The “point of no return” is a place of inner wrestling that is very uncomfortable. It’s a realization of, “I can’t go back to the way I was,” yet the parish worship experience is still foreign. Lynnette discusses some reasons for reaching the point of no return, the tension she and Rob experienced when they were not on the same page spiritually, and the reality that Orthodoxy itself is not the goal.
