April 19, 2026 Pastor Frankie Mazzapica 📝 SERMON NOTES: I.] Timeline of the End Times Jesus Crucified Luke 23:33 (NKJV) "And when they had come to the place called Calvary, there they crucified Him…" Jesus willingly gave His life on the cross, taking the punishment for our sins and making forgiveness available to all who believe. Jesus Resurrected Matthew 28:6 (NKJV) "He is not here; for He is risen, as He said…" Three days later, Jesus rose from the dead, defeating sin, death, and the grave, and securing victory for every believer. Jesus Ascended Acts 1:9 (NKJV) "Now when He had spoken these things, while they watched, He was taken up…" Forty days after His resurrection, Jesus ascended into heaven and now reigns with the Father, interceding for His people. Church Age (Revelation 2–3) Revelation 2:7 (NKJV) "He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches…" This is the present era where the Church proclaims the gospel, makes disciples, and carries out the mission of Christ on the earth. The Rapture of the Church 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17 (NKJV) "The dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive… shall be caught up… to meet the Lord in the air." Gog and Magog War Ezekiel 38:15–16 (NKJV) "Then you will come from your place out of the far north… You will come up against My people Israel like a cloud…" Gog and Magog is a northern coalition of nations coming against Israel — 7-Year Tribulation (Revelation 6–18) Revelation 6:1 (NKJV) "Now I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals…" Armageddon Revelation 16:14, 16 (NKJV) "For they are spirits of demons, performing signs, which go out to the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty… And they gathered them together to the place called in Hebrew, Armageddon." It’s a coordinated, global mobilization against God’s purposes centered on Israel. Second Coming of Christ Revelation 19:11–14 (NKJV) "Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True… and the armies in heaven… followed Him on white horses." Revelation 19:15 (NKJV) "Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations…" 2 Thessalonians 2:8 (NKJV) "…whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming." Great White Throne Judgment Revelation 20:11–12 (NKJV) "Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it… And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened…" Revelation 20:15 (NKJV) "And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire." Eternal State (New Heaven and New Earth) Revelation 21:1 (NKJV) "Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away…" Revelation 21:3–4 (NKJV) "Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them… And God will wipe away every tear… there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying…" Revelation 22:3–5 (NKJV) "…His servants shall serve Him… They shall see His face… And they shall reign forever and ever." II.] Israel is the Prophetic Clock What happens in Israel helps us understand where we are on God’s last days timeline. Israel is where God chose to save, redeem and restore His people. III.] Prophecies on the Rapture of the Church vs. Second Coming of Christ The New Testament is full of signs for the Second Coming of Christ. The Rapture comes before the Second Coming.
