About this sermon

Bill Johnson teaches how obedience releases the breakthrough and blessing of God in our lives. The grace that Christ extends to us as a result of His sacrifice on the Cross is not an excuse for sin and to do whatever we want, but empowerment to live fully surrendered to His Holy Spirit. Jesus fulfilled the Law but grace requires a higher standard of us. The Law condemned murder, but under grace, Jesus said we are guilty even if we are angry with someone. Grace did what the Law could not do, and empowers us to walk in obedience to God.
