are you there because they know that the church exists and survives on the tides? If the church doesn't exist, I don't care, Let's go to the next church #12 they do not care whether the pastors are paid or not. And I'll tell you, lay people, I have seen the tables 10 many times. People who used to be lay people who became full time, they never thought they would be full time. People who lived outside Ghana. Sometimes you have people who live outside Ghana, when we are dealing with them, they fill that hole. You people in Ghana, you don't know man. Then one day it happens that they have to be in Ghana and now you are one of the people in Ghana who don't know much the math. So treat those on the other side well because one day it may change places. So when you were in the secular world and you have to pay time, one day, a time may come you. We have all been laid process before. Mr. Johnson. I've been a lay pastor before. Have you been a lay pastor before? Pastor Eddie was a lay pastor in VRA. He's entered for five years. Shavsaki was a lay pastor. He used to work at Suhum Krabwa Kota Assembly. Why? Why are you laughing? It's funny, that is why he was working then. He used to work at Abadu Chambers, then he used to do law cases for Zenith Insurance Company Limited, always traveling. So he's going to cooperate well to do law insurance cars accident was defending the insurance company. You know when you do insurance and it's time for the insurance company to pay and they don't want to pay you, they employ a lawyer to come and say that we won't pay, that is. Are you there? Yeah. Now one day you'll be surprised into 10 and you'll become the pastor who is expecting the tides. Yeah, it's not only church pastors that are paid, but buildings are built. But one of the main things that we are not shy of it is that we eat tights. My shirt, I use tight to to make it. I use tight to make my shirt. There is no shame. This is my way. I'm not ashamed. Are you ashamed? We are not ashamed, You see. Oh, you are on retirement. You are on retirement. We are not eating ties today. Ashamed all the Gospel of Jesus. What does the gospel entail? We are not ashamed of it. We are thankful. God's power of. God to whine is a light unto my pathway. And here's a whine, here's a lamb unto my feet. God to whine, It will take you all the way to glory. Set the caps free. Make the blind to see God to what it's the power of salvation. Here's what it is healing to every nation, God to what it will. Set you, set you free. Set the calves to free. Live it and live. Oh, we are not ashamed. No, we are not ashamed of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, for we have ever lived in life. Oh no, no, we are not ashamed. Oh no, we are not ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ, for we have ever lived still. If I will eat tides and have everlasting life, I would like to eat tides. Show me where the tides are so that I eat them. We are not ashamed of this gospel, for we have everlasting life. Everlasting life where somebody would say that I'm eating the church's money and I'm going to have everlasting life. I'm not ashamed of the gospel, all that it entails, including the time. We are not ashamed of it. Are you ashamed? I'm not ashamed of it. Yeah. I'm. I've been educated. I've been to school. I come from a rich family. Yeah, my family's not poor. I'm talking about the background. But I'm not ashamed of eating a tithe. I eat it. My shoe is from a tithe. My shirt is from a tithe, my trousers are from my tie. There is nothing that I'm I have. That is all that I have and all my life I have been church property. You can point to my house and say it's on the tithe, you are right. You can point to my cousin, it's the tithe. You are right. All that I have. I've been doing this for years. I cannot claim also I got this from business or no, it's all from God's work. Wow. Oh, for we have everlasting. We are not. Everlasting life. And we are not ashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ, for we have ever lives been life. What? No, no, no, we are not the same world. We are not the same. Of the Gospel. Of Jesus Christ, for we have ever lasted. We are not ashamed. Are you ashamed? We are not ashamed all. That I support of Jesus Christ, for we have ever lies, still lies Everlast. Everlasting life, Everlasting life. Everlasting Claudia, everlasting life for you. Everlasting life. There is nothing that is too high to pay for everlasting life. All that is involved in this gospel that we have to go through is worth it. We have it. We have ever live still in. Life all right? OK. It's fantastic, isn't it? Those of you are ashamed of church, Charlie, you are a chopping church. Thank you, thank you very much. That's what it involved. That's how the gospel came #13 They do not look. It says, and I perceive Nehemiah 13, that the portions of the Levites have not been given to them, for the Levites and the singers that did the work were fled everyone to his field. Then I contended with the rulers, and I said, why is the House of God forsaken? And I gathered them together and set them in their place. This is under point #12 Nehemiah 13. The Levites fled. Everybody say fled. Yeah, they fled. They fled from the ministry, they fled from the church, they fled from churches and their children fled. Everybody fled and became farmers because the tides. They became computer scientists and they became footballers, bankers. They went to America, they fled to Germany, to England. They fled because the tides. They fled to politics. But the tides were not being paid. The tides were not being paid. You see why people flee? How many have seen why people flee? Yeah, they have to survive #13 people don't pay that because they do not care whether evangelism is done or not. They don't care they're healing Jesus. Crusaders or what? Now ye Philippians know also that in the beginning of the Gospel, when I departed from Macedonia, no other church communicated with me as consenting, giving, and receiving. But ye only. For in Thessalonica you send once and again unto my necessity, not because I desire a gift, but I desire fruit that may abound to your account. But I have all and abound, and I am full, having received of a perfratidis the things that were sent from you, an odor of sweet smell, a sacrifice acceptable, well, pleasing to God. But my God shall supply all your needs according to his riches and glory by Christ Jesus. Glory be to God. My God shall supply all your needs. Glory be to God. God will bless those who support missionary work out there. Paul said no one help me. No one help me to go out there and evangelize become a missionary only you my God will supply a need according to his riches and glory by Christ Jesus. Glory be the God, people don't care whether evangelist. Whenever you pay tithe, you support the Healing Jesus. You may not know. Do you think Healing Jesus Crusade has enough money to pay the people that work in it? You must be joking. Do you think the cost of Healing Jesus Crusade is borne by the partners? Just a small fraction. It's just a contribution. Lighthouse Chapel is the financier financier of Healing Jesus crusade for your information. If that information were bereft of that information, let me just put you in the picture. Let me put you in the healing Healing Jesus crusade is struck is a struggling ministry, struggling to just even I mean to have enough money. Yes, I keep raising money, raising partners, raising whatever it has. There's not even one person whose salary is paid by the crusade. Not even one has not been from the web go has always been sponsored by the church. Whenever you pay tithes, you see a Good Shepherd goes to look for the one lost ship, even if it's only one. And so our tight that goes into the church, the shepherds have taken the decision to go and look for lost sheep and the church is looking for lost sheep through Healing Jesus Crusade. So it's part of otherwise it will not exist. So all the things we are doing, all the everything plus Healing Jesus Crusade. And that's why I keep trying to raise more partners so as to reduce the need for the church to be involved. But that it has never been, not even one month since we started five years ago has Healing has been able to stand on his feet. There's not even, there's nobody who works in The Who is paid from their partners. That's a fact. And the partners go down every month. It goes down every month. People say we'll pay, then they don't pay. They say we'll pay, then they don't pay. So we'll bring it. They don't bring it. It's not nice always to go into copy when when they call you. It's like right now I just received a text from somebody. He wants to ask me for something, but he can't ask. So he just say what did he say? Hi, Bishop. Trust you are well. That's it. He cannot ask what he wants to ask. I know what he wants to ask. I know what he was just. You are. Well, what should I say? Wow. I'll tell him that you use You said I should say the. Wow. The chefs from there couldn't say wow. It's a big wow. That's it. Wow. They don't care whether evangelism is done or not. That's why they don't pay tax #14 they do not care whether the church buildings are built or not. They don't care you are building buildings. And who told you to build all those buildings? Rest small Bishop rests a muff like a crocodile name. But listen to what the Bible says. He says, Then came the word of the Lord in Haggai to Haggai the prophet say, Is it time for you to dwell in your sealed houses? And this how life wastes now therefore thus says the Lord, consider your ways, you have soon much and bring in little. You eat and you have not to drink, but you are not filled with drink. You drink, but you are not filled with drink. You clothe, but there is none warm. He that NF wages, NF wages to put it in a bag with holes. Why? Because you are living in your sealed houses. When the House of God lies waste. I cannot rest as long as those remaining 25 churches that we are that have no roofs on their head have no roofs. I want to put a roof on it until our Cape Coast church has a roof on it. We are struggling with government officials, people who possess Muslims, different things just to put a roof on that chair, call making calls, international calls, connection, whatever, just to fight to put roofs on the chair. Why should I rest when some of the churches in a Saint Croix where Kafasini here, here all over simple soup Kumasi, everywhere, they don't have ceiling, they don't have before even ceiling. Why should I rest? How can I sit and just take an offering calmness pass around the basket? I have to stand with my energy and what the basket cost 5 cities, 10 cities, because I'm not, I know what I'm doing. We are supporting crusades, building churches, paying salaries, paying people. How can I rest? And I don't want the cash to come on my life. Well, I'll just dwell in my own house with ceiling when the Church of God has not even got a roof before a ceiling or that's not even have a door. Or even a signboard. Do you understand what I'm talking about? Yeah. How many people who don't pay tithes are really some way. And such people want to work in the House of the Lord, but it is not possible. Don't say it, don't take it, don't feel it, you don't work #15 They think they earn too little to give their tithes. And this brings us to a very important subject. The Bible said Jesus start over and against the treasury in March after 12, and behold, the women people cast money. And there came a poor widow. She threw in two mites. Those of you who say you are giving the widow's mite, she gave 2 mites which make a Farthing. So most people who are giving widows mite are always giving one mite. The woman gave 2 mites. And he called unto them his disciple, and saith unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, this poor widow have cast more in than all they which have cast into the treasury. It is time for us to take the tithes from all people. 7 new groups that we are going to collect tithes from. Write it 7 new groups. You are going to give me the groups #1 is what Students, Students, isn't it? All students are going to pay tithes, children, including babies, all the babies in the babies church. Yeah, Babies church, K Church. All of them will make KK Tights very unique tithe card for children, Colorful, colorful tithe card that they will take home when they are coming to church. Their mother or their parents will give them the tithe card. They will have it with their colorful Bible. Just as you have a children's Bible, you have a children's tithe card, colorful names. Have you watched that film? Colorful tithe card, colorful, very colorful. And they wear that small colored tithe card, colored Bible, colored hymn book and everything with index numbers, KK church, one O 2K church, whatever. And they bring tithe. So it's a culture you start from when you are a baby. We put a tithe on the baby cots, those who bring their babies. We put a tithe box on it for tithe. Baby So and so tithe. Play all the chords. You think we are joking? No, I'm not joking. No, please. Anybody who thinks I'm joking should please. I will inform you when I start joking. Babies Church, K church, White church, J Church, all of them tithes, Students tithes. Then the next group, unemployed, all unemployed people are going to pay tithe, are going to have special unemployed tithe cards. Everybody who doesn't have a job is. Did I tell you about the elephant pupu? What happens to elephant Pupu? People come to eat it. Why it is rich and why does the elephant have such rich? It's a lot. Now those who are unemployed, have they not been going to poo poo how many times a day? Three times, sometimes four and they don't have jobs And where did they get such amount of food from? Anybody who poo poos is going to pay time from now. Once you poo, poo back when it drops tide. Hey people think we are joking. Oh how are we going to what we what we are going to do is we have to do a meeting for all unemployed. If you are here, you don't work, stand up. You don't have a job, please, you don't have a job and you are not a student. Stand up. Or maybe you'll never be surprised. Stand up. Stand up for Jesus. OK, brother. What is your name? Solomon Johnson. Hey, Johnson is a famous. How many times I did you poo poo? Yeah, twice. You don't have a job? You don't have a job where you go to twice. So where do you get your food from? Huh? In the house. Which house? Your father's house. Your parents. What about you? Who are you staying with? You are staying with your parents. Do they give you money? Sometimes They give you money. Sometimes. How much did they give you the last time? Huh. Do they give you daily money? How much? 2 CDs. Very good. How much is tight of two CDs? Yeah. And you can pay advance. Pay one CD for five days. OK, You fast Once a week Aquate how many times a day do you poo poo many times what you feel You are an American so you cannot answer these questions. Answer quickly before a problem comes. It varies. Why? Where do you get money to where do you get money to eat? On average, where do you get money to eat? A little money saved up. OK, What about yours, Your wife? Same. Same thing. So nobody gives you money? Nobody has given you money. OK, so your savings. We need the tides of the savings before I just finished. Have you tied the savings that you are using? I've tied it already. Currently you must type it also so to rebuke the Devorah in case the Devorah Gala Devorah. I differ from American Devorah. My sister. Do you work? What do you do? Well, do you get you poo poo every day? No. OK, all right. You don't know why you are missing. OK, listen, do you eat? Where do you get money to eat From? Who? Your parents. Do they still not give you money when you are coming to the company? Did you get money? How much did they give you? 10 CDs tight. Do you have a beloved? Where is he? You are getting married next month. Have you been giving her money? Sometimes. But why didn't you say that your beloved has also been giving you money? You have made yourself look so poor. Undeclared income. Beloved parents, you are getting married next month. Has anybody else given you money from your for your wedding? Who has given you money? Mention. My sister. My sister has given you money. OK. And who else? My Big Brother. Your Big Brother. She has not told you. But he knows about it. So no. They are taking part of their cause and I've explained to him so they've given, they've given us money. We beg or don't bring any marital corral. I mean because of this person we beg. Let's see. But this girl who doesn't work, she has got four sources of income. Her sister, her brother, her beloved. So unemployed people, sometimes they are richer than those who have us who work with four streams of income, 4 streams. She can't. She doesn't work. Those who don't work are poo pooing more than those who work in the black shirt. Where do you? Where do you work? I don't work. You don't work. Do you poo poo every day? How many times? Average. Average How many once Once have you eaten today? Where did you get money from? I had money from the house. From the house? Who is in the house? My parents. Your parents, Who else has given you money last week? Nobody. Last week, nobody gave you money. My parents give you money. When you say your parents, your father? Yeah, my father. What about your mother? No. Your mother didn't give you? What about your auntie? No, your uncle. No. Somebody sent you money from abroad, who sent you money from abroad, You see that? They say I'm not a prophet, I'm choosing prophetism to collect the tides. Who sent you money from abroad? My friend. Your friend, what is his name? Alex Asanti. Is he the? Where is he staying? Which country? Is in New York. New York, NY dollars Apart from Alex, who else sent? But why? Why did he send you money? Is he your friend? From where? School. Yes, school. Which school? We went to, we went to the same GSS. He went to the same GSS and then who else has sent you money? He's. The only. Person. He's the only person. Did you pay title of it? Yeah, that's why we are going to an unemployed meeting, tithing, special meeting and until they become employed, they'll pay tithes till they become employed. Then we move in, then we move, yes, we move to employ tithers. So we are now group two groups of tithers, unemployed tithers, employed tithers and then youth tithers, YPC tithers, YPC tithers, employed tithers and Unemployed tithers divided into 3. Students, are there a separate group? No, no. Students are separate. Like university student, they are very rich. University student, they are rich. University. Charlie, the riches are too much. OK, you do you poo poo. How many times a day? Average. Is twice. Twice and you don't work. Where do you get money from to eat from? The. House from the house. Who gives you money? Pardon. No, no. Use the microphone, please. Yes. I don't take money from the house, but I take only food. Do you have any money on you? Yeah. Where did you get that money from? From a friend. A friend. Purposely for the count. You asked him for the count and he gave you what is his name by her name. Abigail. What is Abigail to? You put the microphone to your mouth. She's a friend. She's just a friend. Has any other friend giving you something? No. No other friend? What about you? Who are you staying with in the house? Parents, Father and mother. Are they both your father and your mother and they look after you? Yeah. What are they expecting of you? What do they want you to do? What's next? What are they expecting you to go to school? What are you expecting? Actually, I only take food from the house. I see you. Yeah, yeah. Are you looking for a job? Yes, please. At where? I'm looking for any job that will come our way. This guy, this one get money from his friend abroad, from his parents. This one gets money from Abigail and from Parents Transport. When you are going, you go out and look for a job or you stay in the house every day. I'm in the house. You are just in the house. Look, what do you do in the house? What do you do in the house? You watch films in the house. What do you do in the house? I'm. Preparing towards. Preparing towards what? Towards the wake that I'm. What work is that going to be? You think I will? I will never leave you. I will add the question, Angel Police, will you take over or sort out this guy? I don't think he's. Next time when they ask you a question, just answer. Don't be parambulating as if your notes are finished #16. Seven. What groups? Number one students, children. Unemployed, employed. No J Church Yi Church K Church Babies, infants, children. I don't know how you group them Kyj No, they are all separate babies collecting ties from baby. You need a special Yeah I Church K Yes jy housewife, housewives and pensioners. We are going to collect ties from pensioners, housewives and people who have retired. And house husbands. No, they are different. They are different groups. Housewives, house husbands, house helps, house helps. OK, yeah. House helps. House boys and house girls, Watchmen, students, ABMTC students, ABMTC students. They must play tights. Irregular income and market women, all traders, self-employed, self-employed people are going to target all these groups. So there's going to be targeted tie collection collectors ministry, targeted tithe collectors ministry and these are the targets. TTCM targeted tithe collectors ministry, housewives, retirees, students, house helps self, some house are rich. They have totally a lot of money and they have a lot of money. They have to pay their tithes, they buy units. You see them making phone calls ourselves, doing their hair, different styles. How many fellas that we have grown wild in the church Tithe. What is it called? Tithe Targeted tithe, collectors ministry. TTCM targeted tithe collectors ministry. And now we have got about 10 or 12 groups. Isn't it Bishop Saki? Oh yeah, AB and TC students, Bible Students House helps any other group. Traders, businessmen. A lot of businessmen don't pay tithes. You see one, they'll come and give one big offering or one offering, but they don't pay tithes. Now we are going to claim tithes from all businessmen. Bring something every month. This your type. If you can't calculate it, bring your balance sheet. You calculate it for you, right? National service personnel, is there, is there a large group, a large group, national service, National service that are the employees? No, but a lot of people are employed though. But it's a group. That's what we are calling targeted tight collectors ministries like you take groups and work on how to make them pay tithes. So it's not just employed and unemployed, it's eye church so there can be a project eye church until all babies in the church pay tithes. When you are born now you start, then we start another one at J Church. Then they are now baby. When you dedicate your baby, they'll give you an index number, your outdooring contributions. You bring the time starting capital. Housewives House husbands, Is that not true? How many realize that it's a powerful thing that we are saying? Yeah, Other before I realize Bishop Saki will be going to an insurance company so that he's going to court. Yeah, you have to leave the work that he's doing, not Republic Stamp. Yeah, he'll be doing affidavits, going to court every day. He has fled to the fields. How many groups do you have now? Consultants, plumbers, artisans, all those in construction ministry, those who sell milk on the roadside. And then all the people outside the Kodesh, the Kodesh village shops are going to collect ties from all of them. But they are all church members. Kodesh, the Kodesh Village villages, streets, we are going to make an association there, collect ties from all of them. You think we are joking? Some of you see us as jokers. There's no joking what we are saying. Number 16, they think they earn too much to pay tithes. David had a lot, but he always had the mind that it was God's wealth, Amen. In First Chronicles 29 verse three, he says because I set my affection on the House of the Lord, Amen. Over and above all, I have given of my own proper good, gold and silver. I've given it to the House of my God, Amen. He said. But who am I and what is my people that we should be able to offer so willingly after this thought? For all things come of thee, and of thine own have we given thee #17 They think that their money is being used, misused, Amen. Psalm 131, this 10. Lord, my heart is not haughty, nor my eyes lofty, Neither do I exercise myself in great matters or in things too high. I think your money is being used, misused. We think we should use it like this. Amen #18 They feel that their money is being used to do extravagant things for the pasta. I think that their money is being used to do extravagant things for the pasta. Look at their car, he's travelling again. Look at this, look at that. The math. All I have to say to that, your math #19 I will not even bother to explain that one. All I say is what your math write it. Your math #19 they assume math MAF #19 they assume the church works miraculously and supernatural and therefore does not practically need money. Do you get it? There are a lot of people who just think that, oh, the church, somehow it's working and #20 they think that all pastors are con men and thieves. Amen. I think 20 points is enough for the lunchtime break. What do you think? I want us to sing one last song. It is a great thing to save the Lord, Great thing to save the Lord. It is a great thing to. Save the Lord saving in. The light of God it is a great day to say the Lord. It is a great day to say the Lord. It is a great day to say the Lord. Walk it in the light. Oh, walk, walk, walk, walk, walk, walk, walk it in the light. Oh, walk, walk, walk, walk, walk, walk it in the light. Oh, walk, walk, walk, walk, walk, walk it in the light. Oh my. It's a crazy It is a great day to say the Lord. It is a great day to say the Lord. It is a great day. Let up your hand and pray for the grace of God. Amen. Father, we are grateful.
