Ministries of the Believer Pt.2

So it's important for you to know the aspect of ministry that you have been designed to give expression too. So when we get to media and then generally in life, you become very conscious of what the Holy Ghost wants to live out through you. A lot of people think ministry is all about the five fold. The five fold, so whenever a wave begins, everybody begins to be a particular kinds of Titus. In the last fifty years thereabout, there was a revolution, a church revolution. Everybody was either a pastor or a reverend, reverend. Title of reverend became a title that people pursued, sorted after. Then they became bishops, you know, from pastor to reverend, then to bishop. Now it's a it's a prophetic and apostolic wave. So every young man is an a post post post. But we don't understand that it's more about giving expression to the life, the essence, the nature, the will and the mind of the Father. So it's important we look at this subject very closely. When I talk about sound, the mystery of sound, I would I would dig a bit deeper into it so that you see the spiritual dimension to what I'm saying. You understand how energy is conducted through your words. If you take time and check very carefully, you discover that your words I project a proponent of your belief system, and if you look a bit deeper again, you discover that your life is going in the direction of your words. The things you've said predominantly and consistently are the things that define your reality. A lot don't understand because we don't take time and tax talk and appraiser of our lives and the direction of our lives go. If you change your words the direction of your life, it's a proven reality. So we are going to proceed from ministry of prophesying to the next ministry, which is also very close to professcying, but it is more specific. It's called the ministry of exhortation. Talk about the ministry of exhortation. You know professy and also covers exhortation. The thing we professying is that it's a bit broad. It encompasses building up, It encompasses comfort, and then it encompasses encouragement. Exhortation deals particularly with encouragement. I may come to prophesy to you, but you may not be comforted. The idea is to build you. So sometimes the ministry of professying comes as a rebuke, so you will not enjoy it. But if you follow the instruction after some time you will discover that you are built up right. But when we did, particularly with exhortation, we are dealing with consolation. We're dealing with encouragement. There were people that were so given to this kind of ministry, like Bannabas. He was called the son of encouragement and asked for the forest decision. It was called the son of consolation. Bannabas was a king in this kind of ministry. It was Barnabas that sold this land and brought to the church. When the church was in lack, and the Bible said something. He said, because of what Bannabas did, every other person brought their possession and dropped it at the feet of the apostles. And he said they were distributed evenly, and there was none among them that lacked. So it's a ministry that encourages people to do the will of God. It's a ministry that encourages people to go in the direction of the will of God. So when a man of exhortation speaks, or if you stay closely to him and observe its lifestyle, it will become natural for you to begin to do the mind of God word. Because he carries that ability and spiritual possibility. It was because of men like Bannerbas that many were and courage to begin to do the will of God. Paul, after his conversion, went to the wilderness of Arabia, and he was there for a long time. Paul wanted to be in the cave like my brother. Here. This man is a fire, is a fire. There is only one thing. His Interestine is made up of fire. Both large interestines more interestine fire. There are three dimensions to the operation of this ministry. The first dimension is the dimension of a soul winner. The ministry of soul winning gives you the ability to speak to that essence of humankind where God is. So the person may not be in trusted in God. He may even say he's an atheist. But when you come by that spirit of so winning and you begin to speak to that person, that element of God in his insight, we begin to we begin to ye end for God, and that will cross the person to the Lord. So soa we needs not just to go with scriptures in your head or to go on threatening people and say you we die, you will go to hair, you will go. I will see all those people that do money cry and the market cry. Most times they are most effective. No body will have their time. Some don't even pray, They just come around. Hey, is we are you the one for me? That they are already aware. Some are peoplen't dream and seen themselves in hair. You understand it takes so much to be able to convert a soul. And we don't understand this thing because we're in a religious environment. People already afraid. So somebody backslide you one the person you're threatening the person. It comes back to the kingdom. You think you're winning soul, go and talk to you Muslim, go and talk to our natives. That's why you understand what it takes to win a soul. It takes a lot. There's a ministry dimension to it. And if you find yourself having bodyings for souls, having bodiings for soul, you need to build this aspect of your life. You need to learn how to penetrate people, get into their spirit so that you can talk to their essence and then their eternal reality will begin to cry for the Lord. It is those people that drew most people to Jesus. Jesus didn't have needs for many evangelists. It was only twice Jesus sent out his disciples, but every time Jesus moved there were multitudes they. These are the ones that brought the people. It's not the disciples. The days. If they tell you a debut is calling now, the statum will be packed. They are the days. And then you have the ministry of intercessos. The intercessos are also under this category. They build people up. I told you colosions of the fourthest twelve poor, said a Paphoras. It's an economy in the divine And that's why most times we're encouraged to praying tongues, because when we pray in tongues, we pray away of our selfishness. We pray beyond the borders of mortality. We enter into the womb of the motives, and then will begin to communicate the mind the bodies in the heart of the Father. That's where God has to be batty. What God, the things God does in the world that looks as if he's violating the loss of creation, is not necessarily violating the loss of creation. Spiritual resources are supplied in the spirit, so he has to be bad it. You are just there praying. And then the guy who knows little it just comes and shine. You say, oh boy, this guy they're annointed. You didn't know that somebody has displaced the principalities. Did you read in the Bible before Jesus sent out the seventy eh he said I saw s and for like lightning. So when he centered the seventy even the beaves they were raising the dead. They cast out devils. So they ran to Jesus. I say, ah, the devils are obedience. The devils were after our command. Jesus just laughed. They didn't know what happened in the heavens. So an intercessful shift the atmosphere, and then you enter a territory, you say, holy Spirit, five people, five hundred people go under the power. Then after the meeting you walk like this. You are connecting to heaven. You are connecting Tom You didn't know that nineteen percent of that labor was by somebody who is never known. It's when you come to heaven. Then say, see your senior brother, all the three you were doing, he generated it. You said, oh, you know, there may be a pastor in Ephesus who got that one hundred thousand people. They have died to everything evil. Financial game is not it does that to it. Nobody is socials to you. They don't know you. That's how it works. But we live for reward, not for our wards, not forget Hallelujah. Yes, we have to be moving far. The ministry of giving. The ministry of giving is one of the most important ministry in every dispensation and operasion of the Spirit of God. Let me tell you something I did a teaching in the Navy last week, the four Wings of Reviver. I told them, Reviver walks majorly on four. On four wings. One is prayer power, two is wisdom power, three is the miracle working power, and four is a financial power. The financial power look as if it's the most canner, but that is what publishes the gospel to the ends of the head. Say you can be raising dead man in your village. No body we know you, and the world will not be blessed by it. But the day one millionaire comes to say Kai, you need to be on TBM that day you may have been reaching hundred people in ten years because of the ministry of that man. One day you can reach one hundred thousand people. You may have one fifty souls in three years. One day you can win three hundred thousand sold Because he went onward on Tibm, the Bible said something. Ecclesiastic Chapter nine was fourteen to sixteen. He said, there was in the little village, and this village a king came and be sieved it with a bluewok. He said. But in this village there was a poor wise man, whom, through his wisdom, the village was delivered. He said, But he was not remembered, and the Bible said something. He said, Wisdom is a defense, he said, but the wisdom of the poor man is despised. So for the Church to stay in its position of glory in the last day, the church must be full of wealth and financial power. That's why he said. In Exodus eight eighteen, he said, and that shall remember the Lord that God detron me eighteen. For it is seen that gives a deep power to get to wealth. Why that you may establish his covenant, which he has promised thy father, even on to this day. So the covenant of God is establishing the exrem through financial power. In Zacharias one seventeen, he said, my kingdom, true prosperity shall yet be spread abroad. So prayer power is what downloads spiritual possibilities. Wisdom power is what views it in the air realm, but financial power is what publishes it to the ends of the earth. Your ministry will never get to the ends of the earth unless there is the ministry of giving. So those who give, they are very significant in their agenda of God, very significant. The ministry of giving also comes with a great kind of wisdom to manage because the givers are managers of kingdom financial operation, so they have a lot of wisdom to manage their resources and to manage the resources of the kingdom. So it works hand in hand. For example, Joseph worked in the ministry of giving. Did you remember that he was the one feeding the whole world, even his family when they came, he gave, so he condinated it. But it was not without wisdom. It was wisdom that brought him there. In fact, what impressed Pharaoh was not necessarily his ability to interpret his dream. What impressed Pharaoh was the wisdom he had to manage decisions. So Pharaoh said in Genesis forty one thirty seven. He said, for as much as God has shown you these things, there is no one in your class according to the world should the nation be ruled. What did Pharaoh say? So Pharaoh was impressed by the wisdom of Joseph. That's why he brought him to teach his senator's wisdom. How do you manage kingdom resources? It is part of the me issue of giving and in man that God begins to trouble to give, to give. God wants to bring him to a place of affluence. If you remain sting, you remain small. You are a trust. God passes money through you to develop the kingdom. The money is not your own. The money will only be your own where you yourself don't belong to God. If you belong to God, everything you own plus yourself is God. So you will be jealous about the House of God. So what we give, we don't give to church. You know people who are babes, they give for self gratification and self exhortation. That's why they want to give. They want the man is when the Man of God is seen, that they will bring the envelope like this, and then they write their name, their full names, so that they will call them later and say, ah, God savant. If you'll say, nobody should write their name, just drop it to the basket. People who change their offering. But when you say, come and drop the offering on the athar, you see one, one thousand, put the offering in the basket, you see fifty fifteen er you can't talk to your hand will become. People don't understand the thing they give to men. They think they give to pastorm. If we need the Man of God is hearing you every day? What we need add to you? That's the question we don't ask ourselves. The man is a man I add anything to you. So you grow up and you understand that this thing is about kingdom. It's about what kingdom. Kingdom. Financie Us are the people that determine the largeness of the kingdom. Men of prayer the people that determine the dimension of God that civilization can conduct. Men of wisdom are the people that determine in the dimension or the civilization that each generation can work in. But men of finances are the people that determine the scope of every dimension that God brings to the eternal. The did you know about Hell? Is because it was published and the systems of the world they understand it. That's why they take advantage of the media so much. You think the media is all about ah alvera. You upload this deep, you change it in the morning, put another one in the evening, and then hm well as the people that created it. The ambition is far from what you are thinking. They're only taking advantage of your naivity. They have a kingdom at heart, Glory to Jesus. Ministry of administration, this one is for technocrats. The word administration is the Greek word kug, and it means to steer, to direct, and to pilot. So this one is a ministry for leadership. Anybody that has administrative intelligence is somebody that naturally were operating leadership. And it's God himself that wordain. Such people are we together. It does not depend on human wisdom, however, but the wisdom of God. And that is why administration was particularly included when God was when the Bible was talking about spiritual gifts. Is an operation of the spirit of God. In First Conventions, Chapter twelve is eight and twelve twenty eight. You see the Bible talking so much about administration. The same word use for word or wisdom is the same word useful administration. It's a kind of the charisma and the flow of the Holy Spirit to give men capacity to direct. And that's why I told you that word or wisdom is a revelation of the future. Prophet is not a revelational gift. It's a vocal gift. It's for edification, for exhortation, for comfort when you see into the future. It's called the world of wisdom. The reason we we mistake it sometimes is because most prophets either have word of knowledge world or wisdom dissermental spirit in addition to the gift of prophecy, so we don't know the difference. So it's for direction. Anybody that works that has the grace for administration. The ministry of administration is somebody that is brought naturally by ordination into leadership. That's the kind of person that'll tell the child, don't invest in this, invest in this, don't go into this, do this rather. But you will not be the position to say that unless you're in authority. So people with this kind of graces, they are in leadership. So you are in church. Somebody came after six months. It's in leadership. You don't need to be jealous. These things are ministries. Your own ministry may be intercession. So you're in that charge for five years. Nobody appreciates you. What you are doing is to generate with it, to have power for the things walking, to stand in the spirit. It's in heaven that men are ranked, not on it. The ranking system we have on air does not really know the true major of humankind. It's in heaven that men are ranked. That's why didn't bother himself so much. Paul returned from Arabia. He went to their position in Jerusalem. This is what God showed me, so that I'm not being error. They say, come on, they gave him a hand of friendship, so go and pray to the gentiles. It didn't bother to say Peter, no, no, no, it's not about who men celebrate. Peter was celebrated as the head of the church. It didn't move for it was pretty It was fourteen years later he went back in galations to this. We say, I went on to Jerusalem by revelation. So even when he had to go to mingle with them, it was by revelation. It was not a man struggling for leaderships, aid me to I have no no. This stature is leading people a straight So you come to church, somebody, as the ministry of administration is the leadership. Celebrate God at the end of the day's a body life. Joseph just came to the court of Pharaoh, say you you shall only be at my command. Every Body in Egypt is under your authority. Do you think do you know how many people before Joseph that time? That's the mind of a kingdom personality. So is the ministry of administration ministry of mercy. I will share three strong things from here so that somebody will be helped. I know a lot of people that the devil have brought into guilte. Some are guilt on account of this ministry. Most of you already know that this is your area. But I need to show you what mercy is, how it is demonstrated, and to whom. All right, go. If you don't know these three things, you may put yourself in a challenge in a challenging position. Mersy is simply the practical demonstration of God's love towards those in need. All right, the love of God is is the overflow of his nature to reach out humankind for fellowship, for oneness, for intimacy. But messy is a bit different from love. The idea of message is not just to sustain oneness. It's not for fellowship, it's not for corinonia. Mercy is to reach out the resources of God to the one in need. So it's a dimension of love. But is a love that reaches out to the one who is in need. That's why the Bible says by messy, grace came by messy. So mercy is the precursor of grace, and grace is the saving love of God. Do you see that. So it's a strange aspect, is a unique aspect of the love of God. Rather, and it's to those who are in need. This is not sympathy or zeal where they say, oh somebody has a challenge, that you cry, and then you cry after your emotional balance is readjusted, you go back home. Have you seen somebody? They sayka, people I need. They they want to kill themselves. Then answy. Okay, whatever we have, let's give these people. And then the man who was crying, we begin to check his pocket. That is is the least currency he wants to pull out. So that thing he was doing is sympathy. It's not mercy, hope. You know, there's a difference between sympathy and empathy. Sympathy is a feeling of pity towards somebody. Empathy is to take the place of that person. You are not just feeling towards the person. You are assuming the person's position, so you are currently feeling the pain of that person, and then you can't do anything that person would have done to step out of that situation. It's a bit deeper. That's south mercy operates. Who is qualified to receive mercy. There are those who are leeches in church. And that's why I need to explain this, so that the devil will not take advantage of somebody. The Bible specifically device strangers, fatherless people, and widows as people who are qualified and candidates of mercy. Okay, read the tron on me twenty four, nineteen twenty one for me quickly. Those ones Legitimately, every time you meet them. You're expected to show them message the Bible qualifies them for mercy. They turn on me twenty four. Yes, when the worry smith is with the mic.
