And I want us to read Genesis 33. The children of God are tender In in medicine, when you say something is tender, it means when you touch it, it's painful. You press it a little push, a little pressure on that place, it's painful. Then you say it's tender. Is that also when you say there's tenderness? It's a medical word also. We have tenderness and there's guarding when when you touch, the person is guarding that part of the let's say the stomach, you touch it. The person, the person is already hard. He doesn't even allow you to press. And then rigidity. The stomach is rigid, hard like a board. When you touch, it's like you can't. And then there's there's also rebound tenderness. Welcome to track #38 of the powers of a cross. How many points did I give you? 34? I'm going to give you some shepherding skills before we continue on our journey to 65 points. How many won some shepherding skills? Number one, gentleness, gentleness and tenderness. Gentleness and tenderness. Number one, you must know that the children are tender. You press and you lift and then it causes some pain. All of them have meanings. So the person is tender. It means when you push a little, it does what it causes what pain. Amen. So you've got to be gentle around that place. OK. So the Bible says in Genesis chapter 33, verse 13. And he said unto them, My Lord knoweth that the children are tender. Amen. So when children are tender, you need to be very careful #2 the flocks and the heads half young, he says. And he went on the vest and said, and the flocks and the heads with young are with me. In other words, I can't push them too hard. You see, you were asking him to go faster, go. And he says, no, you can't push too fast, too hard, because the children are tender. You can't rush and push and force certain things on the people because #1 the children are tender #2 there are young ones, Younger are weaker, so they cannot stand certain things. No, no, the flocks and heads with young, they are pregnant. Do you see? Either pregnant or they have young ones. Then it goes on to say, and if men should OverDrive them, one day all the flock will die. Do you see? All the flock will die. If men should OverDrive them one day, all the flock will die. Are you there? So the third thing is that the flock, if you OverDrive them in one day, they die. That is why people leave our churches, so that they are being overdriven. And that is why, like what I'm preaching here, I'm not coming preaching to the church on a Sunday. It's overdriving. Take 65 reasons why you should die. Why? Since we came to follow God, it's also killing of us 65. Defend varied reasons. It's to kill them. Do you see? That is why we are just about to release what we call the Poemanu. The Poemanu is different from the Makanay. The Makanay is the camps of the Poemanu of the Sunday and Tuesday messages that have been packed together, and the Optazio is the video, the DVDs of the camps and whatever that are coming together, that's the Optazio. So the ordinary church members, they don't need even the Macan. There are things in the Macan and even when you listen to the topic that they come to the camp, the topic of the camp is obedience unto death. It's like, hey, that's the team, obedience unto death, as obey till you die. Yeah, Pharaoh would hardly let us go. We are trying to be extracted from the work all out. Quinoa. So these are not things, you know, one day I felt so sorry as I was preaching because I felt that I didn't have, I didn't have anything to say. That's why one of the reasons why I left pastoring the church, because I realized that what was in my mouth now is not what it's not what the, the, the young, the sheep and the flocks and the tender ones need. That's what is my and I finally got to preach what is not in my heart. Do you get what I'm saying? Yeah. Enjoy everyday life or better life, sermons and all these. I mean, I know all these. I believe them. They are all true things. They are very good things. I mean, they are all things in the Bible. But if the flocks are tender, they are with young, they are pregnant. And when people sense that you are sensitive to them, you see, they, they, they, they, they yield more to you. That's why I say that some people, if somebody has worked for someone, doesn't mean you work for you, but you may shout because you heard him shouting, you heard him talk without saying please, you say, get me this, do that. Hey, I'm coming, Are you ready? Finish. Look, everybody go move. Sometimes I talk like that, but not everybody. When I would tell my servant or my disciple that, it doesn't mean you can tell. It's like a young pastor. You come, somebody give you a church, you come and take over the church. You don't stand up and say, will you people stand up now quickly, you don't talk. That's what Joel Osteen didn't do. The Velostein is a very good example of somebody who came into a big shoe that his father was in and he handled the people in a way. When you see him talking, he always looked at he's rather appealing. He's not overdriving the people. He's appealing to them, trying to talk to them nicely, the grown, the old, because it's his father's church. It's not his church. His father built the church and that church is huge and all the old people who were there with his father, who supported, are giving millions and millions of dollars over the years. They're all there because he he speaks and he, he talks. I. Mean a good part you can learn how he talks. You know this the way. And he smiles and and. If you see his brother, his brother is not like that. So when people speak. Do you get it? That's why it's not good to start a sermon shouting you don't start the first. Today I tell you there is going to be a change in your life. You don't start like that, you start cooling. Just talk, you see, don't start shit. I. Want to tell you today, you say. You say something. It starts gently. Even in preaching there is a tenderness and there is a gentleness that is important. And when you are gentle with people, sometimes when you see somebody being rough and tough with people, it's because he's very tender with them. In reality, that is why that tough. No, it doesn't even they shout. I said stop it. They they just laugh because they know it doesn't mean anything negative. So you have just come. You saw the man shout and he also come. Hey, we look at that. He said this. This should be the last time that you shout in that way. Let this be the last time. And he said we don't shout here. Nobody has shouted at that. Meanwhile they always shout at you. But he said we don't nobody shout here. Don't talk to us like that. One day I saw Bishop Saki talking to his secretary, and he was. Facing. Her and I was. Feeling a bit would she feel? But he was. Facing after I saw that she was just laughing because he knows that he doesn't mean anything, but you get up and come and stop and say look here, nobody waved their hand like this before. Let this be what the last time? What do you think? So the sheep, they, they, when they are sure that you are kind and you are tender, then you can even shout at them. You see you, you. You can be strong. But you have to. Prove to them the tenderness, even the understanding that OK, I am pregnant, or I am with young, or I am a woman or I am new. Or I I I I have sinned or. I am a Sinner. And. And you sure that I know you are a Sinner? It's OK. Let's go. You'll be surprised about how many sinners are very good people. Yeah, there are many, many sinners. They are very, very good people, only that they seen. This is their main problem that they seen. Yeah. So you don't OverDrive them, you know. And one of the keys in that is also in knowing that, look, those who come to church on Sunday morning, they are not so serious. So you don't OverDrive them in preaching too long. To something. There's this too much of soul. Yeah. When I'm here with you, I can talk with you till the evening. We are going to be here till tonight. I don't feel bad about it. And I call and say come on Monday. Morning. I don't feel bad about it. I don't feel sad. I don't feel I'm disturbing you. Do you see just, I told you just recently said come, I'm going for camp. Will you come if you like camp? But on a Sunday morning, no. Is it one of the main mistakes that people make is you have to know how to approach or relate with everybody in the right way. The same thing about how to go about it. Yeah, that's Esther had to learn that quickly when she got into the King's panel. You don't just go and say I've come. I went to a church recently. I went and I was teaching them about loyalty. And I was when I got to the stage of deception. And I was saying that, you know, when you get the stage of deception, people don't even know that you are a man of God because they see you as a normal human being. So I said, oh, I was telling about how I went to somebody's house and the person had an Angel appeared in the house before I came. And the Angel would be there and she would tell her husband that Bishop is coming. Yeah, it happened several times. She would tell her Bishop is coming here and I would come several times a time even one time the Angel came and she told her husband, the Angel is sitting here. And when you read Rejoining's book on where God, when God walked there, you see that it's there. They come, they move there. We feel they are protected because if they are not there, you would die. Demons and all those things will just cause events. Armed robbers are caused by evil spirits. Death is caused by evil spirit fire. Fire is called that when job when the devil said. I'm. Going to touch job armed robbers came fire earthquake this destruction this all those things were caused by just the activity of one demon. So if these angels. And so on are not in position and they are not working. So many things will happen and so it is actually the presence of angels that sustains us a case So when God instructs his Angel to stay off and not to put that is the end of the end of that means you are and in in the book of where God walked the earth, John the Baptist angels were instructed to stay off and to allow him there to be executed. That's why he died. Do you see? I I believe that Juanita died because the angels were asked to step back. That's all. For whatever reason, I don't know. But it's not that. I mean, if the devil could kill us, all of us would be killed instant. This roof will fall on us and we'll all just die in it. If he had a chance anyway. Anyway. Anyway, so I was telling you something. I was saying that are you there? Are you there? You've gone home. I was saying that. I was saying that I didn't. I was not even aware of these angels. So I will come. After the pastor told me, Bishop here, it is a sin to whistle. When you whistle, you are calling demons. He said. And I whistled in the church. Yeah. I whistled. And then the second thing is that a man does not wear a woman's dress, and that day I was wearing what I normally wear, that my designer dress that I wear, he said. I'm wearing a woman's dress. A and then a tie. The tie with the what do you call it that it points to to to hell or what? Something it's something about ties A different things. So everywhere you go, there's a protocol that you have to sort of understand. When I when I when I went and that's you see, when I when I go places to preach, it's more of their protocol that concerns me than what I'm even going to preach. Now, what are the things that offend them? I went to rape my college chair. They told me, look, there is a machine on this on your side. When you get on exactly. They give me there is this on the side when you stand on stage, it will start from this time and it will go down to when it gets to your time is up. Do not extend the time. Do not go over the time. Yeah, do not. And then you do an utter call this, this, this, this, and after that, this, that, and we will come back and we will do this. I will do this, I will do this. Hey, they took me through. That was what my main concern was that I should follow what they say. It's very offensive when you go out. One day we invited some guy to our church to come and preach. He preached and we told him, look, our service 12/30 not even 12:30, 1/12/25 12:30 we are out or we have followed that exactly. He came, he preached way beyond. We're not happy with him at. All. And then the next service also he preached. We're not happy with him. This year he ran to say that oh, he's coming to Ghana again and that before he, you know, other people have invited. So he wants to just confirm whether he's he's coming. I mean, he's going to fix his time when he will come and preach you this man. We will never invite you again. One day I invited somebody and he came to the church. I don't know how I should say that. Life stories too much. OK, OK, OK. The children are tender. You have to take your time. Cool. Now you will be very successful. And now when you take a time and you preach in the time that they give you and the thing that they say you understand. And also if you know something they believe and maybe you don't believe, I mean, just take time, Time taking and tenderness. Yeah, I remember one time we invited somebody who said we preach about that. And when he came, he knows we have what we believe and all that. And he came to preach against oral sex. He said that if he said the glass, he shouldn't come to his house and use his glass if you have done something like that if you use the glass in his house. I mean, he said so many funny things. We don't, we don't believe there's anything wrong with ORAS. If you want to kiss that place, the God hasn't said don't kiss here. Kiss only from the neck upwards. Hey, that day he went to town. The church was quiet. But before he went to preach, I asked him about it. Before he went to preach, I asked him about it. I said this, this, this, this, Oh yeah, this is that as well. And he went and he took the topic and later he wanted to come back and I said, you, you come again. So all these are the gentleness you take your time with. And if you take your time, do one or two, the youth, you you have the access 100 more times, 100 more times, if only you. And the same thing with the lives of the ship. If you take your time with them and you don't rush, and you will have access to them hundred more times. They will not just cut you off. Yeah. And then one day you can talk about that thing that you shouldn't have talked about the first time. All right, So you. Time taking Take your time. And the people and their lives. And so some people don't like to visit them late. And you're always going late. Some people even don't like to be visited. Maybe that's why we don't have white people here, because our culture, you go and visit somebody don't like certain things without notice. You go and visit without calling before or even they don't want you to visit them. Yeah, Ziba, we want to do that. So, you know, you have to know. Yeah. We all. Any. If you come, we will visit you. All right, All right, All right. Amen. Hey, the time. What? Our time limits lie. So the next one is the flock must be let softly. Then the last one is that the flock so you don't OverDrive them in one day. Amen. What do you think you don't OverDrive them? That's one of the point. Then you must lead them softly. OK. And then the the last one is the flock must be LED as much as the youngest can endure. Yeah. That is why I've moved into hiding. And you'll find me at camps, you see? You'll find me at a camp talking, you see? What do you think? Yeah. Or I'm preaching. You can preach for several. Weeks. Half a year's messages in one camp. Yeah. So it's not that I'm preaching less that I've moved into hiding because I want to go as fast as the youngest one can go. If a young one can go 30 minutes sermon on Sunday and that's what they can do in fellowship, eating bread, there's that, that, that, that you can do. Not all the church can even go fasting for 40 days and nights. 21 days, 35 days fasting, 100 hours of prayer, Shepherd's skills, guiding and leading #2 Psalm 23 says he leads me by still waters. Amen. Like a shepherd, he leads us. Amen. Like a shepherd, he leads us in it. In it or in it, he leads us. Thou lead us, thy people. Like a flock. Psalm 77, verse 20. Have you found it? Find it. Shepherding skills. First one was tenderness and gentleness. The second one is leading and guiding. Amen. Psalm 77 What does it say? Thou lettest thy people like a flock by the hand of Moses and Aaron, Amen. Amen. Thou lettest thy people like a flock by the hand of Moses and Aaron. Amen. Now, what does this mean? You lead the people like a flock. And you, when you are leading a flock, it's different from leading horses, it's different from leading soldiers. You lead them like you are leading a flock. A lot of people not complying, a lot of people falling behind, a lot of people at the back. You know, like we come to church, who says we can we start when we start? Many of you are not here. I mean, I was up by 6, I was up by 6. I was waiting and I said wait to tell you when to come. When there are more people here. I came to more people like I. But you see, you leave the people like you can say, look, anybody who is not here out tell them to go back to London. We don't do that. You leave them gently, knowing that some are behind, some are late, some are like this, some are like that, Some are this way. Some who come. Some do like this, some like. Oh, that's how you lead them. You lead them down. Letters that people like a flock. Yeah, even grateful. Not everybody is grateful there. Are different types of people. There are some who are so grateful for everything. There are some that will appreciate you and you will really feel that this person really appreciates me. That's what they are just there. You know they are just there. They have somebody who will write a letter to you and tell you something others will never write. They have somebody who will send you a text. Some will not send a text. You have some who would, I mean, give you an offering. Others will not give you an offering. You just flow with all of them. And if you come and say these people. And you, you, you, you easily go off course. Yeah, that's why I cannot depend on the long ago I stopped. I have to stop, not depend on the gratitude of the people. Most people are not grateful. Most people are not deep thinkers if you think of what you are getting here or what you get at the different. Camps. The books. And different things that affect your life, you may be so grateful. That's one time I was with a doctor Ogo, my associate evangelist. And I asked him, we were, we were, we were, we were having a crusade somewhere. And I asked myself, I told him. I said to me, you are not grateful for your salvation. That's what I told him. I said to me, if I'm not grateful for your salvation. Yeah. And he said why? I said because I felt that like the way you were so far and Christ saved you to me, you would have wanted to give everything. I mean, now he's giving himself A at that time it was like, not really. To me, we are not grateful and I realized that even my I was never a drunkard. I was not in any of these. There are so many things I haven't done before. But I feel so grateful. That I'm saved, that some people don't have that feeling so deeply that they would like to just give everything to the Lord. For me I don't see any other as form of expression. Than to give myself for I'm so grateful for the salvation that I have. I said I don't think you to me you are not grateful for your salvation. So we discussed for a long time, but I have no other way in my life. I would have gone to hell. Unless hell is not true, unless it's not true. If it is true, then the get out of jail free card that you've got, it's the very wild thing. Some will be grateful, some will give their life. Some will say thank you Jay. Some will sing, Some will sing you came from heaven to earth. They'll sing the some will sing What is that song? Like a rose trample. You just sing about it. But that's the end. Christ doesn't sack all of us. He's just flowing with us, just flowing with us, just flowing. He lead them like a flock, like a shepherd. He leads us. He leads us gently and leads us as a group, knowing that this group are made-up of grateful, less grateful, less grateful, less, less grateful, less, less, less grateful, not grateful and grateful. Wicked betray us. All Yeah, but like a shepherd he takes us gently, knowing. I remember when Isaac came and told me he went to sell some books for some people. Where is he, Isaac? Is that a bank there? He went to sell some materials and so on for somebody, you know, apart from me. And he was doing something. And then Isaac, you remember? Oh, you are not listening, OK, you know. And then the. Person saw him and said, hey, where's my money? I don't say. Oh no, our Bishop, we don't say. No, I don't do that. Me. I don't work with my books and my things like this and my materials. Take my money. This, this, this, this, this. He was very surprised. Because I don't ask him for anything. All these you. Sell my DVDs, my materials, this, whatever people buy, do this. I don't get anything from it. You don't give me. I don't ask for anything. I don't want it. I don't feel, I don't account. I don't. There's nothing. It's not a business to me and I'm rather happy and I'm happy that somebody will even take my things and make that stand. Such a thing over there to me. I am happy, but not everybody thinks that way. So when he met somebody else with a different way, he was shocked. So the next time I came to landing, he came to see me with an offering. He said, I've realized that I've not appreciated you. All these things that I've been, I didn't know what. Yeah, But you see, sometimes it takes something to make you think deeply and realize what I'm even doing or what I even have. But a shepherd you live with? All those those who appreciate you know some will appreciate later. Some people will appreciate. Me when I'm dead. Oh yeah, and if you think you see my face, you won't because I've told them that when I'm dead nobody should put my face in the coffee for you to coffin should be covered, not see my face again. As you have seen that the face, some people appreciate me greatly when I'm dead. As a shepherd, you have to know that it's a reality that that is when they will appreciate you. They will appreciate you in your death or later or some other time. Some will appreciate you there and then. Some who cries up with a shepherd has all this is. Part of the group, OK, some will pay tithe, some will not pay tithe. You have to accept some will not pay tithe. Some people will not pay tithe even one day. I shared 40 reasons. Why you should pay tie some people left their check. Maybe I was overdriving. This is a gentle, maybe I was going too hard too much. I thought because there are so many reasons why you should pay tithes. And I gave only 40 and even the 40, I mean, it was powerful. Each reason is a different reason. Yeah, each reason is a different reason. They couldn't handle it. What do you think? You see? So you lead that. You lead as a flock if you know that even. As you are going, we are out. Somebody has stopped to give birth. Somebody has actually stopped to give birth. So if you are start killing people and serve anybody who is more than 100 meters behind you, said tear gas to kill all of them. Oh. Please no, that's not how it goes. You leap like a flock. Amen. Now the next one is what? Psalm 78? But he made his own people. Psalm 78, verse 52. But He made His own people to go forth like sheep, and He guided them in the wilderness like a flock. He led them on safely so that they feared not. But the sea overwhelmed their enemies, and He brought them to the border of His sanctuary, even to this mountain which has which His right hand had purchased. Amen. So this one shows us different aspects of leading, guiding. Leading so that they were not afraid. You have to lead people in a way that they will not be afraid. How many are afraid of the cross as I'm preaching it? Are you not attracted? You are afraid. Are you not attracted to it? Is it not a wanderer becoming a wanderer? You saw, now you hear the camp sufferings of Christ. When you listen to it, people are happy, they are flowing, they are laughing, they are whatever. So it's like you are guiding them without making them afraid, because what I'm actually teaching you about is how you suffer. Yeah, pepper and water, isn't it? How to die? But you lead them in such a way that they are not afraid. Of what they are being led to. Yeah. What do you think? Yeah, Because if you hear the title of the camp, you may say, hey, I can't come for this camp. Obedience unto death. Even when I heard the title obedience of that, I was laughing to myself. I said, Hey, which wild topic is this? What did I preach about? Do you see? But when you listen sufferings of Christ, people are happy blowing horns and whistles, So you are leading the people to their. Own death, but you are playing music to them and I brought grace to be sinking to just cool you down. You'll be you'll be happy and you realise that. Oh, a dying cry not be anything we go fidu when I die cry. I will not be properly dead. And he brought them. So one of the things about leading is bringing people to a place. You bring them, Bringing, leading, guiding. Amen. Now every shepherd and his right hand is to this mountain. Every shepherd. You guide people in levels. Jesus had about 8 levels of people that He related with. A different groups of different types of relationships that he had with different people. Do you understand? Yes, in his life, right. And you, you go towards people that want you desperately, not people that are the next group to attend to, but you go where you are desired and where you are wanted. Jesus healed the blind man. Who was shouting? For the healing, do you think he was the only blind man? No, there were many blind men. And this one was saying, Jesus, have mercy on me. Thou son of David, have mercy on me. Have mercy on me, have mercy on me. You. You go towards the people that demand you and want you. They want you desperately. Those are the people that you go and attend to. Do you think Zacchaeus, who was a tax collector, was the only tax collector in the town? And he would not even go to Pharisees, house religious leaders, house leaders of the synagogue. But he went to Zacchaeus because he saw Zacchaeus climb up an important person, a rich man who has climbed a tree. He has climbed a tree to see, just to see Jesus. And he says, Zacchaeus, calm down today. I will come to your house. Because you climbed a tree. To see me, I will come to your house. To see you in your house. Sit in your house with you because you climbed a tree to see me, I will come to your house. Yes, you really wanted me. I'll not go to anybody's house in Jericho. Only your house. I will come to even though you are known as a very bad man. And there are good people here with religious background and all, but this one has climbed a tree and he's hanging in the tree just to see me, he says. Zakir. I'm sure, Zakir. Also most felt that when they mentioned his name because you know, how do you know me? He look at his other guy, say come down you, I'm coming to your house now let's go, let's go, let's go. Hallelujah. You don't just go to everybody's house. You don't just try to guide everybody about his mortgage or try to guide everybody about his financial life or try to guide everybody about his house and try to guide everybody about his marriage. Look up into the trees and see if there are any people there who have climbed and those who are not have climbed. I will say, come, I will discuss something with you in the house. Hallelujah. Yeah, it's not everybody. Who wants to hear what you have to say? It's not everybody whom Jesus talked to in a certain way. It's not everybody who even came to to to the to the grave. Side it's not everybody. Who came when he rose from the dead? Why didn't he appear? To to Peter in that way, or Thomas, or Bartholomew and all these guys, or James, but to Mary Magdalene. Who after Peter and Cohag. She stayed longer. She stayed longer than everybody. Everybody had gone home and she was still there. It's one of the things that makes people to be attended to or be spoken. To those who can stay beyond when others have gone. Everybody left the grave. There was nobody there. And she was there. And Jesus came and said, Oh yeah, yeah, come, come, come. And she held, She held Jesus. She clinged. She was holding him, Jesus. And that's what the Bible said. Don't, don't stop. Look, stop clinging to me. I'm going after heaven. I don't have time for clinging. No. It's a message. It's a sausage that has been grilled with some bacon that has been added in for good measure. Not everybody can cling to Jesus. Yeah, you, you can just have a handshake. You cannot have a handshake or a wave. You, you dare not. I say you dare not. You are coming to cling to Jesus. But Mary Magdalene, she could cling to Jesus. Yeah. Are you listening to me? I'm asking you whether you are listening to me. I said Mary Magdalene could cling to Jesus. Yeah. I show something. Yeah. And she was the last person. She came with Peter and all these guys or she came and they also came and they left her crying. Peter and Co did not even say, look, look, Mary, stop crying. Listen, come on. Let's go. Let's all go. A crying woman. They just left her. Let's go. This woman. I mean, waiting. I mean, too emotional, too emotional. Too emotional Every day, Crying every day. Crying every day. You want to stay too long? Why? Why is somebody's husband? Why? Oh, as she was standing there crying and then Jesus appeared to her. And then when he appeared, you know, she turned around, she was crying. Where have you put? Where have you put only her? So she's interested in was he coming to marry a dead body? Was he coming to marry a dead body? He said, Where have you put him? Where have you put him? Then Jesus said, Mary, one day I call somebody, I said hello. He said, ah, what? Who is that ever said? To whom am I speaking to? To whom? To to whom? For to whom does this voice belong to? The person was, I said, is Bishop. What? I said Bishop, Bishop what? Oh, Bishop. Because you don't know my voice, you don't know my voice. But Mary knew Jesus voice well. So when he said Mary, oh Raboni. Raboni, Raboni. It is the way you said, Mary. She didn't say. Will you? Shut up now. I'm. I'm concentrating on something. She didn't tell me. She didn't shut up. I'm concentrating on something. When she heard that word, Mary, she knew whose voice it was. She was an insider. I said she was an insider. May you be an insider in the name of Jesus. Yeah. Stop clinging to me. Even all these are in the Bible. You may not want it to be in the Bible, but he's there. You may not want it to be in the Bible, but he's there. Jesus didn't just appear visions to everybody. Talk to everybody. Heal everybody. The blind man, He heals. The blind man who? Shouted and some people said will you shut up? I will shut up. OK, I will shut up. I won't shut up. Jesus. Jesus, will you shut up? I say I won't shut up. You go to hell. That's the blind man that he healed. That's the blind man that he healed. You think the woman with the issue of blood was the only woman who was bleeding in town? You know how many women are bleeding here today? Do you think she was the only woman who was bleeding? Plenty people are bleeding. I'm bleeding people. One bleeding. Woman she was. Pressing, pressing, pressing. I'm coming through. I'm feeling dizzy but I'm going. I'm tired but I'm going. I'm weak but I'm going. She was pressing. She's the one the pressing woman, the bleeding, weak woman, but the one who was pushing. Through. And once again, this Peter guy said, look, there is no one who touched me. He said, Jesus, now you are thinking too much in a certain way. There's sort of so many people here, but there's one particular person here. Whose touch? Is different from everybody's touch. The way she approached me was different from the other's approach. Her desire and what she took from was different from the others. I want to discover that person in the whole crowd, and then I'll attend to that person personally. Look, the world is made-up of a crowd and a blind vatimius. Always a crowd and a blind vatimius who refuse to be set aside. It's made-up of a crowd of a lot of bleeding women, a lot of weak people, a lot of problems. But one person who is pushing through and say, you know something, I'm going to touch this hammer, this gun. Well, it's made-up of a lot of disciples. And there's one person who come to cry alone. Alone. All alone. Wow. And Jesus appeared. You deserve my appearance. You deserve my appearance because of the way you are crying here. Yeah. So you don't just guide everybody. Say I'm a guider, I'm a shepherd, and I'm going to guide my whole church. Come, let's discuss your mortgage. Let's discuss your will. Let's discuss your future. Let's discuss your house. Let's discuss your furniture. You don't. Discuss everything. No, no, no. Some people, they are the ones you will discuss everything about their lives and some people you've discussed. How is? The weather. Is there still a hurricane So. The recession, is it affecting you? How is it going? Is it OK? Credit crunch. So Obama is 10. When you go, you greet everybody, Baba, and some people you even tell them. The shoe that you are. Wearing is going to give you ingrown toenail from what I can see. Do you know ingrown toenail? It causes ingrown toenail. You will do surgery and you will be very sad based on your shoe that I can see due to certain experiential knowledges that I have. This shoe is an ingrown toenail shoe, yeah. Bring it out. I'll show you. It's not everybody. You tell the person you see that show. You see that the ingrown toenail is coming. You just. How is Obama? Is Obama? There is how is Obama? How about Chelsea? I I hear ACN is going. Is it true? Oh, OK, Charlie. Bye everybody. Say bye. Yeah, I remember when I went to America. I remember the last time we had a camp and I let a lady sing and then she was singing and all that. You know, there's so many things I was going to tell her. This, this, this, this. But no. I'll tell all those things to Grace, but not to her. Not that I don't love her, but I don't have that. She has not even asked me anything before. She has never cried. I said, Thou's son of hair, he want meals. I've missed you on me. Don't ask me. Don't ask me any question before. Don't ask me this or that. Also. Why? Why should I? Yeah, you get it. You see somebody with a problem. One day I saw somebody with a problem. I knew all about the problem. I knew 3 keys to solve the problem. I knew strategies to solve the problem. I knew I had even the keys. When I saw the person and I saw the person, I said oh, he said separate. And that's why I said oh you can separate. That's why separate. I knew they would be separate. Divorce. But they. Real key. I never after today I have put them. It's in my pocket. Oh, yeah, And that fire in that house is still burning. The last time I was hearing more details, I say, oh, my brother, but I will never tell the brother anything. Oh, no. You speak to Zacchaeus in the house because he climbed a tree. Yeah, you speak. To Zacchaeus, because he climbed a tree to see you. There are people. You go. You see that this person will not not that. He will not even come out of his house. They don't even come out of his house. Yeah. They don't even bother. You don't just come and say I'm guiding you. You come. You need this particular help the way I see you. This and this and this and that. No come and get 3 keys too. Having a baby meow I should give you 3 keys. When I went to tell, they told me that I should have sex in a. Strangular, way, Triangular, Triangular. Will give you a baby is you. That's why I didn't say anything. You don't have a baby. So to God be the glory Father. Thank you, Jesus. Amen. Bye bye. It's not everything you say. There are some people you can show them a key to get married and they don't, but not that they don't want. They want it, they need it, but it's not everybody. You are called to go into their house To tell them. About what? Yeah. What do you think? Sit down. I want to stand. OK, OK. OK. Now listen. You can stand. You can say this up to you. Listen. To be a good leader, you must read about leadership and become a good leader. But many of us are bad leaders in Penn Z Did you see that in Penn Z on the Did you see them? They sit there and they are the. Chiefs. It's amazing. Yeah, it's wonderful in Solomon. And they, yeah, said that chop the big manship of the town, I tell you. And when you are not a good leader, all that you do is ask for outside help. The asking for outside help is the sign is one of the cardinal signs of a bad leader. It's when he asks for outside help. Yeah. Have you seen when I say outside help like not using your own resources. But what you want is give me send money transfer that's even I'm having crusade. I am you should see us taking offerings at this crusade with these poor people. So a small thing. 5 days. We give envelope to the thousands of people. We don't give envelope, we ask them bring. Special envelope past Thursdays that we take 0. You think it's here that I come to take Zero's offering? Daily, daily, daily, daily we take offering help because all those resources there that's also. What we are going to use I can't do. So I'll get from England. Oh, those Londoners, they all pay. No, I don't think that way. It's a bad thought. Bring money from America. It's a bad thought, it's a bad leader who has that bring, bring, bring your money. Monkeys. You work baboon. This day the baboons are all moving around to check on the monkeys, what the monkeys are doing, to see whether we are all working together. Baboon wants to work with the monkey closely so that I I work whilst you sleep. Baboon is working monkey sleeping. No, no, no, no. No, we are not doing that anymore. Yeah, the poorest. Village that we are in will take off if they don't have bring yam, bring this, they'll be blessed. Yeah, I'm not just come. So I'm going to get pounds. That's why I don't come here every month to come and raise money. Even looking at the poor, I told prisoner I had a meeting. I said we are going to try and see if we can get enough offering from a crusade to have another crusade. Hey, let's we are going to try to pay our fuel to do this to do we had a major wheel budget and plan use. Tried local resources. Start thinking though, they will bring, they will bring, they will bring. I don't like that way of thinking. It's the sign of a bad leader. You get it. So look into your church. What can we do for ourselves to make? Our church better. How can we help? How can we rise up? And we are waiting. If Doctor Richard come, then everything. Rise up yourself. If you give us money For these reasons, meanwhile, you could just stand in the chair. Some of the. Lay pastors, they don't even take offerings properly. If I was to come to your church, I remember we had one of our pastors, He was, he traveled from Ghana, you know, Pastor Fabian, he went to visit some of their churches, churches whose income was like 200, two, €100 a month, 200, something like that. When he went there, he stayed with them for three months. Their income increased. To five. Thousand a month, yeah. By the time he was leaving, that was the income that was there. The same people but with a lay pastor who doesn't care and doesn't think about what he's doing. The same churches he was collecting €5000 a month because he was serious about what he was doing. If some of us were serious, the partners in your church there will be more the. Tithe. Giving you a check. I went to Singapore. The pastor said to me something. He said, look, and I was surprised. I've never had any pastors say he said that. I checked. Almost everybody here pays tights. They know the names of the people. Everybody here pays tights with 90 something percent. Everybody pays tights, he said. Money's not that's true for three days where they didn't take offerings. So on Sunday we'll take, we'll take our we take normal ties and offer. They will take another offering, but we're not taking said these are people. We know that, and I myself was surprised. Yeah. What do you think? Yeah. So a bad leader. He was sitting here. Our church does not know, but a very small church. You see, there are people who are bishops of only 70 people. They are Bishop whatever. 1 little church with 70 people is a Bishop of what not. 30 people, you can have a pastor full time, paying rent, everything, doing whatever salaries, whatever. If you are a serious pastor, those I said me, I'm in the village, I'm serious in the village that this, my village can yield something so much so that I'll no need to come and ask anybody for money. Is it not a good mind? Are you not happy that I'm not thinking that you are the baboon working baboon and I'm the monkey? Or I'm the baboon, you are the monkey. Now the baboons and monkeys have joined forces. Baboons are no more relaxing for monkeys to work. No, baboons and monkeys are now moving together. Yeah. But yeah, your. Church in New Zealand, if you are serious with the offering, whatever it can sustain your salary, it can sustain the church, it can sustain rent, even buy a build, so many things If you are serious and the same thing in Australia and the same thing in all the little churches everywhere, but many lepers are not serious because there's nothing that affects you financially when you don't take the offering seriously so your selfishness and your. Wickedness. That's not. Meanwhile, because you are a late pastor, you can take an offering even with strength. Instead of I myself, I'm paying my tithes. I myself, I don't get anything from this child, I'm paying my tithes. So a bad leader is somebody who thinks something will come from somewhere. You are expecting who to stand. Somewhere and take offering and transfer it to. You who should take an often standing holding basket waving, asking people pay tithe. They send it to you to pay for this, this and that and that. Oh it's so irritating and annoying. Doesn't work like that and that's a bad. So you are a leader. You have to know how to lead the people and depend not on outside inputs. Especially financially, yeah, let your church be one of the best churches financially contributing, helping build and do everything that we are doing right now as we are building 149 buildings at the same time, 100. And some are big, some are small, some are medium sized. All over Internet, as I'm talking around, I have so many texts on my phone on the building that we are trying to buy in Malawi for the church, the mission there, every mission want to buy Mozambique. Also every mission want their full time guys, they want to buy them. And apart from that, 100 and 5000 and 49 different different, different, different bills. You see all of them. So on the website, be visiting the website, you see many things. Are you there? Yeah. You don't understand the message. You understand the message? Yeah. OK. So I want you to be a good leader. Everybody here must have the art of who here does not have that book Art of Leadership. Raise your hand. You don't have a copy of that. Raise your hand. How many have a copy? OK, You must read it. One of the best places to read The Art of Leadership is in your toilet because the chapters are short. So even the short stay car park our short stayed visitors are able to read 1 chapter whilst there long stay and medium stay are able to read more. What do you think? Is it a powerful revelation? All right, so we really need to be leaders and move away from bad leadership. Bad leadership. Yeah. God is going to bless us as we do his will. Amen. Stand. Let's pray. Father, we thank you for the blessing you've given to us this morning in Jesus.
